今天下午,老师带着我们来到六楼阶梯教室听讲故事比赛。我们一共听了两个小时多,有十八个故事。

让我印象最深刻的故事是《灯孩儿》,只见我们班的谢林果穿着一条红裙子,像仙女一样走上舞台。她清脆悦耳的声音,好似百灵鸟的歌声一样优美。这个故事很感人,它留在了我的心中:灯孩儿看见一位老奶奶抱着一个孩子,就点亮一盏西瓜灯给孩子,孩子却哭得更厉害。原来那个孩子是瞎子。后来那孩子眼睛亮了,可灯孩儿不见了。

俗话说,台上一分钟,台下十年功。我想起自己在班里讲故事之前,我练习了很多次,而他们在台上能讲那么好,一定练习过成千上万次。我要给他们点赞。

首先,小主持人章文昊走上讲台,给我们介绍了比赛目的和评分细则。当章文昊说:“有请一号选手吴卓凡上台,二号选手阮铭轩准备。”同学们就依次上台将自己精心准备好的故事讲了出来。有的讲得很流利,还加了自编的动作;有的讲得结结巴巴,紧张得手都不知道往哪儿放了。

终于到我了,我紧张地走上讲台,敬了个队礼,大声说道:“敬爱的老师、家长们,亲爱的同学们,我今天要讲的故事是《磨杵成针》。李白,是我国唐代著名浪漫主义诗人……”讲的时候,由于紧张,我停顿了几次。讲完了,我又敬了个队礼,长吁一口气,轻松地走下台,坐到座位上,等主持人报我的成绩。当听到自己只得了8。925分时,我心里很失望……

经过两节课的激烈比赛和那些妈妈评委们的公正评分,比赛结果很快出来了。贺老师即时公布了获奖的等次。当我听到张婷婷二等奖时,心里特别开心,觉得这几天的努力没有白费。

后来,吐的朋友知道了这件事,觉得奇怪,吐怎么这么傻呢?于是跑去劝吐说:“你这个人真傻,你一个卖肉的,整天在腥臭的宰牛铺里生活,为什么要拒绝齐王拿厚礼把女儿嫁给你呢?真不知你是怎么想的。”

吐笑着对朋友说:“齐王的女儿实在太丑了。”

吐的朋友摸头不知脑,问:“你见过齐王的女儿?你何以知道她丑呢?”

吐回答说:“我虽没见过齐王的女儿,可是我卖肉的经验告诉我,齐王的女儿是个丑女。”

朋友不服气地问:“何以见得?”

吐胸有成竹地回答说:“就说我卖牛肉吧,我的牛肉质量好的时候,只要给足数量,顾客拿着就走,我用不着加一点、找一点的,顾客感到满意,我呢,惟恐肉少了不够卖。我的牛肉质量不好的时候,我虽然给顾客再加一点这、找一点那,他们依然不要,牛肉怎么也卖不出去。现在齐王把女儿嫁给我一个宰牛卖肉的,还加上丰厚礼品财物,我想,他的女儿一定是很丑的了。”

吐的朋友觉得吐说得十分在理,便不再劝他了。

过了些时候,吐的朋友见到了齐王的女儿,齐王的女儿果然长得很难看。这位朋友不由得暗暗佩服吐的先见之明。

有些事情虽没什么直接的联系,但道理是相通的,如果吐不是以自己亲身的感受去举一反三地思考生活中的现象,那说不定就会要娶回一个自己不喜欢的丑妻了。

今天,我们五年级进行了英华好少年杯讲故事比赛

主持人站在台上,宣布讲故事比赛的开始。我们个个喜气洋洋,心里有说不尽的开心。故事都是关于温良恭俭让的,可是,有一个故事我始终不能忘记。

那个故事是五(7)班的杨云涵讲的,名字叫做《三袋米的故事》,为什么它让我难忘呢?那是因为,这个故事使我哭了两次,当然是感动哭的。当时我忍不住想:“这个故事那么感人,一定会得个高分的。”我猜测的没错,她的故事得了第一名。因为我跟杨云涵是朋友,所以后来我得知,那天她是带着病去的。

我们班曲姿谕讲的是《注视的眼睛》,也让我感到很难忘。不过,评委却给了她很少的分,我认为她不应该只获这一点分。她那么深的情感,那么优美的语调,很令人对她刮目相看。

两节课的时间,我们的讲故事比赛结束了,希望下一次的讲故事比赛快点来。

今天下午,我们早早地来到学校里,因为要举行讲故事比赛。这次我们班有三个同学参加比赛。我激动极了,真想听听大家讲的都是什么有趣的故事!

