My grade school days are the most wonderful time I have ever had. In those days I always wanted as eagerly to learn as a dog prowls about in search of food. In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. 一到乡村，扑面而来的是浓浓的清香，里面混杂着桂花、青草和泥土的清香，而这些都是城市所欠缺的。远处还有一条迂回的小河，绕着村子缓缓地流淌着。走过去，只见小河清澈见底，在阳光的照耀下波光粼粼，水面上还飘着一朵朵凋谢的桂花。湖底，一条条小鱼在水中欢快地捉迷藏……抬头仰望蓝天，上面飘着朵朵白云，它们有时像棉花糖，有时像在低头吃草的羊群，有时像一艘艘小船，航行在广阔无垠的大海里……不时，还飞来几只燕子，它们呢喃细语，大概是在向我们打招呼吧？天空的尽头是一望无际的田野，上面种着许多农作物，有水稻、玉米、高粱等。一群群的农民正在挥汗如雨地忙着抢收呢。田野的前面是一栋栋历史悠久的房子，这些房子虽然有些破旧，但却给人一种沧桑之感，让人看了顿生怀旧之心。

村民们非常好客，看到我们便热情地招待我们去他们家吃饭。这里的农家菜独具特色。在城市里，我们吃惯了大鱼大肉，偶尔吃吃小野菜，喝喝桂花茶，那真是别有一番风味呢！虽然，这些菜不如城市里的菜色、香、味俱全，但是，这些菜绝对都是农民们用心种出来的，不加任何添加剂，是纯天然的绿色食品呢，让我们真正感受到了什么是“新鲜出炉”。特别是这里的野生鱼头汤，那可是用文火慢慢地炖出来的，何止一个“鲜”字了得，简直让人回味无穷。

乡村的生活还很有趣呢！要是你有兴致，可以自己划一叶轻舟，在小河中慢慢行驶，领略一下沿途美丽的风景——成片的芦苇荡、水花生，不时，还会有一只野鸭优哉游哉地从远处游来……你还可以拔一棵青菜，去喂那活泼乱跳的小兔。当你跟它建立起感情之时，它就会把你当成自己的妈妈一样，温柔地依偎在你身旁。你还可以静静地坐在小河边垂钓。要是你运气好钓到一条大鱼的话，一种强烈的成就感在你心中就会油然而生。

来到乡村的我，在田埂上疯跑，在小河边嬉戏，躺在草地上仰望蓝天，用心感受着这里的每一种气息。秋风拂过我的脸颊，就像一面细腻的纸巾在轻抚着我的身心，让我一下子忘却了城市的喧嚣，沉浸在这美丽的大自然之中。朋友，要是你感到身心俱疲的话，不妨到乡村去感受一下乡村的生活，在那里，你那颗躁动的心会得到长久的平复，会像我一样恋上乡村的

最近一个时期，我听到了“低碳生活”一词。通过看书了解，低碳生活是一种低消耗，低能量，低开支，从而减少二氧化碳的排放的生活方式。在查阅资料的过程中，我知道了保定是全国中小城市的试点城市，作为一名小学生，我能为低碳生活做点什么呢?

以前，我就每天把水拧到最大，洗手、洗脸每月都要耗水十几吨，现在，老师告诉我们要准备两个水桶，用来储存废水。废水可以用来冲厕所，拖地、浇花。用电也要节约，看完电脑或电视后，要把插座上的小红灯关掉，以便节约电源，尽量放假时白天写作业，晚上早关灯一小时，用那一小时的时间和家人散步。既节约了电源，又起到了减肥的作用，还增进了感情，真是一举多得呀!少用一次性物品(筷子、饭盒等)少用塑料袋，多用环保袋。出行最好步行，少开私家车，少做出租，多做公交车。这样就做到了“低消耗、低能量、低开支”的作用。

乡村的四月，是大人们忙开的时候，也是农村孩子们最欢的时候，又是捉蚯蚓，又是抓蚱蜢，真是乐趣无限多！

一天，我们驾车去乡下。一棵棵大树在后移，一栋栋房子也在后移，一个个干农活的人也在后移。大约行了几里路后，便来到了阔别已久的乡下，约上几位小伙伴，来到了山间小路上，一起玩捉蚱蜢的游戏。一想到蚱蜢的反应能力，我们便立刻警戒起来，这儿瞧瞧，那儿看看，想找到蚱蜢的一点蛛丝马迹。这时，一片叶子扇动了一下，我们立刻屏息凝视，还悄无声息地接近那片“可疑”的叶子。我侧过脸一看，果真有一只蚱蜢在旁边“休息”呢！它一身枯黄的“铅甲”，一看就明白好对付。我把叶子轻轻地一拍打，蚱蜢便四脚朝天，手脚不停地抖动着，它就很快被捕获了。这时哥哥突然“失踪”了，我着急地寻找起哥哥来。不知哥哥是不知道我在寻找他还是怎么的，一下子冒出来吓了我一大跳，还拿出手中的战利品给我看，原来是一根树枝，再仔细一看，树枝的叶子后面，正躺着一只螳螂。它长得肥肥壮壮，两把锋利的巨齿让人一看就毛骨悚然。它的背上还有一只比普通蚱蜢大一倍的蚱蜢，这真是一个奇迹！

现在正是油菜收获的季节，我便来到外公收麦子的农田里和他一起干农活。说来还真有趣，外公让我在油菜杆上踩，我饶有兴趣地踩了起来。“嘎吱、嘎吱……”一阵阵清脆的破壳声传入我的耳朵里，好像优美的歌声，又像农民们的喜悦声。踩好了油菜杆，接下来就是用一根棍子轻轻地敲打，我学着外公的样子，也用一根棍子在油菜杆上轻轻地敲打，又是一阵清脆愉快的声音，油菜真是一个不折不扣的歌唱家。过了一会儿，我的手不听使唤了，是没力气了便放下手中的棍子。好奇心使我情不自禁地扒开油菜杆，一看，里面藏着许多小小的，圆圆的黑色的油菜籽。这才让我知道原来我们吃的油是这样来的。

时间总是过得那么快，我就要回家了，但想到乡下好玩的事，我又开心的笑出声来。
