我今天演讲的题目是《文明礼仪在校园》。

礼仪是无处不在的，它可以表现出一个人的道德修养，它可以增进人与人之间的友谊，它的作用太多太多了。那么，怎样才能使小学生礼仪洋溢在美丽的校园里呢？

首先就要做文明之人。记得有人说过：“人，一撇一捺，写起来容易做起来难。”做怎样的人，一百个人会有一百种答案，但在每一个答案的背后都有一个基点，那就是要做一个文明的人。做文明之人，就要会用文明语，做文明事。再简单地讲就是要懂礼貌，明事理。中国素有“礼仪之邦”之称，礼貌待人是中华民族的传统美德。生活在幸福时代的我们，如果不能继承和发扬这种优良传统，就不能真正做一个快乐的人。“良言入耳三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒”，这句俗话大家要记住。文明礼貌是最容易做到的事，同时也是生活里最重要的事，它比最高的智慧、比一切的学问都重要。礼貌经常可以替代最珍贵的感情。

在这个文明的国度，全中国都弥漫着文明礼貌的芳香。而这些芳香正来自于各种花朵，你，便是他们中的一份子，相信自己，我们一定能行。我们将挑起传承礼仪的使命，无负于未来，无负于这教育我们的美丽校园。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《文明从我做起》。

记得有位哲学家说过：如果你失去了今天，你不算失败，因为明天会再来。如果你失去了金钱，你不算失败，因为人生的价值不在钱袋。如果你失去了文明，你是彻彻底底的失败，因为你已经失去了做人的真谛。文明是人类进步的标志，是人类历史长河中的一盏明灯。古往今来，人们时时刻刻把文明礼仪牢记在心。如孔融让梨的故事我们早就听说过了，孔融小小年纪就懂得把大梨让给长辈吃，自己吃小的。又如在公交车上给妇女、老人让座的人越来越多，抢占残疾人专座，孕妇儿童专座的人越来越少；闯红灯的汽车少见了，只有静静等待绿灯的车辆；践踏草坪的人消失了，只有给花草浇水的人们.....

文明是一种品质，文明是一种修养，文明是一种受人尊敬并被大家广泛推崇的行为。养成良好文明习惯必须从我们自身做起，从身边的点滴小事做起，比如：在公共场所不大声吵闹、不乱丢垃圾；按秩序做事；在校园里，微笑面对老师和同学，热情主动地打招呼问好；平时热心真诚地帮助有困难的人；行走在大街上时，能自觉遵守交通法规，与文明和安全同行......

同学们，文明礼仪是我们学习、生活的根基，是我们健康成长的臂膀。没有了文明，就没有了基本的道德底线。我们要把文明礼仪放在一个重要位置上，时时刻刻与文明交谈，用它来约束自己的言行，做一个文明的好少年好儿童，共同把我们的家园建设得更加美好！我的演讲到此结束，谢谢大家！

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

Dear Tom,

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

要上学的时候，妈妈一大早就叫我起床，可是我却懒洋洋的想：“再睡一会吧，就一会，不会迟到的。”如果是星期天的话，我妈就会让我想睡多久就睡多久。

早饭吃好了以后，我就会开工早上的第一件事，做作业，每到星期天，老师都会布置一篇周记，我先把我写好的周记给妈妈看，如果通过了就可以看电视，不过只能看半小时，第三件事就是看书，说起看书，这几天妈妈借的书都很精彩。

我一看就是1个小时，时间过的真快啊，已经是晚上了，我们高高兴兴的吃过晚饭，快乐的一天就结束了

y best friend is my classmate Jack. We have been good frieds since we entered the same class. Jack is a very interedting boy and also very kind hearted. He studies very hard and always gets the top score in my class. When we have difficulties in learning English or maths, he is always happy to help us.

He is very handsome and tall. So his hobby is playing basketball. He is the best basketball player of our school.

I like him so much and hope our friendship will last for ever.
