我们知道桂花可以让我们神清气爽，在很沉闷的环境下让我们可以豁然开朗。方老师也严重说明了这件事情，给这几位同学做了教育批评了他们的做法。我们可以在地上捡桂花，但是不能破坏大自然的生态环境这样会造成严重的后果。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution. Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the environment needs everybody’s effort.

建议一：创业政策应当覆盖所有创业人员，才能真正发挥实效。在鼓励“全民创业”的时代到来之际，我们的创业政策还没有真正做到覆盖全民，也就是所有的创业者。目前的创业优惠政策只集中在针对高科技创业人才和下岗失业的就业困难人员这两类对象上，对于夹在这两类人员中间的最坚实广大的创业人群，政策却处于真空状态。创业优惠政策应当面对最想创业和最有能力创业的人，为他们提供最全面的创业培训指导、创业贷款、创业孵化基地、创业租金补贴、创业社保补贴等政策。这样才能真正吸引个鼓舞创业人员走上创业道路，从而带动更多就业，为社会经济发展做出更多贡献。如果创业政策对象能够大规模放宽，覆盖到整个社会的创业人员，那么其拉动效应才能真正发挥实效，而不是只局限在一些有限的创业典型之中。创业政策不能只抓大不抓小，也不能只对困难的不对普通的。必须一视同仁，所有创业者都能共同享受。这样才能体现公正，产生实效。

建议二：在大中专院校中普及创业培训课程。将来社会创业的主力军必然是大学生以及年轻人。为了避免时下大学生普遍的盲目创

业和就业带来的无谓的损失，他们必须在创业和就业之前积累更多的创业精神、创业经验、创业资源和创业资金，才能激发创业潜能，并在今后的创业历程中真正把创业当做可持续的事业来做。这样的事业的起点必须有其奠基石，那就是全面完善的创业培训。如果把创业培训在大中专院校中大力普及，那么这将是培育大量创业的种子选手，是一件功德无量的好事，不但可以为缓解就业压力寻找出路，也为创业者群体增添生力军。

建议三：发展电子商务，提供电子商务发展平台。电子商务是创业的一个重要方向，也是潜力最为巨大的一个创业市场，并且带动了快递行业和就业的快速增长。以淘宝网为例，数字说明电子商务的力量。截止2011年11月30日，淘宝网帮助246.3万人实现直接就业，其中2.034万为残障人士。而淘宝对社会可持续发展的贡献，远不仅仅只是经济和就业上，也同样体现在环境保护上。据推算，2011年通过淘宝网进行的交易，相比传统模式减少了235.8万吨标准煤的使用，降低492.8至611.2万吨二氧化碳排放量，也相当于森林生长269至334万立方米木材的减碳量，增加89至111万亩左右的人工林，几乎达到杭州市区的森林覆盖面积。如果认识到电子商务的无限力量和增长前景，政府应当在这方面能够有所作为，搭建更加适宜电子商务的平台。例如开设太湖淘宝创业论坛，大力营造电子商务发展的社会氛围;开办网上创业培训，大力推动广大微小创业者提高网上创业的能力。这对于小创业者都会是实实在在的鼓励和帮助，在降低

创业的门槛的同时，将大大提高创业成功的几率，使创业资源在最大程度上合理有效地进行配置和流动。

最后但是最重要的建议：政策的落实需要政府各级部门(工商、税务、财政、人保部门)的共同配合与合作才能真正造福于民，如果各部门之间的行动无法步调一致就会造成创业政策实施的羁绊。所以希望能够成立专门的由市长直接领导的创业就业工作小组，来统一指挥领导创业就业工作，才能真正把创业就业的事业做大做强，真正夯实社会发展的基础，让创业者发挥更大力量，让老百姓的日子过得更加红火!

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and light saving. When we go out, we should firstly choose the public transportation. The most important is that we must realize that we can do a lot of things to protect our environment. Its our duty to make our home better. Let’s change from ourselves.

亲爱的朋友们：

地球，这是一个蓝色的星体，它是六十亿人口的家园，它有青山、有绿水、有花朵、有芳草，美丽无比。我们都很感谢这个蓝色星球给了我们如此美丽的家园。

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

As part of the same planet， it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment。 Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《保护环境》。

绿树成阴，春风抚面，清新的空气，清澈的河水，想必大家都喜欢住在这种城市中，不错，湘乡曾经就是这样的。

Recently, the news reported that one special kind of rhino from Africa just

passed away, which meant the disappearance of this lovely creature. What a great

pity. The tragedy is caused by the damaged environment, while human being must

be blamed for it, because we have done so many bad things to pollute the

environment and make the nature lose its balance. In order to make up our faults

and save our offspring, it is in need of protecting the environment. As the

ordinary people, we can do the small things, such as do not throw away the

rubbish and join some activities to bring the world green, like planting trees.

