Before I came here, I can never imagine that I can learn so much knowledge

about other countries, which cant be got from my books in school. Three months

ago, I took my first class. Unfortunately, I felt so embarrassed, because I even

After that, I took some of my tutors advice and previewed the lesson that

Nobody could keep on working efficiently, therefore proper amusement is a must. In addition, I insist on do some physical training such as running, and horizontal bar as well. By doing this, I can always stay healthy.

兵马俑是庄重的，走进它们，我能感受到庄严的气氛扑面而来，走进一号坑，我就被眼前的景象惊住了，坑里的兵俑、马俑相间，一行行、一列列，十分整齐，我仿佛看到了当年秦始皇统率着一支南征北战，所向披靡的大军。

兵马俑不仅规模宏大，而且神态各异。

将军俑身材魁梧，头戴金冠，身披铠甲，手握宝剑，昂首挺胸，那古铜色的皮肤，一看就知道一定是一个久经沙场的高级将领。那乌黑的眼睛，无比深邃，谁都无法洞察他的心思。

骑兵上身着短甲，下身穿紧口裤，看那坚定的眼神仿佛在说：“黄沙百战穿金甲，不破楼兰终不还”!

马俑与真马一般大小，一匹匹形体健壮，肌肉丰满，好像一声令下，就会撒开四蹄，腾空而起。

每一件兵马俑都是极为精美的艺术珍品，仔细观察，他们的神态各异，有的微微颔首，若有所思，好像在考虑如何打胜这场战斗;有的眼如铜铃，神态庄重，好像要为秦国统一天下而殊死拼搏;有的凝视远方，好像在思念自己的亲人……

再望望这片兵马俑，我真是感慨万千，这些兵马俑不仅仅是一件艺术品，还是人类智慧文明的结晶，我真为我是一个中国人感到自豪。

It is really my honor to have this opportunity for a interview,I hope I can make a good performance today. Im confident that I can succeed.

Now I will introduce myself briefly.

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2003, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.
