in a healthy way and exercise regularly.

In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like

生活很累，尤其你现在是一家之主。

以前你在父母的怀抱里，风吹雨打，我们都扛着。现在，该到你为家撑起一片天了。

面对做不完的事情，有时你难免会觉得很苦，很累。

下完班，你可能想一直在车里待着，不想那么快回家，因为一回去，你又要担起一家之主的责任。

我很理解你，因为这些苦，我也尝过。

觉得压力很大，就多跟朋友聊聊天，发泄一下郁闷。有些事，不好跟家人说，但对着朋友，可以一吐为快。