到了六楼的比赛大厅,我们按顺序坐好,等待着比赛开始。比赛快要开始了,大家都紧张得不会呼吸了,整个大厅里鸦雀无声。

轮到我们的同学丁星妤上台了。丁星妤化了浓浓的妆,橘红色的眼影,造型都快让我认不出她了。但是她一脸镇定,丝毫没有紧张,我真佩服她呀!她给我们讲了一个《驼背小龙虾》。她一开口讲,我就被深深地迷住了。随着她绘声绘色的讲述,我的眼前浮现出了一只活灵活现的小龙虾,它有灵活的八条腿,整天喜欢嘲笑别人。有一次它遇见了一只大海螺,整天嘲笑大海螺,终于受到了很大的教训,变成了一只驼背小龙虾。我看了看旁边的同学,大家都听得入迷了,都痴痴地看着她。

她讲述得太精彩了!她一定会赢的!

过了一会儿,比赛终于结束了。我的屁股都坐痛了,但是我觉得屁股痛还是值得的,我听了这么多有趣的故事!

东汉灵帝在位的时候,有个大臣名叫蔡邕。蔡邕为人正直,性格耿直诚实,眼里容不下沙子,对于一些不好的现象,他总是敢于对灵帝直言相谏。这样,他顶撞灵帝的次数多了,灵帝渐渐讨厌起他来。再加上灵帝身边的宦官也对他的正直又恨又怕,常常在灵帝面前进谗言说他目无皇上,骄傲自大,早晚会有谋反的可能,蔡邕的处境越来越危险。他自知已成了灵帝的眼中钉、肉中刺,随时有被加害的危险,于是就打点行李,从水路逃出了京城,远远来到吴地,隐居了起来。

蔡邕爱好音乐,他本人也通晓音律,精通古典,在弹奏中如有一点小小的差错,也逃不过他的耳朵。蔡邕尤擅弹琴,对琴很有研究,关于琴的选材、制作、调音,他都有一套精辟独到的见解。从京城逃出来的时候,他舍弃了很多财物,就是一直舍不得丢下家中那把心爱的琴,将它带在身边,时时细加呵护。

在隐居吴地的那些日子里,蔡邕常常抚琴,借用琴声来抒发自己壮志难酬反遭迫害的悲愤和感叹前途渺茫的怅惘。

有一天,蔡邕坐在房里抚琴长叹,女房东在隔壁的灶间烧火做饭,她将木柴塞进灶膛里,火星乱蹦,木柴被烧得“噼里啪啦”地响。

忽然,蔡邕听到隔壁传来一阵清脆的爆裂声,不由得心中一惊,抬头竖起耳朵细细听了几秒钟,大叫一声“不好”,跳起来就往灶间跑。来到炉火边,蔡邕也顾不得火势的人,伸手就将那块刚塞进灶膛当柴烧的桐木拽了出来,大声喊道:“快别烧了,别烧了,这可是一块做琴的难得一见的好材料啊!”蔡邕的手被烧伤了,他也不觉得疼,惊喜地在桐木上又吹又摸。好在抢救及时,桐木还很完整,蔡邕就将它买了下来。然后精雕细刻,一丝不苟,费尽心血,终于将这块桐木做成了一张琴。这张琴弹奏起来,音色美妙绝伦,盖世无双。

这把琴流传下来,成了世间罕有的珍宝,因为它的琴尾被烧焦了,人们叫它“焦尾琴”。

灵帝不识人才,使蔡邕落魄他乡;而焦尾琴又何其有幸,遇到了蔡邕这样慧眼识良材的音乐专家,终于使一身英华得以展现。这两件事情形成了鲜明对比,告诉我们的道理却是一样的:要爱惜人才、尊重人才,要善于发现别人的才能并合理地使用,做到人尽其才。

The Christmas Tree——圣诞树故事

Although it is generally agreed that the Christmas tree in its current form came from Germany in the early 19th century, the tradition of decorating a tree to mark winter celebrations dates back hundreds of years to Roman times, when they used to decorate evergreen trees with small pieces of metal to celebrate Saturnalia.

In medieval times the Paradise Play was performed every year on 24 December. This depicted the creation of Man and the fall of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden and always included an evergreen hung with apples which represented the apple tree of temptation.

There is a legend that St Boniface, an English monk, came upon a group of pagans gathered around an oak tree who were preparing to sacrifice a child to the God Thor. In order to stop the sacrifice, and save the childs life, St Boniface is said to have felled the tree with one blow of his fist. Later on, a fir tree grew in place of the oak and this, St Boniface told the pagans, was the Tree of Life and represented the Christ Child.

