我有一个职业梦想。我想成为一名老师，因为我觉得教师是一份好工作。一般来说，老师懂得很多知识。他们可以帮助学生丰富他们的知识。此外，老师可以随时可以与学生沟通，这有助于老师保持年轻的心态。最后，老师一年有两个长假。在空闲时间，我还可以做很多我喜欢的事。而且我也有时间去旅游，这使我感到兴奋。我必须努力实现我的梦想。

著名的企业家、慈善家——马云。十三岁起因为打架太多而被迫转学，在1982年他参加高考，考了两年才考上一所极其普通的高中，其中一次数学仅仅了31分。1982年，他第一次参加高考，结果数学仅得了1分，马云很失落，他走出社会，和表弟去一家酒店应聘，结果因为长相不好被拒绝。之后他当过秘书、搬运工还蹬三轮给杂志社送过书。1983年，马云第二次参加高考，再次落榜，这次数学提高到了19分。1984年，马云不顾家人的极力反对第三次参加高考，这次数学考了89分，但离本科还差了5分。但是他碰了好运：英语专业招生指标未满，部分英语优异者获得升本机会，他凭借小时对英语的爱好破格进入杭州师范学院。之后当学生会主席，后来还担任了两届杭州市学联主席。毕业之后干过一段翻译，然后是中国黄页，开网站，最后凑50万元人民币才开发了阿里巴巴网站，之后借着创新与科技扩展业务获利不少，之后才变为成功人士，成为了知名的企业家。

马云是个值得我们学习的榜样，他尽管数学极差也能有立足的地方，比如他喜欢英语，所以他靠着英语拼搏出了一番小天地。不拼搏，哪里来的知识，不拼搏，那里来的企业。只有拼搏才是成功的道路，只有拼搏才有属于自己的一片天地。有句话说的好：成功是百分之一的天赋加上百分之九十九得汗水。只有努力拼搏，才有成功的希望，我们正值无限青春活力的时期，现在不拼搏，就没有更好的时期供我们再拼搏了。我们只有珍惜眼前的时光，努力拼搏，才能成就梦想。

梦想，看似遥远无边，实则只要努力拼搏，就近在眼前。我们要想实现梦想，就应该去靠拼搏赢得它。还是把那句话送给你们：梦想，是靠拼搏而得来的。

假如说梦想是一片星空，那麼我是寻找的那颗星星的萤火虫。

还记得儿时，教师给我放了一段影片，在那一段影片里，有成千上万的非洲难民在床上，双眼无神直直地望着天上。她们的屋子，不!不可以算屋子!仅仅几元有裂缝的石头，在那里最好是的房子也是用草搭的房子，而且很多地区有系统漏洞。影片里有一位非洲难民的妈妈，她衣着一件衣服，也只有称得上是一块碎布，已经用自身干瘪瘪的胸部饲养着一个瘦骨嶙峋的宝宝。

这一段影片播放视频完后，此后我的心里种下了一颗叫公益慈善的种籽。伴随着年纪的提高，这颗小小种籽渐渐地发过芽。可伴随着年纪的提高，这颗小种子也被枯燥乏味的学习生活埋藏了，我每天晚到没有进取心，就连教师也对也没有一切自信心。每日并不是在玩便是在玩儿的道路上，见到非洲难民只感觉没什么含意，就连见到每日都是会有40万灾荒会去世，心里也是毫无波澜。

一次出门去玩时，见到鲜红色的广告牌子上豁然写着“视障当代女作家克山·凯勒一生的杰出小故事”因此一回家了我也迫不及待地开启电脑搜索了克山·凯勒小姐，原先她居然是一位慈善家，平生造就了很多的爱心组织，关键是她因突发性的病症手足口病缺失了视觉效果和听觉系统，难以想象她因此投入了是多少艰苦。

在哪之后，每天早上我尽可能省时省力，飞快跑去学校。一乘坐到部位上，赶不及整理书包，就急急忙忙地逐渐备考课前预习。吃了早饭到课室，害怕耽误一分钟，迅速交了工作就逐渐开展晨读。早看完之后在第一节课，我一直会发困，但一想到克山·凯勒小姐的拼搏，一切的苦恼早已化为乌有，专心致志地听着教师讲的每一句话每一个字，我的考试成绩尽管没什么显著的升高，但也远比最后第六名好一些。“功夫不负有心人”总算，我考进了班集体前三，在班级排第22名。

我明白，做一切事儿最重要的就是坚持，有投入便会有收益，理想一定会完成。

人生无时不寻找。每个人每时每刻都在寻找。有的人在寻找自信，有的人在寻找快乐，有的人在寻找希望……每个人寻找的事物不同，寻找的方向不同，但人们都会不停地寻找着。

那我呢?我又要寻找什么?是否是在寻找我的梦想?我喜欢画画，喜欢唱歌，喜欢弹琴。这些都是一点一点从小寻找出来的爱好。到现在一直坚持下来的，也只有画画了。

“长大了我要以画画为职业，当一个设计师。”或许这便是现在的我的梦想。

如果把人生看作一片困难重重、前途末卜的森林。梦想便犹如一小盏灯，它为你的人生道路指明方向，引领你朝着自己的人生目标不断前行;而通往梦想的路注定不会是一片坦途，它会蜿蜒曲折，它会布满荆棘。我想，在这寻找过程中，“兴趣”和“坚持”便是两个最不可或缺的因素。

如此想来，之前我的寻找仅仅是一个开端而且显得始此的肤浅。很多时候，画画对我而言只是有别于他人的一项特长;画画过程中我更多在乎它让我受到更多人的关注，赢得更多的掌声和赞许。它是我的兴趣所在，它是我的爱好所然。现在想想当有了梦想，当梦想成为了人生奋斗的目标，而实现这个目标，需要的便不断地“坚持”。而这种“坚持”需要付出很多很多的辛劳。之前得到过的种种成绩只能说明你只是经过了人生丛林的最初阶段，之后的森林会更加茂密，更加困难重重。而这时要的便是“坚持”，便是持之以恒。我想，我会努力的，我会坚持的。

当然，很多人都会说小时候的梦想，长大了都会变，甚至变得与原来的梦想差之千里。我想说，对梦想的寻找不仅仅在于最终的结果，更多的是过程。寻找过程的快乐远胜于梦想真正实现时带来的成就感。

如果人生是一场旅行，那寻找便是一条道路。你在寻找中成长，在寻找中感悟。在寻找中欣赏沿途的风景，偶尔会遇到绚丽的彩虹，偶尔会遇到危险的风暴……但到达终点之后，蓦然回首，发现“寻找”给予了许多惊喜。人生无时不寻找，让我为了这一路的精彩，不断寻找。
