今天，终于要上台参加比赛了，我进入了五楼大厅，心里既紧张，又兴奋。我排在第17位出场，看他们表现得那么好，我越听越紧张，我能不能和他们一样好呢？马上要上场了，郑老师特地走过来为我打气，她说道：“一诺，要好好表现哦，加油！”

上台后，我心跳得更加快了，故事也越讲越快，讲到第三只小兔时，我突然一下子忘记了台词，脑海一片空白，这下完蛋了！我往台下一看，爸爸也十分着急，他用嘴型来提醒我，停顿了好几秒钟后，我又接着讲下去了。

“哈哈哈！”经常能听见笑声从教室传出，这肯定就是我们幽默的英语老师在上课。

虽然平时龙老师这么幽默，但是一上课就像变了一个人似的，非常严肃，只要是她讲过的题，我们一而再，再而三的错，她就会大发雷霆，但是她一看我们的表情又会哈哈大笑。比如有一次一张试卷上的题要改否定句，一般疑问和特殊疑问句，我们班有13个人没做出来，一开始她发怒了，用马克笔和戒尺重重的敲在白板上，后来我们都会了她就笑了。

这就是我们的龙老师，我会永远记住她。

The third kind of forgiveness is advanced forgiveness of yourself。 This is for serious transgressions， the ones you carry with deep shame when you do soimething that violates your own values and ethics， you create a chasm between your standards and your actual behavior。 In such a case， you need to work very hard at forgiving youeself for these deeds so that yo call close this chasm and realign with the best part of yourself。

This does not mean that you should rush to forgive yourselfor not feel regret or remorse； but wallowing in these feelings for a protracted period of time is not healthy， and punishing yourself excessively will only creats a bigger gap between you and your ethics。

The last and perhaps most difficult one is the advanced forgiveness of another。 At some time of our life， you may have been severely wronged or hurt by another person to such a degree that forgiveness seems impossible。 However， harboring resentment and revenge fantasies only keeps you trapped in victim hood。 Under such a circumstance， you should force yourself to see the bigger picture， by so doing， you will be able to shift the focus away from the anger and resentment。

It is only through forgiveness that you can erase wrongdoing and clean the memory。 when you can finally release the situation， you may come to see it as a necessary part of your growth。

一条大蟒蛇和一条小毒蛇是朋友。

Jerry was the kind of guy you love to hate. He was always in a good mood and always had something positive to say. When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, "If I were any better, I would be twins!"

He was a unique manager because he had several waiters who had followed him around from restaurant to restaurant. The reason the waiters followed Jerry was because of his attitude. Several years later, I heard that Jerry did something you are never supposed to do in a restaurant business: he left the back door open one morning and was held up at gunpoint by three armed robbers. While trying to open the safe, his hand, shaking from nervousness, slipped off the combination. The robbers panicked and shot him. Luckily, Jerry was found relatively quickly and rushed to the local trauma center. After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, Jerry was released from the hospital with fragments of the bullets still in his body.

I saw Jerry about six months after the accident. When I asked him how he was, he replied, "If I were any better, I‘d be twins. Wanna see my scars?"

I declined to see his wounds, but did ask him what had gone through his mind as the robbery took place. "The first thing that went through my mind was that I should have locked the back door," Jerry replied. "Then, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live, or I could choose to die. I chose to live.

"Weren‘t you scared? Did you lose consciousness?" I asked. Jerry continued, "The paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the emergency room and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In their eyes, I read, ‘He‘s a dead man. " I knew I needed to take action."

"What did you do?" I asked.

"Well, there was a big, burly nurse shouting questions at me," said Jerry. "She asked if I was allergic to anything. ‘Yes,‘ I replied. 点来点去，洞房里只剩下一对新人和阿发，新郎阿刚笑眯眯地问，先生，你是阿玉的朋友？这一问出乎阿发的意料，他随口就答了句不是，还没等他想好怎么补救，阿刚又说，你这夹克穿着舒服吧？我那手机你也卖了个好价钱吧？

阿发纳闷，仔细一看，糟了，真是冤家路窄！刚来林市时，阿发买夹克把服装店老板的手机给顺走了。这新郎不是那店主是哪个？不同的是没有了那两撇小黑胡。自从进来就一直想着怎么偷包，压根没仔细看过新郎，此时既然已经说破也没什么好隐瞒的了，阿发凶相毕露，恶狠狠地说，告诉你们，哥们是道上混的，识相的老实点，否则我让你们喜事变丧事！

First, humor is very necessary in communicating with others because it can

soften relationship between people. In the process of getting along with others,

我在小的时侯，就经常听大人们说：“学雷锋，做好事”。当时我不明白，做好事就是做好事，为什么前面加一个“学雷锋”呢？上学以后，在三月五日这天，老师说：“这是一个特别的日子，是“学雷锋日”。从那天起，我终于知道了雷锋叔叔。

有一年夏天，县令应郴请主簿（办理文书事务的官员）杜宣来饮酒。酒席设在厅堂里，北墙上悬挂着一张红色的弓。由于光线折射，酒杯中映入了弓的影子。杜宣看了，以为是一条蛇在酒杯中蠕动，顿时冷汗涔涔。但县令是他的上司，又是特地请他来饮酒的，不敢不饮，所以硬着头皮喝了几口。仆人再斟时，他借故推却，起身告辞走了。回到家里，杜宣越来越疑心刚才饮下的是有蛇的酒，又感到随酒入口的蛇在肚中蠕动，觉得胸腹部疼痛异常，难以忍受，吃饭、喝水都非常困难。

家里人赶紧请大夫来诊治。但他服了许多药，病情还是不见好转。

过了几天，应郴有事到杜宣家中，问他怎么会闹病的，杜宣便讲了那天饮酒时酒杯中有蛇的事。应郴安慰他几句，就回家了。他坐在厅堂里反复回忆和思考，弄不明白杜宣酒杯里怎么会有蛇的。

突然，北墙上的那张红色的弓引起了他的注意。他立即坐在那天杜宣坐的位置上，取来一杯酒，也放在原来的位置上。结果发现，酒杯中有弓的影子，不细细观看，确实像是一条蛇在蠕动。应郴马上命人用马车把杜宣接来，让他坐在原位上，叫他仔细观看酒杯里的影子，并说：“你说的杯中的蛇，不过是墙上那张弓的倒影罢了，没有其他什么怪东西。现在你可以放心了！”

杜宣弄清原委后，疑虑立即消失，病也很快痊愈了。

小蜗牛问妈妈：为什么我们从生下来，就要背负这个又硬又重的壳呢?

妈妈：因为我们的身体没有骨骼的支撑，只能爬，又爬不快。所以要这个壳的保护!

小蜗牛：毛虫姊姊没有骨头，也爬不快，为什么她却不用背这个又硬又重的壳呢?

妈妈：因为毛虫姊姊能变成蝴蝶，天空会保护她啊。

小蜗牛：可是蚯蚓弟弟也没骨头爬不快，也不会变成蝴蝶他什么不背这个又硬又重的壳呢?

妈妈：因为蚯蚓弟弟会钻土，大地会保护他啊。

小蜗牛哭了起来：我们好可怜，天空不保护，大地也不保护。

蜗牛妈妈安慰他：所以我们有壳啊!我们不靠天，也不靠地，我们靠自己。
