most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

奥斯卡就是我的好伙伴，我希望它能够一直陪着我，长命百岁。

朋友带给了我生活小事上的感动;朋友驱散了我伤心时心灵的阴霾;朋友书写了我勇敢时坚定的信念。而我的一位朋友，她就像我生命中的一束光，照亮了我。她就是我的幼儿园玩伴以及小学挚友小栓。

那是六年级的一天，这一天的体育课我们检测800米跑步，一停到这个消息，我整个人像是泄了气的皮球一样，毫无精神。这时，小拴用肩膀撞了我一下，戏谑道：“你不会是不敢跑吧?脸色这么差。”我立即应到：“当然不是!”然而站上跑道的一瞬间我就腿软了。一圈、两圈、三圈第三圈时我就没劲了，这时，身旁的小栓拉住了我的手说：“不要停，调整呼吸，加油，我拉着你一起跑。”第四圈时我彻底没有了力气，我想松开她的手，她却不肯，也不觉得我是她的累赘，拉着我跑完了全程。冲过800米线后，她松开了我的手，并嘱咐我不要停，多走一走。

她不仅照亮了我的800米跑道，还点燃了我学习的热情。

一次数学月考后，看到我的成绩时，我震了一下，80分像一盆凉水浇在了我的头上，翻翻试卷，又错了许多不该错的基础题，我对自己失望了，趴在桌子上，一动也不动。她好像看出了我的异样，坐到了我面前的位置上，拿起我的试卷看了一眼，同样震了一下，我苦笑道：“很差吧。”她没有回答我的问题，说道：“你就是因为这个一蹶不振吗?只是一次考试成绩而已啊，没考好下次再努力吗。现在的你应该去找找问题出现在哪，而不是趴着。”听了她的话，我惊醒，对呀，我该去找问题了。于是，她帮我分析了每一题的错因。

现在我们虽然不在一所初中，但友谊依旧。在一次同学聚会上，我们俩竟然撞衫了。或许这就是8年友谊培养出的默契吧。

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

In this winter holiday, I am going to take a trip with my parents by plane.We are going to Beijing. Then, I am going to go ice skating there. I am going to see the snow. I will play with the snow. I am going to make a snowman with my sister. Then we are going to visit the Great wall. At last, we are going to go back home by plane.

That will be fun in the winter holiday! I can’t wait!
