+ 加入清单我叫陈依唯，今年11岁，在清水塘第三小学读书，是六年级一班的学生。现在，我在班上担任英语课代表、音乐课代表、文娱委员。我很有责任心，当有些同学忘记背课文时，我会去提醒他;当有些同学遇到不会的题目时，我会耐心的教他做;当老师交代给我一个任务时，我会尽我最大的能力去完成……每一样工作我都会一丝不苟的完成，于是，我成为了老师的得力小助手，
我很乐于助人，经常帮助班上的同学。有的同学忘记带文具了，我会主动借给他;有的同学体育课没带水，我会毫不犹豫的给他水;有的同学不小心摔伤了，我会马上扶起他，带他去医务室……不仅如此，我还经常在外面参加各种公益活动。
我的成绩在班上也是数一数二的。我的各科成绩都很好，尤其是语文。我可是班上的大文豪，每篇作文都写得相当好。我很勤奋，书是我生活中必不可少的物品，每天你都可以看见我捧着一本书，津津有味的读着。
我还是一个多才多艺的女孩。每次重大的主持、演讲都少不了我的身影。我总是尽全力用自己的一技之长使活动圆满落幕，唱歌、弹钢琴更是我的长项。我已经多次获得外面比赛的一等奖，歌声、琴声更是被老师连连称赞。九岁就已经取得了中国音乐学院声乐考级十级的证书、中国音乐家协会钢琴考级十级的证书。
每学期我都被评为三好学生，文娱之星，优秀大队干部。就在上一学期区三好学生评选中，我成功被评选上区三好学生。我认为，这其中，有老师对我的赞许、鼓励、相信，还有同学对我的认可、信任。
这就是我，一个开朗自信、乐于助人、有责任心、各方面都优秀的我!以后，我会继续努力，做一名更好的少先队员。
