感恩是一项重要的处世哲学，是生活的大智慧。人生在世，不可能事事顺通。对于各种失败和不幸，我们要豁达大度，勇敢地面对，并想办法解决。面对困难，我们是懊恼抱怨、沮丧气馁，陷入绝望，还是对生活满怀感恩之心，跌倒后再爬起来呢?英国著名作家威廉·萨克雷说过，“生活是一面镜子，你对它笑，它也会对你笑;你对他哭，它也会对你哭。”如果对生活感恩，你的生命将充满灿烂的阳光;如果一味怨恨，终将一无所获。我们成功时，有千万个理由感恩生活，而失败时，只要一个借口就会表现出忘恩负义。

I think we should even be grateful to life whenever we are unsuccessful or unlucky. Only by doing this can we find our weakness and shortcomings when we fail. We can also get relief and warmth when we are unlucky. This can help us find our courage to overcome the difficulties we may face， and receive great impetus to move on. We should treat our frustration and misfortune in our life in the other way just as President Roosevelt did. We should be grateful all the time and keep having a healthy attitude to our life forever， keep having perfect characters and enterprising spirit. Being grateful is not only a kind of comfort， not an escape from life and nor thinking of winning in spirit like Ah Q. Being grateful is a way to sing for our life which comes just from our love and hope.

我想，不论是遭遇失败还是不幸，我们都应该感谢生活。只有这样，失败后，我们才能发现自己的缺点和不足，不幸时，我们还能感受到安慰和温暖。这些就能帮我们找回勇气，战胜困难，并获取前进的强大推动力。我们应像罗斯福总统那样，换一个角度去看待生活中的失败和挫折，永远对生活充满感恩，才能时刻保持健康的心态，积极地生活，并能保持完美的人格和不断进取的精神。感恩不仅仅是一种精神慰藉，也不是对现实的规避，更不是阿Q的精神胜利法。感恩源于我们对生活的热爱和希望，它是我们歌颂生活的一种方式。

I have the same routine from Monday to Friday. I usually get up at five fifty. Then I have breakfast. At six thirty, I go to school. I don’t ride a bike. I go to school on foot. I have five lessons in the morning. I do morning exercises with my classmates after the second lesson. At eleven thirty, I go home for lunch. In the afternoon, I have three lessons. After class, we often have sports in the playground. At five, I go home. After supper, I do my homework. At about ten, I go to bed. I am happy every day.

I have a lovely family and my families live a happy life. My mother is a farmer.She is fat,but she is beautiful.She has big eyes,a small nose and a small mouth.She is very kind and clever, so she has many friends and she is welcome among my neighbours. My father is a worker. He works long time a day and comes home late. He is always tired.But,my mother often cooks delicious dishes for him and that makes him happy and moved. As for my mother, she regards it as her happiness. I love my parents, although we do not live a rich life, but we are satisfied.

This time I came to my hometown, guizhou. The day there more lovely than elsewhere, the sky is so blue, the earth is green. Makes me want to sing a song, said filled me with pleasure.

One day morning, I washing a face, just want to pour out the water. 这次我来到了我的故乡——贵州。那里的天比别处更可爱，天空是那么蓝，大地是绿色的。使我总想高歌一曲，表示我满心的愉快。

一天的清晨，我洗完脸，刚要把水倒掉。大舅却出来阻止，他说：“这水不能倒掉，因为别人还可以洗脸，只有在水很脏时，才能倒掉。”说罢，他叫大舅妈出来洗脸，大舅妈迅速地把脸洗了干净。到了晚上，我和别人洗完了脸，刚要把水倒掉，大舅说：“洗完脸的水还可以干什么?”我说：“可以浇花。”大舅说：“不，你漏了一样，是洗脚。”“我知道了。”我迅速地把脚洗了干净，接着把水用来冲马桶。

有一次，外公的土地上空出了一片地。我很高兴，我对外公说：“我们可以在这里修建游乐场。”外公却说：“我们要在土地上种瓜果蔬菜。”外公连忙把大白菜的种子撒在地里。外公每天给它们施肥、浇水。现在，在每一片空地上都有绿油油的大白菜，好吃的水果，还有高大的树，形成的树林。我们每天在这里呼吸新鲜空气。这里的人大多数很健康，因为这里有很多绿色。

同学们，我们每一个人都要做到节约用水、保护坏境。让我们共同做到节约用水的基本条件。

五一小长假，爸爸妈妈带着我去乡下看望外公。

刚到外公家，一个老爷爷就拿着一个很大的袋子走来。哇，这也太夸张了吧，装什么东西要用一个这么大的袋子？这里面到底装的是什么，难道是菜？不可能。就算是菜，也不会装这么多吧。这个爷爷经常养狗，家里的狗都超过十只了，难道是狗肉？不可能。这个爷爷这么喜欢狗，每次到外公家做客都会带着他的狗来。这里面到底是什么呀？真叫人捉摸不透！算了，还是打开看看是什么吧。

袋子打开了，居然是三条蛇！其中一条闷死了，还剩下两条。这两条蛇暂时昏过去了，爸爸迅速拿起剪刀把蛇头剪下来扔了。只剩下两条蛇身在地上不停扭动。弟弟怕蛇逃掉，连忙跑过去用手捉住。爸爸妈妈吓坏了。爸爸迅速把弟弟抱过来，把他带到洗手间洗手。妈妈过了很久才缓过来。

下午，我和爸爸还有洲洲来了一场挖笋大赛。我和洲洲一组，爸爸一个人一组。谁叫爸爸是大人，力气比我们大，也知道可以在哪里找到竹笋。一开始我们好久才挖了两个竹笋。慢慢地，我们就挖了六个了。比赛只剩下最后三分钟，爸爸还在慢悠悠地找。比赛还剩一分钟，爸爸不知去哪了。比赛结束了，爸爸抱着八个竹笋来了。结果我们组六个，爸爸八个。后来，我问爸爸他是从哪里找到这么多竹笋的。爸爸说：“我是在竹林里找到的。”原来他是真正的高手，都怪我们大意了。

如果再来一次，我们一定赢爸爸。希望下次来的时候，还来一次挖竹笋比赛。

I like stay late at night and stay in bed late next morning. Usually, I won’t go to the bed before one o’clock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up.

Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over.

So sometimes I can’t catch with my teacher, because I can’t focus my mind.

And I don’t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat. I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my life style is unhealthy. I need to change it. I can’t sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my life style, I can make my life more wonderful.

我喜欢晚睡，第二天早上又喜欢睡懒觉。通常，不到一点我是不会去睡觉的。第二天我的闹钟响的时候，我都要挣扎很久才起来。大部分时间，在下课前我就很累了。所以有时我都赶不上老师的进度，因为我无法专心。我还不喜欢吃蔬菜。我只吃肉。可能是因为这个原因我有点胖。我意识到我的生活方式是不健康的。我要去改变。我晚上不能睡太晚，而且要多吃蔬菜。如果我改变自己的生活方式，我的生活会更加精彩的。