Legend also suggests that, in the late 16th century, Martin Luther (the founder of the Protestant religion) was the first to decorate an indoor tree with candles when he attempted to recreate the stars shining over a forest of evergreens.

The first mention of decorated trees being taken indoors came in 1605 in Germany - a country with a long Christmas tree history! The trees were initially decorated with fruit and sweets together with hand made objects such as quilled snowflakes and stars. German Christmas Markets began to sell shaped gingerbreads and wax ornaments which people bought as souvenirs of the fair and took home to hang on their tree.

Tinsel was also invented in Germany in about 1610. Up until fairly recently real silver was used, which was pulled into wafer thin strips by special machines. This was durable but tarnished quickly and many experiments took place to try and find an alternative - including a mix of lead and tin, which was too heavy and kept breaking. It was only in the mid 20th century that a viable alternative was found.

Artificial trees were invented in the 1880s in a bid to try and stop some of the damage being caused to real trees due to people lopping the tip off large trees, thus preventing the trees from growing any further. It got so bad in Germany that laws had to be brought in to prevent people having more than one tree.

Prince Albert, husband of Queen Victoria, is credited with being responsible for introducing the custom of the Christmas tree to the British public by decorating the first English Christmas tree at Windsor Castle in 1841 using candles, sweets, fruit and gingerbread.

The popularity of the Christmas tree grew in Britain during the first half of the 20th century, with trees becoming bigger and more elaborately decorated with bells, baubles and tinsel. However, the onset of the Second World War resulted in a ban on cutting down trees for decoration and people resorted to having small, artificial tabletop trees bearing home made decorations. These were often taken down into the air raid shelters when the sirens sounded to provide a bit of Christmas cheer!

This all changed following the war, and large trees were erected in many public places to celebrate Christmas. The most famous of these is the tree in Trafalgar Square, London which is an annual gift from the Norwegian government to give thanks for the help they received from Britain during the war.

今天,是讲故事比赛的日子,我为这次比赛准备了很长时间,付出了很多努力。

我排在第十个上台,等待的时间里,我很紧张。别的选手讲得都很吸引人,可是我都听不进去,因为我在想自己的故事。

终于轮到我上台了,我的心就像一只着急的兔子,怦怦直跳。幸好有妈妈在台下为我加油。

我就像平时练习的时候那样,在台上边讲边表演着,还好比较顺利地讲完了故事,我深深地吸了一口气。

妈妈夸我很棒,讲得很不错,我很开心!

这个暑假,对我来说,最有意义的一件事,就是参加第九届全国少儿故事大王比赛。比赛时间:8月12日,地点:沈阳军官学院。

这次比赛共有500多名选手参加,来自全国70多个城市。经过抽签,我抽中了258号,被安排在蓝队赛区,第六位上场。比赛开始了,当第一位选手走上台,我就开始紧张了。我不断地安慰自己:“放松,放松,别紧张……”可是,紧张的心态还没有调整过来,就已经轮到我了。我故作镇定,硬着头皮走上了舞台。弯身鞠躬,抬起头,正好遇到其中一位评委老师投来的目光。这目光,多么慈祥啊!一瞬间,我心里的紧张感“逃走”了,而沉着“溜了进来”。“大家好!我是258号选手。”我用响亮的声音介绍自己,紧接着,我开始讲故事《抓贼锁》。这个故事里有三个人物 分别是“小林”、“小偷”和“锁”,对话的时候语气、语调都不一样,为了把故事讲得更加深动,更加吸引人,还要很自然的配上动作和表情。排练的时候,我经常要犯些“错误”,比如忘记加表情或动作没做到位,而此时此刻,我不但没犯“错误”,而且表情做得很丰富,动作做得非常到位。总之,故事《抓贼锁》被我讲得精彩极了。

讲完故事,我急切地等待着评委给我打分。“9。0分、8。9分、9。01分”。“啪啪啪……”全场响起了雷鸣般的掌声。

“周闻哲,二等奖”,吕丹老师兴致勃勃地跑来告诉我。听到这个消息,我开心地跳了起来。吕丹老师对我这次比赛的成绩非常满意,她鼓励我要继续努力,争取在下一届全国少儿故事大王比赛中获得更好的成绩。

我每天在练习背这篇故事的时候,总觉得特别感动。我觉得小男孩虽然成绩不好,但是仍有学习的上进心,而且懂得怎样感恩父母,做一个尊敬老师,体贴父母的好孩子。做一个人见人爱的好孩子。即便他是一个塌鼻子的小男孩,但是他不怕别人窥见他,他专心学习,不受外界干扰,让他们爱说什么就说什么吧!

