今天，我对妈妈说了要去强强家里玩，可是到了强强家以后，好乱啊。强强说他要搬家了，就在这个家附近，说让我帮他忙行不行。我们是朋友，我心想：“帮吧，一定是体力活。不帮吧，又怕在强强家里，失去了强强这个朋友，我想还是帮吧!”

过后，我就问：“强强，怎么帮你呢?”强强答道：“呐。那你就做些轻活吧!喏那有一堆书，你搬着我领你去我的新家。”

我一看，：“额。要死要死啊，足有十米高了!”我也不得不帮，：“咳。既然答应了就要做到吗，所以说帮!”

强强带我到了新家，我一看：“哇!贼漂亮啊!”强强若无其事地说：“走吧，还有一堆书等着呢!”

过了许久，我终于搬完了。

强强看我很累就告诉我：“小羽，我请你吃饭雪糕!你想要什么就买什么!”强强拿着一张十元的钞票。

之后，我们买完了东西，吃着东西走着。

虽说是些体力活，但有朋友，还有雪糕嘻嘻。真是不错，其实劳动比玩耍更有趣呢，不信?那你可以试试啊!

I often imagine what my life will be like in the future. I think my life will be very different in ten years. I will be twenty-eight years old by then. I will have my own family. 每天我都会把“明明”和“星星”放到我家露台上的鱼池里，让它们洗澡、嬉戏。鸭子可喜欢玩水了，而且天生就是游泳健将。你别看它个子小，游起泳来速度可快啦!只听“哗啦，哗啦”几声，鸭子就已经在我家的大鱼池里游了好几圈。妈妈还特意买了些小泥鳅养在池里。你一定想不到鸭子有多么聪明，它们把头往水里一埋，把尾巴竖了起来，一潜就是好长时间，在池子里捉小泥鳅呢!特别有意思的是只要“明明”刚咬住小泥鳅，把头仰起来，准备享受美味的时候，“星星”立马就会游过来抢食。这时“明明”不但要对付滑溜溜的泥鳅，还得躲避同伴的抢夺，一时池子里激起了千层浪花，小泥鳅乘机而逃……那场面真是滑稽又搞笑!

“明明”和“星星”陪伴我度过了一段非常快乐的时光。后来我上了小学搬了新家，新家太小再也不适合它们成长，不得已我和妈妈决定把它们放生了……我永远都忘不了那天，忘不了和它们分别时的依依不舍……那是我第一次为我的动物朋友流下了眼泪!

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of the han. It is a very important festival in our hometown, so every year the Dragon Boat Festival is very busy.

The Dragon Boat Festival is the most indispensable, nature is zongzi, every year the grandmother of the Dragon Boat Festival and everyone will pack hundreds of big dumplings! There are many kinds of dumplings, such as reed leaves, bamboo shoots, wild leaves and lotus leaves. But our hometown is a lot of reeds, so most of them are wrapped in reeds. First, grandma "rate the army" to pick reed leaves. When picking reed leaves, a large family listens to grandmothers labor trumpet: "come on! A zongzi three leaf! 端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!

When people ask me what kind of job I want to work on in the future, my

answer is to be a teacher, which is my ideal job. I like to pass knowledge to

next generation and lead them to find their own place in the world. What’s more,

I can live near my families, so I can go home often and enjoy the dinner with

them. I dont want to work far away from my parents, because money cant make up

the time we stay together. When I become a teacher, I will have the long

Last week, I saw an Interesting cartoon and I was attracted by the

The shortage of housing is one of the most serious problems facing many big

cities in China. Though the government has spent a large sum of money on

housing,the investment has not been very resultful and a housing shortage still

exists. Two generations sharing one room and newlymarried couples finding it

difficult to have a house of their own are still common cases. Housing shortage

is a problem that requires an immediate solution.

Peoples attitudes towards the solution to the housing problem are

different. Some suggest building more tall apartment buildings; others believe

that we should develop underground housing areas. I am in favour of the former

opinion. For one thing, it is cheaper to build upward than downward. For

another, living underground for a long time will do harm to peoples health.

Above all,people are unwilling to live underground with artificial lighting and

they prefer to live normally on the ground to enjoy the sunshine.

