期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

三、学生答题情况分析

1 、单项填空：单项选择题分两部分，A部分为单词辨音，主要考查字母u 、i,字母组合ea、ear 、ow 在单词中的读音,学生失分主要在第1、3题。B部分为单项选择，考查的知识点多，覆盖面广，有一定的难度。但老师课堂都有讲到，可从学生做题情况来看，此题失分较多，从中可以看出学生对基础题掌握不够扎实，知识掌握还不到位。失分最多的主要集中在第 14(考查kind of 和 a kind of的区别)15、(考查spend，pay和take的区别),16(考查 It is +adj. + do…的句型)，17、(考查have fun doing sth.结构)，20题( 考查多个修饰词的顺序结构)

2、完形填空题的难度不大，既有考查语法知识，还要考查学生的分析理解能力。(1)班此题得分较高，2班级的学生得分较低。此题第23、28、29题丢分最多。由此看出学生的语法知识掌握不够牢靠。

3、阅读理解分ABC篇，C篇为任务读写型。AB篇所选的阅读文章主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解能力、推理判断和概括归纳能力。阅读理解难度适中，1班的得分率较高。学生已经掌握一定的阅读技巧。2班的有些学生由于对学习不感兴趣，这类的学生都是胡乱选题。此题失分较多的主要在32、36、40、题。此三题主要考查学生对文章的推理判断和归纳的能力。学生对文章的概括归纳能力还有待加强训练。C篇丢分较为严重，得分率很低，也有得满分的，但人数不多。在这方面学生有待于提高。

4、 情景交际主要考查学生综合运用语言的能力。所选材料贴近学生的生活实际，考查题目基本都可以通过上下文语境完成，相对比较容易，得分较高。

5、词汇主要考查常用单词，两个班的学生在词汇题上失分较高，主要存在几点：⑴不会拼写单词;⑵时态的错误;⑶词的词的正确形式。

6、写作

写作分AB篇;A篇小作文的要求是介绍人物的，浅显易懂，学生有话可说。写自己印象最深刻的人，这题材学生练过的，也是都是学生在日常生活中经常用到的，说到的语言，学生组织起来不难。所用的句型、单词都是学生学过的，且都是重点内容。在日常教学中，是老师反复强调的内容。因此，本题得分率还可以;而B篇 书面表达。 从试卷得分情况看，学生对于写作部分的词汇用法掌握不到位。对于动词的第三人称单数的概念不清，时态运用正确，大部分学生基础知识掌握得不好，张冠李戴的现象比较突出，个别学生不注意审题。⑵班好些学生空白不写。有些学生甚至抄阅读理解的短文内容。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。在练习时，很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

4、加强听力训练。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，听力理解能力的提高不是一朝一夕能改变的，而是长期的不间断训练的结果，因此要保证每天让学生至少听力训练10分钟。

这周的星期三，在这个阴云密布的早晨，进行了让人紧张而又难忘的英语期中考试。

早读课时，我认真地阅读着英语书，生怕漏掉了什么，使得没能考到好成绩，不过，当时并不是很紧张。就在这时，我听到了让老师领卷子的广播，心里默默地想：放松，放松，我可以考好的，为什么要紧张呢？虽然，我竭力地安慰着自己，可是紧张的感觉，却油然而生。突然，四（3）班的老师走了进来，原来，她就是我们这次的监考老师。开始放听力的录音了，声音震耳欲聋，有一道题目没能听清，结果就蒙了一个答案，心里暗暗地想：惨了，这个题目没听清，如果蒙的答案是错的，岂不是要拖累自己了？后面的笔试部分我觉得很简单，于是就没有认真检查。

第二天，报成绩时，我的心“扑通扑通”地跳着，脑神经简直绷到了极点。虽然得到了一个不错的成绩：98.5，但是那依然不是我心目中理想的成绩。果然，我没听清楚的那道听力题不出所料错了和一个单词少了复数形式的“S”。顿生悔意，如果我当时检查一遍或许就只会错一道题了。

这次考试，因为我粗心和对题目的轻视而犯下的错误，铭刻在我的脑海里，从今以后我不能再让自己重蹈覆辙，要认认真真地做好每一件事。

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the bike, eating abanana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street randomly. No sooner had I done thisthan I realized that I had done something bad to our environment. And maybe someone wouldstep on it and tumbleover. I must pick it up. 这次英语月考之所以没有考好，总结原因如下： 1 平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。 2 准备不充分。毛主席说，不打无准备之仗。言外之意，无准备之仗很难打赢，我却没有按照这句至理名言行事，导致这次考试吃了亏。 3 没有解决好兴趣与课程学习的矛盾。自己有很多兴趣，作为一个人，一个完整的人，一个明白的人，当然不应该同机器一样，让自己的兴趣被平白无故抹煞，那样不仅悲惨而且无知，但是，如果因为自己的兴趣严重耽搁了学习就不好了，不仅不好，有时候真的是得不偿失。 失败了怎么办？认真反思是首先的： 第一，这次失败的原因是什么？要认真思考，挖掘根本的原因； 第二，你接下来要干什么？确定自己的目标，不要因为失败不甘心接着走，而是要正确地衡量自己。看看想要什么，自己的优势在什么地方，弱势是什么； 第三，确定目标。明确自己想要的，制定计划。

