我们来到公园，绕着公园跑。雾气弥漫，覆盖在公园上空。花朵上还沾着滴滴露珠;鱼池里的鱼儿们还没有睡醒呢;篮球场也竭力睁着沉重的眼皮;柳树扯着丝条睡觉。不知不觉中，已经跑了一圈，“脸上全是水了。”我就装着很累的样子对爸爸说：“好累，休息一会儿吧。”“不行，一圈就累了吗?”爸爸说。我指着脸上的水，说：“看!全是汗。”爸爸一口咬定那是雾。没有办法，只得跟他跑。一圈又一圈，也不知跑了多少圈，只觉越跑越精神。不知不觉，曙光射破了黎明的薄雾，我们愉快地回去了。

说也奇怪，跑完后，我觉得人特别精神，做事特别起劲，不一会，我就把当周的作业做完了。

原来，运动那么好。我发现了它不仅让我精力充沛地迎接新一天，让人更健康，而且还培养了人的意志和毅力。运动真好!

网络是把双刃剑，他有利也有弊。一方面，网络能帮助我们查找资料，看新闻、办商务、求医问药，网上寻亲、开阔视野，使大容量的信息得以快速传递，为我们了解时事，学习知识、与人沟通、休闲娱乐等提供便捷的条件。另一方面，网络上也存在许多不良信息，过度沉迷其中，会影响身心健康，还浪费生命、金钱，从而影响学习，荒废学业。如果碰上骗子甚至还能诱发违法犯罪等。

同学们，小学生上网利大于弊还是弊大于利辩论会现在开始，赞成小学生上网利多弊少的为正方，同意弊多利少的为反方。发言按照先正方后反方顺序，首先请正方阐述观点。

正方：我认为小学生上网利大于弊，因为网络能帮助我们查找资料、看新闻等，不出家门，鼠标轻轻一点，便可了解天下大事。

反方：网络中有许多不良信息，过度沉迷其中，会影响身心健康，还浪费时间和金钱，我方认为小学生上网弊大于利。

正方：网络还未小学生了解时事、学习知识、人与人的沟通等提供便捷的条件。 反方：过度上网会使视力大大下降，甚至视网膜脱落。还会影响学习，严重的还可能荒废学业。而且容易诱发诈骗等违法犯罪行为。

正方：我还是认为小学生上网利大于弊。咱们刚学了《往上呼救》这篇课文，如果没有网络，文中的苏珊就可能失去了性命。

反方：你们可能听说过这样一件事，一名高三学生在一家网吧玩游戏时不幸猝死。连免疫力这么强的青年都会因玩游戏而猝死，更何况小学生呢?

爸爸常说多阅读，会有好多好处的，就连老师也说阅读好处多多，也就是所谓的开卷有益吧。可是我却不知道阅读究竟有什么好的，在生活中到底有什么作用。