Every small act can make a difference. Some day, when we live with the

environment friendly, what we do is worth.

地球是万物生灵的母亲，她用自己的乳汁哺育着一代又一代的子孙，可现如今，地球却伤痕累累，可罪魁祸首却是我们人类。

从19世纪开始，因为人类的自私与贪婪，人类开始不顾后果地砍伐树木，破坏植被，工业污染，水资源的流失，捕杀珍稀动物······因为树木的砍伐，每年都有无数的土地因水土流失失去功能，因为工业污染，原本清澈见底的河水变成臭气熏天的污水河，空气和臭氧层也遭到严重的破坏，我们的生态环境也失去了平衡。这都是人类一手造成的。

接着地球母亲也从绝望变成了愤怒，人类不给自然留面子，自然也不给人类留面子这句话说的果然没错，20xx年的沙尘暴，因为没了树木的庇护，尘土掩埋了许多人的生命，5·12大地震，这都是大自然给人类发出的警告，人类总算悔改了，可现在的地球却是这副模样：沙丘吞噬了万亩良田，长江黄河仍在泛滥，空气依然浑浊，臭氧层的洞仍在扩大，全球变暖仍在持续，冰川在不断融化，海平面在不断上升，动植物在不断灭绝，我们人类又该怎么办，继续助纣为虐？还是行动起来保护环境？自然是后者，于是，人类发布了低碳环保。可又如何做到低碳，只是嘴上说说罢了。我想，只要勤动手动脑，将废纸盒稍加裁剪就可以制成笔筒或储物盒，喝过的茶叶可以晒干后当茶叶枕头，既有益睡眠，又能净化空气。

不过，低碳生活应该不只这些吧，外出尽量步行或骑自行车，我们还要节水节能节电，洗完手要关紧水龙头，家里的电灯，电扇，电视在无人的情况下要关闭，并要珍惜食物，杜绝使用一次性筷子，塑料盒，塑料袋。

要记住，地球只有一个，保护环境也是拯救自己，为了人类，也为了地球的明天，行动起来吧。

从前的时候，家乡的小河清澈见底，小鱼儿成群，快乐并自由自在的游玩。

现在家乡小河里的水变得浑浊不见底，可爱的小鱼儿也不见了，是怎么回事？

哦，原来是小河边有几座新建的工厂，污水都排到小河里了，不然小河水怎么这么浑浊，再加上人们把垃圾也扔到小河里，把鱼儿都熏死了啊！

为了保护家乡的小河，我决定在河边立上一个牌子，上面写上：保护小河，人人有责！

以前，我们家乡的树，到了夏天长得郁郁葱葱，茂盛无比。

可现在，方便袋挂的满树都是，都成了方便袋树了，而且被人们乱砍乱伐的也很严重。为了保护树木，能让树木健康成长，我决定每三十棵树之间立一个牌子：树也是有生命的，请珍惜爱护它们！祖国是我们的，保护环境靠大家！

为了保护环境，我受一点累不算什么！

一条美丽的小河缓缓地从田野边流过，岸边有一排排枝叶茂密的小树和一朵朵美丽的小花。河水清澈见底，很多小鱼在水中自由自在地追逐着……突然有一天，小河边建了一座造纸厂……

从那天开始，这个人间仙境便出现了危机。

一天，林子里的动物们都三三两两聚集在一起唉声叹气。小熊对小兔说：“你听说了吗？最近，有一台黑色的大机器在到处砍树呢！”小兔说：“当然课，前天我还看到小松鼠们在哭呢。好像是它们住的房子消失了……”“昨天，小松鼠们已经搬去山的另外一边了，你说我们要不要也跟着一起搬过去啊？”小熊问。“我有点舍不得啊，这可是我们的家啊！”小兔子回答道。于是日子就这样一天天的过去了……情况变得越来越糟了：原本清澈的河水变得浑浊不堪了；原本葱郁的树林一排排倒下了；原本欢快的小鱼不见了……小兔和小熊只好含着眼泪恋恋不舍地离开了。留下来的树木随着时间的推移也慢慢被砍光了，到处一片荒凉。不久造纸厂也倒闭了……

