一天，大雁和它的姐妹一起飞回家乡。大雁对姐姐说：“我们的家应该很美吧！”姐姐说：“家乡原本就很漂亮，不可能变了。”

它们飞着飞着，看见了自己的家。它们离家越来越近，闻到了一阵臭味。它们飞到岸边，看见了人们在排放污水，就去问奄奄一息的小鱼：“小鱼，这里怎么了？”小鱼说：“人们乱砍树木，排放污气，放污水，我都快受不了了。”

于是大雁告诉人们不要这样做了，人们没有听，继续工作，大雁们只好自己动手，重新把树木种起来，用翅膀拍打着水面，把污水都带走。过了三天三夜，它们终于把环境弄得干干净净，并在河边插了一个告示牌，上面写着：保护环境，人人有责。

人们看到了这个告示牌，都觉得自己做错了。从此，人们再也不破坏环境了。

我的家乡是在海西一个山城的乡村——黄坑。我家后门是一座果山。山上有梨树、杨梅树、枇杷树，还有萘、桔子树等，五花八门，品种多样。春天，果树开 花了，雪白的梨花，竟相盛开在山头，远远望去，犹如花的海洋。果子熟了，我和表姐妹穿梭在果山上，边摘，边吃，边观赏诱人的果实，陶醉在水果的香甜之中。

听妈妈讲，几年前，这里是一座又硬又贫瘠的猪肝石荒山，山上只有几棵又矮又小的松树。一天，年近花甲的舅公突然对这座荒山有了兴趣，说要让它变成果 园!舅公是个倔强的人，是个不随便说话的人。他既然说了就会努力去做。事实也是这样，他用铁镐，花了好几个月的时间，在山上挖好了一个个一米见方的坑。为 了增加土地的肥力，舅公还养了几头牛，在山上养起了鸡和鸭，它们可帮了舅公的大忙，垫牛栏的稻草、鸡鸭的粪便是最好的有机肥料，舅公给每个坑增加了不少这 样的“补药”，让果树能茁壮成长。

几年后，这些果树都成了林，结出了累累硕果。在舅公的影响下，村里的好些人家也种起了果树，才有文章开头的情景。

舅公的故事很是让我感动，他让我明白了要保护水土，首先要保护好树木。因为树木能保持水土，净化空气。只有树木多了，空气才会更清新，大自然才会更美丽。只要我们大力植树造林，水土就不会流失。

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. 如今，大海变了样。海水不再清澈，它变浊了，变脏了。海水冲上沙滩，留下的不再是活蹦乱跳的小鱼小虾，取而代之的是一堆又一堆的垃圾，还夹杂着不少惨死的小鱼小虾，散发着阵阵恶臭。这是为什么呢?这都是由于我们人类。有人在海边欣赏美景时，顺手把恶臭的垃圾扔进海里。也有在海边居住的人把厕所的排泄管直通到海底。更可恶的是工厂排放的废水大股大股地流进海里，把海水染成了一种奇异的颜色。导致生出了许多缺少脑子`智商低的婴儿，我们的下一代-眼睛明亮`嗓音稚嫩`脸峡透红的下一代将永远见不到美丽迷人的蓝色海洋了。

有人曾做过一个实验，他把一盆清水比做大海，再把一滴墨水滴入"大海"中。顿时，墨水慢慢地散开、变浅、消失，"海水"几乎和原来一样干净;如果墨水一直不断滴下去，"海水的颜色就会越来越深，最后变成一盆黑水。地球上60亿人口每天生产出大量生活废水和工业污染，就像墨水一样一直注入原本清澈的海水中经快变成，现在的大海已一潭污水了。

为了我们人类的身体健康，为了我们的子孙后代看到美丽迷人的蓝色海洋。让我们立刻行动起来吧，像热爱生命那样热爱海洋，热爱这人类共同的蓝色家园。

The earth scale change of climate has brought a new kind of natural disaster and the developed and complicated city system is holding a latent risk of expanding the damage artificially. Also people has been spoiling the health since the immense quantity of chemicals have been produced and already used in pursuit of convenience and various toxic substances have been produced unintentionally and accumulated in environment. Therefore, We need some countermeasures from the viewpoint to prevent the city environment form disaster and to manage environmental risks. So we will develop and improve a new risk management system and a disaster prevention system to preserve and create the city environment where people feel easy and sound in their life.
