I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. My advanced-level subjects are History, Economics and English Literature. In addition to these subjects, "Use of English" is also a compulsory subject because a pass in English is a minimum requirement for admission to most faculties of the University of Hong Kong.

在暑假里能拥抱大海，尽情地在大海里嬉水，是我的一个大大的心愿。8月的1天，爸爸安排我去美丽的舟山朱家尖景区，满足了我这个愿望。 can embrace the sea in the summer vacation and enjoy the water in the sea. It is my great wish.One day in August, my father arranged for me to go to the beautiful Zhoushan Zhujiajian Scenic Area to satisfy my wish.

从杭州去朱家尖，一进入宁波北仑地界，就可以看到巍峨的跨海大桥，连接起一座座岛屿，就像串起了一颗颗散落在沙滩里的珍珠一样。千岛群岛之称的舟山，就是一颗闪亮的东海明珠，吸引着越来越多的人们，奔向她的怀抱。

这天，阳光明媚，热浪滚滚。我们首先去了乌石塘景区。从那里我感受了坐渔船拔蟹笼的乐趣。这是一个三面环山、一面正对着大海的海湾，我们跨上小渔船出海啦!不多久，船上的大娘问：“要不要捕蟹?”我们说：“好啊，好啊!”一帮人就乐呵呵地开工了。

大娘告诉我们，蟹笼是用绳子穿起来，系上浮标，沉在海滩底下，蟹笼里放上些饵料，蟹就会爬进去的。我抓着绳子使劲拽起来一个蟹笼，里面居然爬着三只虽小却壮实的海螃蟹。我们共拽上8只蟹笼，有的蟹笼里有1只，有的2只，有的没有，而我居然最多。最后数了数共捕到了10多只海蟹，就在大娘的船上现蒸了吃，真是美味啊!

中午美美地睡了个午觉，趁着太阳不再那么毒辣了，就一起奔向我最喜欢的海滨浴场。一进入浴场，就看见黑压压的很多人在玩水。蔚蓝的天空中白云朵朵，海风阵阵，海鸥飞翔。潮起潮落，碧波荡漾，浪花一下又一下拍打着礁石，冲刷着软绵绵的沙滩。

腊月二十三是小年，天还没亮呢就听见别人在放炮了，害得我连觉都没睡好，第二天眼睛四周黑黑的，都成熊猫眼了。

腊月二十四必须大扫除，这一天我可累坏了，又是擦玻璃又是洗地板的，出了一身的汗。大人们则忙着备年货，把鸡肉、猪肉、鱼肉、青菜、年糕等年货准备充足。

最热闹的就是初夕，这天家家都忙着贴春联、贴年画。除夕夜必不可少的就是包饺子和放鞭炮。大人们围在一起，有的人在和面，有的人在擀皮儿，有的人在拌馅儿，有的人在准备烧火的柴火……包饺子时还要在饺子皮里放上钱和红枣。预示着新的一年日子红红火火。我则忙着放鞭炮，“霹雳”“啪啦”的声音不绝于耳。最热闹的就属晚上了，各种形状，各种颜色的烟花在天空不停地绽放，有的像一串串明亮的珍珠;有的像一朵怒放的花朵;有的像天女散花……，这些美丽的烟花刹那间把整条街都照亮了，整个村子的天空变成了五彩缤纷的世界。

手拿两把大剪刀，身上穿着铁甲袍，要是有人来惹我，请他吃我两剪刀。这是什么动物呢?哈哈，当然是螃蟹啦!你一定已经看到上面的题目了，你一定会想：难道我(我就是马婕)喜爱的小动物是螃蟹?对了，就是螃蟹，你别太吃惊，这几只螃蟹还是我亲自捉来的呢!

三年级的一个傍晚，妈妈带着我去了渔人码头，到了泥滩上，我看见了很多人都在挖小洞，这是为什么呢?因为傍晚是捉螃蟹的时间，傍晚时，很多螃蟹都会上岸找食物，那些螃蟹会从洞中爬出来，那些人在掏螃蟹窝，等它们爬出来就捉住它们。

我连拖带拉地把妈妈拉到卖水桶和小铲子的地方，让妈妈给我买了一套捉螃蟹的工具，接着便把妈妈拉到泥滩上，一起捉螃蟹了。泥滩上的我小心翼翼地走着，生怕一不小心就被螃蟹夹住了脚趾头。我们找了半天，一只螃蟹也没有找到。在水深的地方，眼尖的我发现了一只正飞快地爬行的螃蟹，我迅速用水桶拦住了它的去路，伸出抓着小铲子的手，“嗖”的一声把它放入了桶中。我高兴极了，抓了一只又一只。回到家里，我数了数螃蟹的数量，一共有五只，我把它们放在上次从碧海金沙带回来的沙子里，倒入一些水，使沙子变湿，然后用一自己做的钓鱼杆钓起螃蟹来。

我把有豆腐干的线抛到一只强壮的螃蟹面前，那只螃蟹先碰了碰它，以为没有危险，便用大钳子夹住了它，我迅速地把它拉了起来，等它发现这是一个陷阱时已经太晚了。为了以免被螃蟹夹到，我用剪刀把线剪断，让它又回到了属于它的“小城堡”里。

一连几天我都会这样去玩它们，没过多久，它们就被我给折腾的半死半活了。最后，为了不让小螃蟹死于非命，我只好将她们又放回了小河里。

这就是我最喜爱的小动物：几只给我带来了不少快乐的小螃蟹。

Everyone have their own favorite season. Someone loves the spring the most,

while other one loves winter.The one who like summer might for its hot weather

and they can enjoy the ice-cream, while the autumn fans might love the sky

floating leaves.For me, I love the four seasons equally, I cannot tell which one

i love the most, because all of them have the special reason that makes me

adored them.

Spring is a wonderful season to celebrate rebirth and new life. When it

comes to spring, everything looks so full of vigor. The grass out from the land,

the branches grow new leaves, and the colorful flowers show up everywhere, all

of this beautiful scenery makes people feel encouraged and reborn.

Summer is a magnificent season, which bring warm to us, letting us wave for

it and releasing the passion. Summer is an exuberant season that always makes

people have stirrings to do something. Also, thinks to summer that makes

swimming and surfing much funnier and the ice-cream taste more delicious.

Autumn, fruit is fragrance and fruit. Autumn is the season of harvest, fall

chrysanthemums spit release each other, and a thriving scene. Autumn is the only

season that we could see the leaves flying in the sky. And it is especially

important for Chinese; one of a day of autumn which called mid-autumn festival

brings family together and enjoys happy family reunion.

Winter is a season makes people feel sad and cold, but a warm, toasty house

may feel great in the winter, that is the only charm that other season doesnt

have. Nothing is greater on a cold day than a hearty hot bowl of soup. Moreover,

we can make a snowman and have snow high in winter.

Every season has its own lovely charm, I love them all.
