with plenty of food and fun. The most important and traditional food on the

Lantern Festival is Tang-yuan. With sweet and soft rice outside and peanuts or

sesame inside, this little rice ball stand for the happy reunion, and the best

wish for the whole families. Apart from having dinner with parents and

relatives, there are also lots of activities on that day. The Lantern shows as

well as guessing riddles are part of the Lantern Festival; and the most

interesting part of the show is that the riddles are written on the Lantern.

After dinner, the whole families go to the lantern fair, to enjoy the happiness

in this moment.

In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair,

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. At this moment, the

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

bright future in front of us. It’s worth everything.

Last Sunday， our class held aSpringOutingin the forest park. It was a nice day. The sun was shining brightly and the flowers were swaying in the spring breeze. We took a lot of pictures and had our favorite snacks on the bench. The girls talked about their favorite movie starts and the boys played football on the ground. We had so much fun.

I love spring outing because we don’t need to do the homework.

小乌龟背着美丽花纹的硬壳，它的脑袋上有两颗圆圆的黑色的小眼睛，就像两颗黑珠子。眼睛下面是尖尖的鼻子，可洋气了。最下面就是它的小嘴巴，别看它嘴巴特别小，里面有锋利的牙齿呢!小乌龟的壳下面是它的四肢，长着锋利的爪子，平时挖洞、抓食物全都靠着它们。小乌龟的身体后面有一条小尾巴，短短的，像一枚钉子。

平时，我把它养在一个大桶里，桶里一半是沙子，一半是水，我发现小乌龟在沙子上爬得很慢，在水里游得却非常快，能很好的用四肢来控制方向。有时候，我觉得它在这么潮湿的地方一点都不好，我就把它拿出去晒太阳，可是我一把它放在地上，它就爬得飞快，这是为什么呢?后来才知道，太阳把地面晒得很热，小乌龟可能觉得这里太热了，想快一点离开吧。还有一次，我吃完晚饭，拿着一块跟指甲盖差不多大的肉去喂乌龟，乌龟很想吃我手里的肉，就跟着我，我想逗它玩玩，就假装不给它，乌龟还是跟着我，可是后来乌龟生气了，当我转身想摸它的时候，它狠狠地咬了我一口，我痛得哇哇大哭。

我喜欢我家的小乌龟。

小水滴又爬到岸上，嘲笑大海说：“大海，你不是说自己‘可以吹沙毁石，力量’的吗?现在怎么变样了?啊?”大海气得咬牙切齿，恶狠狠地冲着小水滴说：“别老说别人!你行吗?哼!”小水滴却轻快地一笑：“我们?当然行!我们还能让石头穿个大洞呢!”“就是嘛!”“对!对!”其他小水滴也纷纷附合。大海白了他们一眼，奸笑着说：“是吗?那就尽管试试吧!哼哼!”

这时，春姑娘来到草原外，看到了一些牧人在放牧。一些牛在悠闲地吃草，一副既享受又懒散的样子。她又看到一些羊群在一边奔跑着，一边叫着，似乎也是在欢呼春天的到来。

夕阳西下，太阳公公也只剩下半边脸了。这时，彩虹出来了，赤橙黄绿青蓝紫，春姑娘看着看着就痴了，阿!春姑娘困了，她疲惫地舒展着自己的腰身，心里回想着她今天看到的大自然的情景，甜蜜地睡着了。

The determined spirit gives us light when we are in dark moments and

encourages when we are frustrated. With this quality, no enemy can overwhelm us,

and noobstacles can stand in our way. There are many examples of success being

achieved solely through the strong will of the spirit. As in the picture, the

后来就是用砖瓦砌成的房子，这房子让人感觉像埃及金字塔。为什么会觉得像金字塔呢?是因为金字塔也是用砖块堆成的。这种房子的房顶呈三角形，下雨时，雨水可以顺着瓦棱流淌下来，水撞击地面的声音就像一曲优美的小令。人在屋里，望着房檐下晶莹的珠帘，不禁想起孙悟空的水帘洞来。不过它和过去的茅草房相比，可算是“铁壁铜墙”了。

延续到上世纪八十年代，那就是用混凝土建成的平房了，这种房子在表面上刷上白漆，真像一位白衣仙子。咦，房顶做成平的，雨水不就会积在房顶上了吗?这您大可放心，肯定不会的，在房顶上留一个小洞接一节水管，水就会顺着流了下来，测起阵阵水花，真是“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”呀!这种房子坚固、美观，比起它的老前辈，真是“青出于蓝胜于蓝”呀!