后来，政府在这片土地上又种上了树木花草，可是都许多年过去了这里还是十分萧条。人们都很怀念过去地那个“人间仙境”。

是啊！森林是个体系需要一个漫长的自愈过程。我们以后可不能乱砍伐树木了，要保护好环境。

每天，我们都能看见保护环境、爱护环境的标语或行为。但是，我们也能看见不少破坏环境的行为。那么，你是保护了环境，还是破坏了环境呢？

在我家的小区里，我常常看见我小区里的朋友在干坏事，有时她们扯一些花花草草来玩过家家；有时她们在草地上踩来踩去玩游戏；有时她们扯好看的花，然后插在头上；有时她们采一些花瓣，撒向天空，让花瓣掉在自己的身上。这些都是破坏环境的行为。你，做过吗？

她们这样破坏环境，没有人来制止她们吗？不，有些爱护小区环境的大人，就在这时出手了。他们一看见这种行为，就喊这些小孩：别扯花，花是给大家看的，怎么能扯呢？别踩草，草是用来绿化环境的，怎么能踩呢？你们的老师没教过你们要保护环境吗？听到这么一席话，即使是再调皮的小孩，也会乖乖的停止行动。你，做过吗？

保护环境，人人有责。这句话大家都是耳熟能详的了，那为什么，还是有的人管不住自己的手脚，要去破坏环境呢？那是因为，保护环境在有些人的心中，得不到重视。为了我们自己，为了我们的子孙后代，就让我们从自身做起，开始保护环境吧！

今天下午大扫除，老师留下了三个人打扫教室。

小松负责扫地。她低着头，弯着腰，弓着背，伸长手，像将军在清理战场一般，“刷刷”不一会儿，全班的垃圾都堆成了一座小山。

小波负责擦黑板。他举起右手，昂着头，踮起脚尖，不一会儿就把黑板擦的锃亮锃亮，都能映出自己的影子了。作文

Today I am very glad here to share my opinionsabout the protection of environment.

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. We’d better call on everyone aroundus to lead a low-carbon life, as it may make a difference to the environment.

历史的教训是惨痛的，他深深影响着我们每一个人，如03年的非典，08年的雪灾，地震……都给了我们血的教训，告诉了我们环保的重要性。当然噩梦还未结束，今年甲流正在全球肆虐，灭顶之灾似乎已经越来越近。北极冰盖仍在消融，臭氧层的空洞还在变大……据科学家推算太平洋上的图瓦卢岛50年后即将消失。如果人类再不重视关注地球，我国东部的大城市就将成为“东方的威尼斯”，迎接我们的只有灭亡。

那么，何为环保呢?有人说它是国家的责任，也有人说它是民族的问题。这固然是正确的，但是这其中就没有个人问题吗?我说——有!

地球为我们每一个人服务，我们每一个人对地球也就都有着一份责任，如果我们人类亏欠大自然太多，而不想着归还，地球这个霸道的债主就会六亲不认，遭殃的是地球上所有的生灵。

所以，不管是你我他都应做到“环保”，“环保”也并不难，只要干任何事都能够替地球着想，保护好身边的资源，时时刻刻把地球放在心中。

作为中学生，我们应从学校中的“环保”做起，不要在阳光灿烂时开起疲惫的灯，不要让自来水赤裸裸地涌进下水道，不要让垃圾找错家呀!另一方面，我们得劝戒父母家人，少开车，多骑自行车，多运动，做好“环保”的义务宣传员。

国家有应尽的责任，民族有该处理的问题，个人难道就没有应尽的职责吗，我们扪心自问：你做到环保了吗?你有没有把“环保”放在心中呢?

