responsibilities at home, for their aged parents need to be supported and their

little children need to be brought up. Thats why they dont have enough time to

have a good rest.

To sleep well, some of them often take sleeping pills. I dont think its

good for them to do so, because the sleeping pills can only get rid of the sign

of insomnia, not the cause. And taking too much sleeping pills is bad for their

health.

Therefore, I suggest those middle-aged people should know how to relax

themselves and rest their brains. Taking a simple work after supper will be

beneficial for them. Besides, they can have a glass of milk before going to bed,

which can be helpful for their sleep.

每一个人都有一双眼睛，目之所及不仅仅是美丽的风景，还可以温暖到人的心灵。——题记记得我上幼儿园时候，抵抗力差，经常跑医院，我又特别害怕打针，所以再苦的药我都会毫不犹疑喝下去，可以说一口闷啊。一天我偷吃了好多油炸零食，结果毫无疑问的上火了。妈妈本来要去买药给我吃，结果那几天特别忙，一拖再拖我开始咳嗽，甚至开始低烧，咳嗽也越来厉害了。妈妈终于发现了我的不对劲，就带着我往医院跑。想到医生等会给我打针的情景，路上我开始紧张起来，来到医院门口看到那个招牌我就吓得浑身发抖。等妈妈去挂完号，看着一个个病人来来去去，我吓得都起鸡皮疙瘩了。看完医生，来到护士台前。“伸手，小帅哥!”护士阿姨笑眯眯地看着我，温柔地对我说。以前我听说有护士技术不好，给病人打针时候打了好过次，手脚都扎肿了，看着这位年轻的护士阿姨，她太年轻了，这种事会不会轮到我头上啊?对着那长长的针头，我的手一直紧紧拽着衣服，不肯伸出去。坐在我对面的护士看出了我的心思，她笑着温柔地对我说：“不要怕小朋友，轻轻一下就好，姐姐打针一点都不疼!”我抬头看了眼护士姐姐，从她那双坚定温柔的眼睛中，我感受到了她的自信。她不会骗我的，她的眼睛告诉了我。于是我将手慢慢伸出，结果还没等我反应过来，一眨眼功夫，针已经扎好了。我的手就像是被蚂蚁叮了一下，没有想象中的痛苦。“好了，你到那边好好休息一下。”护士姐姐笑着向我招呼了一声又忙着招呼第二个病人了。

在休息区我静静地座位上等待，我一下子昏昏沉沉地睡着了。“第一瓶挂完了，医生帮孩子换一下。”隐约之中听到妈妈的叫声，我睁开眼睛，只见刚才那位护士姐姐过来麻利地从瓶子上拔掉针头快速插入新的一瓶，挂上架子后药水又开始缓缓往下滴着。姐姐仔细地检查下我的手上注射器，看着她那娴熟的动作和笑眯眯一眨一眨的漂亮眼睛，我心里安定多了。护士姐姐笑着和我说：“很快就挂完了，你的病也就会很快好起来的。以后注意饮食习惯哦!”“好的，我记住了，谢谢姐姐!”我开心地点头答道。

护士转身就走了，可护士姐姐的那双温柔的眼睛却让我一直在我眼出现，就是她这双眼睛治愈了我的病痛，也治愈了我的内心……

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

我从这次志愿者活动中感受到了，人不管贫穷富贵，不管健康，还是残疾，只要帮助别人，自己会快乐，别人也会快乐。帮助别人就在一念之间，说起来容易，做起来有点难，要有帮助别人的勇气和力量,要有坚韧不拔的毅力，持之以恒的决心，才能真正做好一个合格的志愿者!

Today, I came to the countryside as a volunteer and went to Grandpa Chens

house.

Grandpa Chens house is not big. When I walked in the door, I saw a dark

and narrow lobby. I knocked on the door and asked politely, "Is Grandpa Chen at

home?"

An old grandmother came out of a room. She greeted me warmly and asked me:

"Little boy, who are you and what are you doing here?" "I am a volunteer to help

Grandpa Chen." "Oh, Grandpa Chen is here. In that small room!" As she spoke, she

pointed to a small room.

I walked to the place where my grandmother pointed, but what I saw was

Grandpa Chen busy in the kitchen, I called out, "Grandpa Chen." Grandpa Chen

turned around and smiled and glanced at me, I found Grandpa Chen As a disabled

person, it was incredible, so he quickly stepped forward and said, "Grandpa

Chen, take a break! Ill help you!" "Youre so sensible, my little one, thank

you, but my body is still very strong." , I am really heartbroken for Grandpa

Chen.

When Grandpa Chen was in the kitchen, I picked up the mop, broom, and

dustpan and started cleaning. Grandpa saw that I was great.

I have felt from this volunteer activity that no matter whether people are

poor or rich, healthy or disabled, as long as they help others, they will be

happy and others will be happy too. Helping others is just a thought. Its

easier said than done. It takes courage and strength to help others,

perseverance and perseverance to be a truly qualified volunteer!