现在的人们可真会享受生活，都已经往上了楼房。现在的楼房如雨后春笋般拔地而起，它们像战士一样矗立在公路两旁，而且，用的砖块也是多种多样，形态各异，颜色也丰富多彩，把这原本就美丽的房子装扮得更像一位漂亮的白雪公主。白漆是她那飘逸的长裙，窗户是她那深邃的眼睛，那密密的眼帘使你忍不住发出啧啧的赞叹声。再看看内部可真是一点儿也不逊色，到处都是闪闪发光的地板砖，它们真像一颗颗钻石拼成的，光芒耀眼，简直可以和古代的.皇宫相媲美了，不对，是“有过之而无不及”呀!

“一玉口成国，一瓦顶成家，家是最小国，国是千万家……”

我的家乡是一个令我痴醉的地方。那里没有黄山的山峦群峰、云雾缭绕;没有泰山的宏伟、高大;也没有庐山瀑布那么壮观，但它一年四季都那么迷人，是值得留恋的地方。 My hometown is a place to get intoxicated by me.There are no mountains and clouds in the mountains of Huangshan; there is no grand and tall in Taishan; and not as spectacular as Lushan Waterfall, but it is so charming all year round and is worth nostalgic.

春天，家乡是一派生机勃勃的景象。一株株小草着急地探出了小脑袋，感受着春天的气息。花儿争先恐后地展示出自己的美丽，向人们炫耀呢。你瞧：牡丹花骄傲地在橡树旁边手舞足蹈，一边哼着歌一边扭着腰，看似一位妖娆万千的少女。而橡树也在吹嘘着自己的伟大，因为它可以给人们带来清爽。百合花谦虚地夸耀大地与雨水，认真地为它们筹办谢礼。我家乡的柑橘树呢，正发着嫩绿的小芽。瞧：它那粗壮的树干是那么坚韧，在小芽的陪伴下，它更有颜色了。

夏天，阳光照射着大地，早晨的家乡云雾笼罩，给人以一种朦胧的感觉。当云雾散去的时候，空气是那么清新，当你深吸一口气，会感觉那清新的空气十分凉爽，让人好不惬意。茂盛的柑橘林为你遮阳，一阵微风吹来，那闷热的感觉已去，来的是凉凉的微风。

当秋风来临的时候，我的家乡显然是一派丰收的景象。你快看，柑橘已经橙黄了，一个个正冲着你笑呢，一个个像灯笼一样。当你摘下一个柑橘，剥开皮细细咀嚼，你会感觉这美味可口的柑橘像离不开似的。麦子一片金黄，微风突袭，金色的波浪一浪接一浪，“唆唆唆”的声音就好像在说：“快来割吧!快来割吧!我都等不及了!”

冬天，家乡就好像冰清玉洁的世界，所有的景物都被冬姑娘换上银装，冰彻般的玉，是那么洁白。

啊我的家乡虽不及那些名山名水，却是我值得留念的地方。我想大声地说：美丽的家乡，我永远爱你!

成长和感恩是永恒的命题，在成长中感恩，在感恩中成长。2009年一场突如其来的疾病让我真切地感受到了这句话的含义。 Growth and gratitude is an eternal proposition that is grateful in growth and grows in gratitude.A sudden illness in 2009 made me really feel the meaning of this sentence.