2013高考英语作文评分标准

1 本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。

2 评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次 的 要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分。

3 词数少于 80和多于 120的，从总分中减去2分。

审题，遣词，造句，润色，谋篇

既然知道了这些关键因素和高分秘诀，我们要如何从这些方面入手呢审题的概念

拿到试卷后，首先浏览书面表达的题目，研究题目要求。正确的审题内容包括A、审标题B、审体裁C、审要点。审标题：看文章是否要求有题目(title)或者主题(topic)能够确保你不跑题;审体裁：确能够定文章的文体，为你写作提供方向。审要点：如果英语作文中，有要求要点的，一般打分时是踩点给分的，准确把握住要点，是高分的一个诀窍。

如何审要点要做到以下两个方面：

总结归纳要点：不是所有内容都要写出来，而是抓住其中的关键要点、衔接要点!

理顺要点：将提炼的要点按逻辑关系(如时间关系、因果关系、转折关系等)重新安排，这样整篇文章看起来就整体有序，流畅自然，更加容易打动评分老师，从而作文分数提升一档。

构思文章提纲：根据题目的要点，安排好段落和主次关系。要形成良好的分段意识，写作分段是必须要进行的(2至4段为佳)，这样显得文章不会拥挤并且层次分明。在行文意识上，要注意突出要点。

Failure exists in every stage for everybody. As students, I think the most common failure would be failing in the exam. Yes, I have failed in the exam for many times. It is very common, because on one can keep the name of ever-victorious generals forever. But some students do not figure out this. When they fail in the exam, they need a long time to recover, even have directly negative effect on their inner heart. This is not the right way to deal with this problem. "different"虽拉低了水准，但"as to"又拯救了回来。

这句话貌似亮点不多，顶多一个"hold"，但也是安全牌，容易理解。

三、得出最终结论的万能模板：

1、Taking all these factors into consideration, we naturally come to the conclusion that...把所有这些因素加以考虑，我们自然会得出结论……

很完全的答法，"take sth into consideration"短语的应用，加分。

2、Taking into account all these factors, we may reasonably come to the conclusion that...考虑所有这些因素，我们可能会得出合理的结论……

"Take into account sth"短语似乎又比上句的"take sth into consideration"提升了一个层次。

3、Hence/Therefore, wed better come to the conclusion that...因此，自然我们得出以下结论。。。

"Hence"一词用在文章中大气吧，但别平时口语中用，否则即使老外也用一种看老古董的眼神看你。。。

再特意提一句："wed better"在这里不是“不得不”或“最好”的意思，而是一种自然而然，水到渠成的得出结论。

4、There is no doubt that (job-hopping) has its drawbacks as well as merits.毫无疑问，跳槽有优点也有缺点。

短语"there is no doubt that"上线，同时运用我们的老朋友"as well as"增加看点。

四、提出最终建议的万能模板：

1、It is high time that we put an end to the (trend).该是我们停止这一趋势的时候了。

"It is high time" 打头，为该句增色。注：that 后跟虚拟语气，后跟动词的一般过去式，表示“是某人做。。。的时候了”或者“是某人不做。。。的时候了”

2、It is time to take the advice of ... and to put special emphasis on the improvement of ...该是采纳……的建议，并对……的进展给予非常重视的时候了。

去掉一个"high"，画风完全不一样，不用过去式，只需用"to do"来替代。

3、There is no doubt that enough concern must be paid to the problem of ...毫无疑问，对……问题应予以足够的重视。

"there is no doubt that"+被动还是蛮经典的组合。

4、Obviously,.... If we want to do something... , it is essential that...显然，如果我们想做某事，我们需要……

这句有些老生常谈，稍微不“常”的就是"essential" 替代了"important"。

5、Only in this way can we... 只有这样,我们才能...

Only+倒装，经典万能句式，还能看出点水平呢。

6、It must be realized that... 我们必须意识到...

把人人都会的"I realized"升格为被动语态，省略了主语，监考老师绝对会眼前一亮的！

五、英语四级作文预示后果万能模板：

1、Obviously, if we dont control the problem, the chances are that... will lead us in danger.很明显，如果我们不能控制这一问题,很有可能我们会陷入危险。

"the chances are that"替代了"may"，果然说话拐弯的生物不止是中国人。

作文结尾万用句，毫无破绽。