我觉得我应该向故事里的那个小男孩学习,因为他给我的印象最深,事迹更美好。

海伦用顽强的毅力克服生理缺陷所造成的精神痛苦。她热爱生活,会骑马、滑雪、下棋,还喜欢戏剧演出,喜爱参观博物馆和名胜古迹,并从中得到知识。她21岁时,和老师合作发表了她的处女作《我生活的故事》。在以后的60多年中她共写下了14部著作。以下是海伦凯勒英语故事,欢迎阅读。

Helen Keller is an American blind and deaf writer and handicapped educator. Born on June 27, 1880 in northern Alabama, a town called taskama biya. She lost her sight and hearing in nineteen months, and then she lost her language skills. In this dark and lonely world, however, she learned to read and speak for her mentor, Anne Sullivan, and began to communicate with others. He graduated from Radcliffe college with honors and became a famous writer and educator with five languages of English, French, German, Latin and Greek. She travels through the United States and around the world, raising money for blind schools and dedicating her life to the blind welfare and the education career. She has won praise from all over the world and has been honoured by many national governments. The main works have "if give me three days light", "my life", "my teacher" etc. Helen Keller wrote 14 books in her life.

Helen Keller became blind and deaf as a child, but she went through college with great difficulty. She has written more than a dozen works in her life, while working to save children, protect womens rights and fight for racial equality. He was awarded the presidential medal of freedom in 1964.

She groped her way up in the dark. At the age of seven, the family hired a tutor for her, the teacher who influenced Helens life. Sullivan was almost blind as a child and understood the pain of loss of light. Nine hours before and after, all subjects passed, English and German were the best grades, Helen started college with a keen heart.

In June 1904, Helen graduated from Radcliffe with honors. Two years later, she was appointed chairman of the Massachusetts blind committee and began a social work for the blind. She received the visiting blind people every day, and returned the same letters. Later on, she toured the country, traveling for the promotion of blind blind education plans and treatment plans. By 1921, the American foundation for the blind was finally founded. Helen, one of the groups leaders, has been working hard to strengthen the foundations work. In her busy work, she never put down her pen and finished 14 books successively. 1968年,海伦89岁去世,她把所有终生致力服务残障人士的事迹,传遍全世界。她写了很多书,她的故事还拍成了电影。沙利文老师把最珍贵的爱给了她,她又把爱散播给所有不幸的人,带给他们光明和希望。

死后,因为她坚强的意志和卓越的贡献感动了全世界.并且各地人民都开展了纪念她的活动

1956年11月15日,竖立在美国波金斯盲童学校入口处的一块匾额上的幕布,由海伦用颤抖的手揭开了,上面写着:纪念海伦·凯勒和安妮·苏莉文·麦西。这不是一块普通的匾额,而是为那些在人类文明史上写下了突出篇章的人们所设立的。的确,海伦把一生献给了盲人福利和教育事业,赢得了全世界人民的尊敬,联合国还曾发起“海伦·凯勒”世界运动。1968年6月1日,海伦·凯勒——这位谱写出人类文明史上辉煌生命赞歌的聋哑盲学者、作家、教育家,在鲜花包围中告别了人世。然而,她那不屈不挠的奋斗精神,她那带有传奇色彩的一生,却永远载入了史册,正如著名作家马克·吐温所言:“19世纪出现了两个了不起的人物,一个是拿破仑,一个就是海伦·凯勒。”

篇16:我的第一次英语比赛作文600字

今年四月到六月,我参加了2017年“希望之星”英语风采大赛。这可是全国性的比赛哦!必须要闯过海选、市赛和省赛三关,才能去北京参加中央电视台的总决赛。

参加市赛的早上,我和妈妈坐车到了目的地。当时,太阳特别大,天特别热,而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到,接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个,等了好久才轮到我,裁判先让我抽图,准备看图说话,再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的,最后是回答问题,这个环节有点难,四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果,我心想:肯定有我!肯定有我!结果,真的有我!我拿了市赛一等奖,进入了省赛。

省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的,又是背台词,又是准备自我介绍,还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节,一训练就是一上午……

终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场,里面很安静,选手们都在努力地背词,我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节,我们都做得非常好,看图说话环节就比较惨了,得知成绩后,我的心情非常低落,爸爸妈妈安慰我,要我别泄气,要我在下午最后一个环节加油,还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容,我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了,轮到我上场了,我站在台上,信心十足地完成了演讲,最后的分数还不错哦!

我的2017年“希望之星”英语风采大赛结束了,虽然我没有踏上国赛舞台,但是我虽败犹荣!这个过程中,我见识到了那些高手们的厉害!我一定要好好学习英语!我一定会回来的!明年再战!