2009年10月2日本该是一个快乐的假日，我却在这一天因为得了甲流而被120急救车送到了市儿童医院。这是我第一次独自住院。因为甲流是传染病，医院规定病房里不能有人陪护，甚至连探望也不可以。就这样我开始了“与世隔绝”的日子。

空荡荡的大病房里虽有六张病床，却只有我一个病人。除了护士阿姨外，整个楼层也看不到什么人。在这里的生活拥有的只能是寂寞，尤其是到了晚上，外面一片漆黑，病房里静悄悄的，静得我都可以听到自己的呼吸声。每到此时，泪水都会从眼眶里溢出来，这泪水是思念的泪，寂寞的泪李后主的那句“剪不断，理还乱，是离愁，别是一番滋味在心头。”在我心中回荡，而此时此刻的我心中的感受又该用怎样的语言来形容呢?

离开了爸爸妈妈，我只能自己铺床，洗漱，量体温，还要喝又黑又苦的中药。那几天我总是很早就上床睡觉，因为只有在梦中，我才能远离寂寞，梦里有爸爸妈妈在我身边。躺在床上，生活中那些普普通通的日子像放电影似的在我脑海中回放着：妈妈总是把最好的东西留给我吃，每天晚上放学回家妈妈都会端出热腾腾的点心看着我吃下;爸爸总是盼着我长得高高的，三天两头地给我量身高;即使我犯了错误，他们也从不打骂我，都是以我最容易接受的方式提醒我原来我每天的生活都被爸爸妈妈浓浓的爱包围着啊!

我在病房里想念爸爸妈妈，爸爸妈妈也牵挂着我，每天都来看我。他们总是一大早就来，直到吃晚饭才回去。由于进不了病房，他们就在楼下的花园里向上望。我就坐在窗边的小凳子上向下看。我手里拿着手机，对着外面一声一声地喊：“爸爸妈妈，我想出去，我想回家!”“宝贝，坚强一点，好好吃药，早点病好，我们早点来接你。”爸爸妈妈在楼下一遍遍地鼓励我，我也坚强地按时喝完平时我不喝的苦涩的中药。在我们之间，虽然隔了一层厚厚的玻璃，隔了六层楼的高度，可我们的心却紧紧地连在一起。

这一年的中秋节也是在医院度过的。中秋节本是团聚的日子，也是外婆的生日，本来一家人可以和外公外婆一起赏月聊天，可我却独自一人待在医院里与孤独相伴。晚上，爸爸用手机发来了月亮的照片，真美啊!看着照片里的月亮是那么明亮，那晚我又哭了。

正是这场疾病，这次经历，它看似不幸，但也并不是毫无意义，至少它让我体会到我平时没有意识到的爸爸妈妈对我的那份深深的爱，也正是这份爱使我健康快乐地成长。

时间过得真快，转眼间我们又快长一岁了，也长高了不少。快过年了，我们盼望已久的春节又快到了。

许多同学肯定打算着春节怎么过?想着有新衣服，可以到同学面前炫耀一番;想着爸爸妈妈给了压岁钱，到商店里去买自己想要的东西;还想着快点写好作业，跟同学们一起玩耍……而我心中的计划跟一些同学想的差不多，先赶快写好作业，跟好朋友一起打一场痛快的雪仗，对可爱的雪人。

还记得前年，合肥下了好大的雪，雪都堆积如山了。一个阳光明媚的下午，我写完老师布置的作业，便出去透透气，突然看到了几位好朋友在玩雪，就跟他们一起打起雪仗来。我躲在一块大石头后面，随手拿起一堆雪，搓成球。我慢慢地抬起头，看见了一个目标，便向他砸去，结果我没有打

到他，反而被他打个“雪流满面”。还有一次，我和几个好朋友堆雪人，因为那里的雪不够，我便去找雪。一会儿，我回来了，我的手是又“红”又“白”。我找来雪之后，我们又开始堆。堆到傍晚时，还差一点，家长喊我们回家，我们也只好回家。第二天，发现我们堆的雪人已成为“废墟”，希望今年可以把雪人堆好。去年，我在珠海姑姑家过春节，在南方过春节很温暖，到处花朵盛开，希望今年是一个瑞雪兆丰年的春节。

虽然春节不是长久的，但它带给我们的快乐，一直留在我们心中，但愿今年春节可以过得更充实，更美好!