国庆期间，我来到了妈妈的故乡——山清水秀的仙居。最近，仙居飘来一阵野炊风，人人都要去野炊，不管男女老少，只要一起搞活动，那就是野炊。

今天，天气晴朗，真是个游玩的好天气，我们不约而同地想到了唯一的一个活动——去野炊。叫上朋友，带好锅碗瓢盆和食材，兴高采烈地去野炊，我心里更是充满了去野炊时的憧憬和希望。不到二十分钟就到了野炊的地方。一下车，一阵香气扑鼻而来，哇！已经有人在野炊了，大人们有的在洗菜，有的在切菜，有的在烤肉……小孩子呢，有的在抓鱼，有的在捡石子，有的在吃零食，真是一幅其乐融融的景象。

我环顾四周，这里山清水秀，果然是野炊的好地方。一条白段子般的永安溪在旁边哗哗地流淌着，绵延曲长，流经了整个仙居县，为仙居人民提提供了绝佳的野炊地点。我迫不及待地换上拖鞋，奔进永安溪水里，我又忍不住夸她了：永安溪，你真清啊，清的像一面明镜，自由自在的鱼儿在清澈见底的溪水里，伴随着哗哗的音乐，翩翩起舞着。永安溪，你真凉啊，凉的让人忘记天气的炎热，陶醉其中。永安溪，你真美啊，美得像一幅画，真不愧是仙居人民的母亲河啊！

正当我被这眼前的美景迷住的时候，我看到了几个塑料袋在溪水上静静地漂着，看起来惬意的很。我想一定是那些野炊的人扔的吧，虽然大家野炊非常快乐，可是也不能破坏大自然呀！正所谓“一颗老鼠屎坏了一锅粥”，如果这几个袋子真的破坏了这么清澈的永安溪，那以后的游客们欣赏不到这么好的美景了。我们现在虽然比较方便，把袋子可以扔进永安溪，不用再千里迢迢的去找垃圾桶，但却破坏了永安溪，这条仙居人民的母亲河！想到这里，我忍不住想把袋子追回来，于是不顾自己的衣服，猛地追了上去，水越流越快，眼看着袋子离我越来越远，我拼命地追，渐渐地，水流的慢了，我和袋子很近了，可是我手一伸，就是抓不到。我想了一个办法，我从岸上拿了根较长的树枝，挑起了袋子，我狠狠地拽起袋子，说：“总算抓到你了，我决不允许你破坏环境！”回到岸上，大人们仍在烧菜，小孩们仍在抓鱼、吃零食，一切还是像以前一样，只是我的衣服……

今天的野炊活动让我品尝到了很多美食，也让我感受到团队的快乐。但我还是想提醒仙居野炊的朋友们：保护环境，人人有责。

每个月的15号，我的爸爸都会带上我回老家。

我的爸爸说有两个原因，一是回来看望奶奶，二是给村上的池塘清清垃圾洗洗……

我心里觉得很奇怪，为什么池塘也要洗澡呢？我的爸爸告诉我：“如果你十天半月不洗澡会怎么样呢？身体臭臭对不对？那池塘也是一样，那么多的垃圾被扔到里面，也会臭臭哦，那么池塘里的小鱼和其他小动物也会被污染的，我们也就吃不到干净的小鱼小虾，不能用干净的水洗米洗菜，也不能下池塘游泳了哦。“

我问我的爸爸为什么其他那么多人不去干活，为什么要你去捡垃圾呢？我的爸爸说他是党员，要起带头作用，要让更多的人知道水资源的珍贵，让更多人知道保护水源的意义。于是，我帮着我的爸爸一起捡起池塘边各种大大小小的垃圾，心里觉得很开心。

就这样捡着捡着，突然间想起不久前妈妈带着我到施光南玩，看着那广场上弯弯曲曲的小河流水，我感到很开心很兴奋，狂奔着跑向小河，挽起裤管刚想下去玩水游泳，结果被妈妈阻止了，但还是嘟着嘴坚持要下去，想着那就是我的天堂，妈妈真不够意思。这时妈妈走过来，摸摸我的头，微笑着说：”宝贝，那小河里被扔进了很多的垃圾，会产生很多的细菌，你要是下去玩水，身上也会粘满细菌，对身体不好哦，要不我们先一起把小河里的垃圾捡起，等下再去买把水枪喷射好了，告诉正在扔垃圾的其他人不可以这样做好吗？“

虽然觉得妈妈的话很有道理，虽然玩水枪一样玩得很开心，但是心里觉得还是有点遗憾，我是多么想下去玩玩水，游游泳啊！

多么希望每个人都能够讲卫生，不往水里扔垃圾，多么希望明年的今天回到这里时可以看到清爽干净的水，可以不再只是玩水枪，而是可以下水玩个够啊！

What Can We Do for the Environment

our environment is becoming worse and worse，what can we do for the environment?I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem。

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags instead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more，it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best to reduce pollution and waste。

In fact，even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.
