下午4点，我们这些小演员陆续来到中山音乐堂后台进行彩排。进了大厅我才发现其他比我早到的团员们正在聊天，于是就“凑”了过去……“现在开始排练!”一位老师喊了一声。我们开始一首歌一首歌的练习，正唱着，我们敬爱的杨鸿年教授拄着拐杖，托着疲惫的身体走到台上，告诉我们把声音放出来，不然坐在后排的观众听不清我们的歌声。他一边说一边往后面观众席走去，我想他一定是亲自听效果去了。正当我们尽量用我们最洪亮的声音来让他“见识”我们的“威力”时，突然听到观众席那边传来“咚”的一声，杨鸿年教授摔到两排椅子中间的夹缝中，我们在台上只能看到椅子中间露出的一只脚和半截拐杖。“呀”我不禁喊了一声：“杨老师摔倒了。”老师没有停止指挥，我们也没有停止歌声，但是我们的心都在杨老师那……一帮大人们跑了过去，过了一会他们把杨老师搀扶到观众席上坐下，他也许不愿意耽误我们的排练，忍着巨痛看我们排练。有的小演员看到这一幕而情不自禁地流下了感动的泪水。一直到我们唱完最后一首歌，我们到后台休息等待吃饭和换演出服装，杨老师始终没有离开演出厅。

晚上7点钟，演出正式开始，我们想到刚才发生的事情，决心要抓住这次机会，让杨老师明白我们不会辜负他的期望。我们手举荧光棒，把我们对观众的祝福和对杨老师的爱戴唱了出来。演出快结束了，杨老师居然坐在轮椅上被推出来，讲了几句感人的话语后，指挥团员唱完最后几首歌。“夜莺”般的歌声在音乐厅中回荡……。

可算是大功告成!我们向家长讲述了了这感人的一幕，家长听后感动得要哭了。

过了几天，听其他家长讲，杨老师因为这次“突发事件”摔断了两根骨头，我想他当时用多大的毅力才能忍受这难以忍受的疼痛。我衷心祝愿他早日恢复健康，并愿我能早点儿看到他站到我们面前，指挥我们唱出一首首更美妙的歌曲。
