When I`m free or in trouble, I always take out a book and read quietly. In no time, I`ve put my heart into it so that I`ll forget all the troubles. It`s in this way that I`ve formed the habit of reading in any time.

Little boys as I was, I was interest in picture books and storybooks. I was struck by them. No sooner had I entered the middle school than I began to read novel, plays, essays and so on. I found I could get much from them. Little by little I took great interest in literature and last term I won the first prize in the composition contest among middle-school students in Zhe Jiang.

当我还是小孩子时，我在图画书和故事书感兴趣。我很惊讶他们。我刚进入了中学，我开始读小说，戏剧，散文等。我发现我可以从他们身上得到很多。渐渐的我开始对文学感兴趣的最后一学期我在浙江省中学生作文竞赛中获得一等奖。

Reading “The Emperor`s New Clothes”, I had to let out a burst of laughter over his fool. “The Little Match Girl” couldn`t keep me from crying for her misery. “ Robinson Crusoe” took me into a strange world full of danger. And I was also deeply impressed by Helen Keller`s patience and perseverance… Besides these, books also tell me other thing -how to be a man and how to tell the difference between right and wrong. In a word, good books can make me know what I didn`t before. So I think of a good book as my best friend.

阅读“皇帝的新衣`”，我不得不把一阵笑声在他的傻瓜。“卖火柴的小女孩”也`却令我痛苦。《鲁滨孙漂流记》把我带进了一个充满危险的陌生的世界。我也深深打动了海伦凯勒`的耐心和毅力……除此之外，本书还告诉我其它的东西——如何成为一个男人，如何分辨对与错。总之，好的书籍可以让我知道我并`之前。所以我认为一个好的书是我最好的朋友。

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious. When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch and walked by us with the smile on their faces. Nick seemed so different from how he looked in the class. I guess that is the power of love. Hope they will enjoy everyday when they get together. So romantic!

I expect that Nick will tell his love story to us.

Swimming is one of the best form of excercise whereby almost every parts of the body musles are utilized. Before you go into a pool for swimming lesson, every learner must have the confident of entering into a swimming pool. The first lesson is therefore called, confident drill

To start the learning of swimming, all learners are to do warm up on land and know the safety rules in a swimming pool. Floats and proper swim wear are necessities for a learner.. There are four types of swimming styles. They are Front crawl, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly.

Swimming is a good sport that should be popularized

1.to use music and music therapy to help ward off depression,to promote movement,to calm patients,to ease muscle tension.

2.Brain Waves:music with a strong beat can stimulate brainwaves to resonate in sync with the beat,with faster beats bringing sharper concentration and more alert thinking,and a slower tempo promoting a calm,meditative state.

3.Breathing and Heart Rate:breathing and heart rate can also be altered by the changes music can bring.greatly promoting not only relaxation,but health.

4.State of Mind:Music can also be used to bring a more positive state of mind.

5.Other Benefits:lowering blood pressure,boost immunity,ease muscle tension.

6.Early musical training helps develop brain areas involved in language and reasoning.

7.Mood boost:plugging in to your favourite music could help melt away a bad mood.

8.Focus:if we help our cortex to produce faster beta waves,we will be better equipped to concentrate and focus our attention.

9.Pick up the pace:Listening to certain music could actually help you run faster.

10.De-stress:Tuning in to one of your favourite songs can be incredibly soothing and help to reduce anxiety.

Some people say that reading is not good. Reading is a kind of burden, reading is locked in a tight without ventilation cages, reading as if to accept the devil training, you were dead, reading is very painful, it is the people on the lethal poison. This is just the illiterate, but I think the benefits of reading. I think the book is the ladder of human progress, is the human silent teacher, books are our friends, the book is nutrition of pills, books are food for the soul, the book let us into a heaven, there is a heaven. Reading is a kind of beautiful enjoyment. Reading, let you like into the wonderland, let your life more colorful childhood reading, cultivate your sentiments, relieve fatigue, you forget your trouble, reading is colorful sauces. When I dont understand, I saw a book like hell, but as time goes by, I grow up, I know what is the real enjoyment, I learned to enjoy the pleasure of reading.

Dogs are the best friends of human beings, so I prefer to keep a dog. Some dogs are big and some are small and cute, The big dog can help you watching your house but I am fond of having a cute dog.

I am the only child in my family. When I am bored or my parents are out of the house, I can play with it.

It will bow to you or lick your face when you back home. It is so lovely.

It is fun to walk the dog in the park too. So having a pet dog is a good decision.

Since the childhood, I would cultivate the good habit of reading. The good habits can help me to increase knowledge, make I am not a tunnel vision.

所谓“阅读就是开启知识宝库的钥匙”。在阅读时，要是遇到任何的生字新词，我便会找“不说话的老师”为我解决难题，所以我认识的词汇日益丰富。

俗语说:秀才不出门，能知天下事。在空闲时，我也会阅读报章。阅读报章不但能让我知道国内外所发生的事，也能对周遭的事情提高警惕。报章里头设有’’学生天地’’让学生们投稿。我不但能从中赚取稿费也能阅读其他学生所写的文章，从而提高自己的写作能力，何乐而不为呢?

此外，我也会阅读一些图文并茂的图书。这些图书能带给我娱乐，能让我暂时把繁重的功课及一切烦恼都被抛到九霄云外。它的却能让我快乐地，轻松地吸取知识。

由于我有阅读的习惯，因此父母常买各式各样的书籍给我。每当我生日时，由于朋友都知道我的爱好，所以收到的礼物绝大部分都是书籍。久而久之，我的藏书汗牛充栋，书房里几乎连站的位置都没有了!家人都称我的书房为“小小图书馆”。

书本真是我的良伴!朋友们，且让我们一去培养阅读的好习惯吧!它肯特定会使你受益无穷。