Although there may be some other ways to solve the housing shortage

problem, I believe to build more apartment buildings is one of the feasible

solutions to the housing problem.

在星期五时，爸爸妈妈都上班去了，而我在家里做作业，写着写着，一个问题突然出现在我的脑海里：最快乐的事情是什么?这个突然出现的问题让我不知道怎么回答，所以，我决定借助资料，于是，我翻来覆去的找了一会儿，见书上说劳动其实是最快乐的，我很疑惑，劳动那么累，怎么能是最快乐的呢?于是，我决定亲身体验一下。 In Friday, my parents went to work, and I was doing homework at home and wrote that a problem suddenly appeared in my mind: the happiest: the happiestWhat is the thing? So, I decided to experience it in person.

我快速的写完了作业，俗话说一屋不扫，何以扫天下?我决定开始依次打扫我们家的客厅、爸爸的卧室、妈妈和我的卧室和我的书屋。我早就看见妈妈打扫卫生的时候先扫地，于是，我就学习她，拿出扫把来，摆好了扫地的架势，先扫了一会儿我就累得满头大汗了，也觉得这个姿势别扭极了，所以，我就编了一套逯氏扫地法，这样舒服多了，也就很快就扫完了，而且扫得很干净。h

接下来就该拖地了，涮好拖把，开始卖力的拖起来，客厅可真大呀，我先拖了三分之一就累得不行了，休息了一会儿，就有接着干起来、终于都干完了，我看着发光的地板，开心的笑了笑。

地板倒是干净了，但床上、桌子上、书桌上事无所不有啊，吃完的东西都不收拾了，乱得像猪窝，我洗干净了抹布，开始边擦边收拾，但我都不知道把这些东西该放在哪里，把那些东西胡乱的放在某个地方，但一点也看不出干净来，反而更乱了，我静下心来想了想，把那些乱七八糟的东西分好类，分别放在该放的地方，这下干净了，我心满意足的松了口气。

通过这件事，我明白了劳动的辛苦和乐趣，做完家务是很累看自己这么干净的家，身上的疲惫一瞬间就消失了，心情无比的舒畅，劳动其实很快乐。

当从老师的口中得到我们要去秋游的消息，我高兴的一个晚上都没睡好觉。 When we get the news from the teachers mouth, we are going to swim in the autumn. I didnt sleep well all night.

秋游这天早上，我激动得六点钟就醒来了。吃过早餐，我收拾好要准备的东西，怀着愉快的心情来到学校。在教室里，我看见每个同学都和我一样，心情都无比地激动。接着，我们排好了队，坐上了公交车，准备出发。

一路上，我们有说有笑，热闹非凡。经过了车水马龙的市区，我们终于来到了大龙潭公园里的烧烤场。

我们找好了位置，用报纸把座位铺好，并在家长和老师的细心指导下生起了火。不一会儿，火变旺了，我们便放上烤架放上了自己喜欢吃的食物，开始我们期盼已久的烧烤。

我先串了个鸡翅，刷了点油，便放在烤架上，时不时翻一下它，再给它刷了一些别的酱，让它吃起来更加美味。我烤了一会儿，实在是忍不住了，拿起来咬了一口，“呸!怎么还没熟!”我看着半生半熟的肉，气呼呼的说。这时，正在和我们一起烧烤的黄老师拿出一把小剪刀说：“鸡翅肉厚的地方要把它剪开，这样既进味，又熟得快一些。”“噢，原来是这样。”我顿时恍然大悟。当这个鸡翅烤熟时，虽然皮已经糊了，但是味道还算不错。

由于我烤糊了一个鸡翅，很不甘心，于是我就决定再烤一个。这次我吸取了上次的教训，先用剪刀把肉厚的地方剪开，接着刷上油和番茄酱，撒上孜然粉，然后不停地翻滚，一刻也不敢放松。鸡翅上传来“嗞嗞”的响声，颜色越来越深，香味也越来越浓，让人不禁流下了口水。经过我的努力，最后考出了一个香喷喷的鸡翅，让别的同学羡慕不已。

我拿着“战利品”在烧烤场上走来走去。当我看到有个小组还没生起火时，我出于同情心，便帮他们烤了一些吃的，让他们补充一些体力。

这次秋游不仅快乐，还使我们增长了许多知识，学习到了生活中的文化。