篇18:有趣的讲故事比赛

今天,我们在老师的带领下在水木青华作文培训中心举行了一次超级有趣的讲故事比赛

老师在黑板上写规则,规则如下:每人在五分钟之内讲一个故事,评出一等奖一名,二等奖两名,三等奖三名,鼓励奖若干名。

开始讲故事了。我是一号选手,所以我先讲。可是我还没准备好,我是硬着头皮上台了,我讲故事可不怎么样,我就像一个老旧的词带一样,讲一下卡住了,再讲又卡在那了。之后我们的“王”登场了,他讲故事可以一级棒,大家听得如痴如醉。之后明星登场啦!是三个“蚊子家族”的女生,听众压根都听不见一点声音。最后兄弟“鱼尾巴”闪亮登场,可是他要拿本子上场,这讲故事就变成了读故事了。最后“王”获得了第一名,“老词带”我获得了第二名,“蚊子家族”获得了第三名,“鱼尾巴”获得了鼓励奖。

讲故事比赛真是有趣极了!

“哈哈哈!”经常能听见笑声从教室传出,这肯定就是我们幽默英语老师在上课。

她长得不高不矮,面容清秀,樱桃小嘴,长发披肩,还有双会说话的眼睛,经常逗的我们哈哈大笑。

她才三十几岁,却有着丰富的知识,还会用一些英语说笑话,下课时她会带我们做游戏,给我们东西吃,因此我用英语给她取了个外号叫,“howlong”。

虽然平时龙老师这么幽默,但是一上课就像变了一个人似的,非常严肃,只要是她讲过的题,我们一而再,再而三的错,她就会大发雷霆,但是她一看我们的表情又会哈哈大笑。比如有一次一张试卷上的题要改否定句,一般疑问和特殊疑问句,我们班有13个人没做出来,一开始她发怒了,用马克笔和戒尺重重的敲在白板上,后来我们都会了她就笑了。

这就是我们的龙老师,我会永远记住她。

小鹿和小猴是一对十分要好的朋友,可是有一天它俩吵架了,谁也不理谁,因为他们又在比本领了。猴子神气地说:“我的本领最高,我可以灵活地在树上爬上爬下,在树上摘果子,瞧瞧你,又笨又不灵活,又爬不上树,我比你棒!”“什么呀?我跑得快,一瞬间我就没影了,老虎想抓我也难呢!你,头脑简单,四肢发达,头大无脑,脑大生草。”小鹿顶嘴说。“那我们去比赛一下谁的本领大!”小猴说。

一开始,他们找到了松鼠妹妹,说明原因后,松鼠妹妹说:“你们比赛在树顶上摘一颗松果,最快的就胜利,1、2、3、开始!”话音刚落,小猴双脚向后一蹬,双手向上一爬,三两下就蹦到了树顶,疾眼快地摘下一颗最大的松果,再在树顶上挥动着松果大声说:“看到了吗,我赢了,耶!”可小鹿呢?只能在树下眼睁睁地看着冠军被抢走。

然后,他们又找到了马大哥,说明原因后,马大哥说:“你两比赛赛跑吧!1、2、3、开始!”话还没说完,小鹿放开四蹄,撒腿就跑!顿时烟尘滚滚,小鹿像只箭一样冲了过去并在终点大声说:“我到了赢了!”。可小猴蹦蹦跳跳地跑,慢的要死。

接着,他们又找到了熊大叔,说明原因后,熊大叔说:“你们谁先到小河对岸摘一个桃子回来,最快的就胜利,1、2、3、开始!”小鹿一下跑到了树下,可它可不会爬树啊,那就摘不到桃子,只能在树下看着桃子干瞪眼。而小猴呢,可没小鹿跑得快,也不会淌水过河,也在河边干瞪眼。正在两个都干着急时,小猴在河边大声喊:“小鹿,你回来,背我过河,我们一起摘桃!”小鹿想了想“对呀!我会过河,不会摘桃,小猴不会过河,会摘桃,合在一起就又会摘桃又会过河了!”于是回头跑过去,三两下就把小猴背过河跑到桃树下面,小猴双脚向后一蹬,双手向上一爬,“嗖”一下就蹦到了树顶,手疾眼快地摘下一颗最大的桃子。当他们俩把桃子送到熊大叔面前,熊大叔说:“看,你们两个一个会跑,一个会爬树,都有本领。但只有一起互相合作才能摘到大桃子。这就是团结的力量!”

小猴和小鹿恍然大悟,明白了一个道理,团结就是力量!一根筷子容易断,一把筷子不易断!
