最近一张照片在走红网络，这张照片拍摄于武汉“太空舱”，照片的主人公是一位回国探亲的留学生，他也是一例疑似病例。照片中太空舱里的医患们有说有笑，还跳起了广场舞，但是只有他独自一人躺在床上，手中捧着一本厚厚的书。这一幕令网友惊讶，不少人称他为舱里的“一股清流”。

这一幕引发了我的思考：一个人的眼界决定了他的境界，而一个人的境界，则决定了他的成就;一个人要想成功不只需要成就，更需要不断触碰更高的层次，自律，决定了他的最终能够到达层次。

在“太空舱”这样的环境里，在得知自己是一例疑似病例后，在其他人都在跳广场舞、刷手机的时候，他仍然能屏蔽周遭的干扰，平息内心的焦灼，拿起一本书安静阅读，仿佛在做一件无比平常的事。在如此喧闹的环境中还能静下心去学习、去阅读，这需要多么淡泊宁静的心才能做到啊。

这是在抗疫一线的真实故事，而身在北京的我们，距离武汉、疫情不知有多远。这次的新冠病毒将我们、老师和学校隔离开，但这并不意味着将我们通往知识殿堂的路阻断。你若问那条路在哪儿，我会将刻在路中间的几个大字指给你看——“自律、勤奋”。

如今我们已经居家学习四周了，是不是意味着可以为所欲为呢?肯定有同学会说：“当然，反正老师也看不到我们在做什么，做做样子，抽空玩会游戏多自在!”也有同学说：“只是复习，看看自己不会的，会的还看它干嘛，岂不浪费时间?”

还有一部分同学会说：“学习可是自己的事，必须要对自己负责，即使上网课也要和在学校一样认真，不，要更认真!”

三种不同的回答分别代表了三种眼界：第一种，鼠目寸光。只知道让当下的自己好好享受，却没有考虑之后会如何，这样的人在开学之时必然十分吃力;第二种，他们知道学习，但他们不够自律，也不够勤奋。

这种人虽然短时间看不出各方面有什么下滑，但长此以往，必然会因懒惰而“堕落”;第三种，他们知道为自己学习，对自己负责，网课上得十分认真，每一天也过得充实而有意义。这就是我要谈论的重点，他们有一个共同点——自律。

一个自律的人会有多么“可怕”。举个例子，疫情期间一位高中生因为家里没网，无法上网课而找邻居“借网”。报道中那位高中生拿着笔、本、笔记本电脑就这样学了起来。在这样的客观环境中仍能克服困难坚持学习，这是为什么?

再举一个例子，前NBA篮球运动员科比在初入NBA的时候并没有多么强大，一直被安排在替补席上。为了能够首发出场，他每日从早到晚都十分刻苦地训练，常年以来，几乎天天如此。他曾说过:“你见过凌晨四点的洛杉矶吗?”在别的运动员还在睡觉的时候他早已在训练场练习到汗流浃背，终成一代宗师。这又是为什么?

这就是自律的力量，看看前面提到的前两种同学，一种不思进取，只想着把自己不熟练的在学一遍，不想着巩固自己会的;另一种直接“放弃”了自己，沉迷于手机的世界里，无法自拔。而第三种同学会则好好“感谢”前两种人，因为他们的“帮助”，使得自己成功实现弯道超越。甚至还会有时间去预习一下新知，复习那些不牢固的旧知。这样的差距可不是一天、一个月，甚至一年可以追上的。这就是自律的力量。

我们的居家学习应该说是受疫情影响较小的，在这样舒适的环境中沉迷手机岂不荒废了这样好的学习环境。有人可能会为此而狡辩称：“我已经努力了，只是我‘不如别人聪明’罢了。”那么我要说：“不自律的人有什么资格谈努力?”

成功的路上没有秘诀，唯有“四字真言”——自律、勤奋。

In order to provide a good guidance and reference for nearly 1000 senior high graduates in our school, the Student Union made a survey on the filling applications for the college entrance examinations among the previous year graduates. Animals are our good friends. People should be friendly to them. But now, many people in China as well as in the world kill animals in order to get money. Its well known that there are many kinds of rare animals in China, such as pandas, golden monkeys and so on. Some people catch or kill them. 一、把握文体

话题作文往往不限文体，允许考生自由发挥。但是，不限文体并不等于不要文体。话题作文的“文体不限”其实是指不限于一种文体，让学生有选择文体的自由。当你选定了一种文体时，还得按照这种文体的特点来谋篇布局进行写作。有的同学观察能力强，生活积累丰富，不妨将生活中精彩的片断撷取出来写成一篇生动感人的记叙文;有的同学想象丰富，擅长编写故事，不妨写写童话、寓言或科幻小说;有的同学逻辑思维能力强，擅长推理，不妨写成一篇理据充分的议论文;有的同学感情细腻丰富，不妨写成一篇优美抒情的散文，肯定会非常出色。

二、缩小范围

说明文是对事物形状、性能、特点、成因等进行的理解式表达表述的文章。其形式多为文字提示或图表。这种文体使用比较广泛。科普文、产品介绍、国情或民俗介绍都属于这类文体。说明文是陈述客观事实，谓语动词通常用一般现在时态。说明文具有以下特点：

1. 科学性。介绍事物或解说事理必须揭示其本质特征。做到概念准确，判断恰当，分类清楚。

2. 客观性。写说明文时，要按照事物的本来面目如实地加以介绍、说明和解释。不能带有个人愿望或主观倾向。

3. 知识性。说明文以说明为主要表达方式，用简洁的语言介绍事物或阐明事理，使人们获得关于某一事物的知识和道理。

4. 解说性。说明文的目的就是在于把事物、现象或道理解释、介绍清楚，让读者明白。

几点写作注意

写说明文要注意以下几点：

1. 抓住中心，分清主次。首先根据要仔细阅读文字提示或观察图表，确定文章的中心内容。再根据内容把文章文分成几个段落，每段都要拟定一个主题句。然后确定中心人称和主体时态。

2. 列全要点，扩编句子。以拟定的主题句为中心，选择恰当的词和句型组织材料，编写句子，形成段落。
