I have a lot of friends in Simon English School. One of them is my best friend. His name is boyd.

我刚从西安回来。众所周知,西安是一个古老的城市,中国是许多朝代的首都,也是世界上最著名的古都之一。但是,在西安之旅后我发现另一个有吸引力的一面。有很多地方小吃非常美味。和现代交通十分便利。现代建筑也一个接一个。当我们欣赏灿烂的遗产,我们也获得了最近的成就印象深刻。顺便问一下,那里的天气很舒服。和住宿也很便宜。总之,西安的旅行对我来说真是个美好的回忆。

俗话说：西游鼓浪屿，东玩观音山。到了厦门不玩观音山是绝对不行的，我这就带你一览观音山的风采吧。

来到水乐园，只见一片水帘，穿过它就进入了热闹非凡的“水世界”。我抬头一看，哇!一片人山人海啊!首先来到“太空盘”，太空盘是坐着皮艇在一个大圆盘绕圈的双人刺激游戏。因为排队的人很少，所以我先来这里玩。我兴奋地排着队，过了十分钟终于轮到我了，看着这高高的大圆盘，听着那尖叫声，我的心里有些害怕，不过，在妈妈的鼓励下，我还是勇敢地爬上楼梯，朝橡皮艇的方向走去。我坐上橡皮艇，紧抓扶手，随着“啊——”的声音，我从垂直80度的管道里坠落下去，我和妈妈掉进了大圆盘，不停地绕圈，这圈圈饶得我头昏眼花，心里一进紧，手更是牢牢地抓住扶手。最后，只听“隆”地一声，我掉进中间的大洞，啊，总算安全到达，我们的橡皮艇落到一个大水池，这可真刺激啊!难怪尖叫声此起彼伏，不绝于耳。

接着，我又玩了许多项目，如：森林漂流、大喇叭、时空穿越……最好玩的要数“飞越彩虹”了。它是从20米高的赛道上坐着橡皮艇顺流而下。我扛着橡皮艇跑了三层楼到达上面排队等待，我把橡皮艇放在赛道上坐了上去，认真的听完游玩的注意事项后，工作人员把我推了下去，只听“哗”的一声，我掉进了水流流动的赛道，一会迅速的拐弯，一会又全速直行，我坐在皮艇上头晕眼花。终于，皮艇落到了水池里，我一个不小心，“啪”的一声，摔到了水里。真好玩啊!“飞越彩虹”因为太好玩了，我连玩了八次。

观音山给我带来了许多快乐，那里的景色让人流连忘返，那里的乐趣让人回味无穷。观音山真是名符其实的梦幻水世界。 观音山的游玩结束了，但是，我的写作并没有结束，我会带给大家更多快乐的!

I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.

I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put todays work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.

However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.

From now on Ill try to keep my good habbits, and give up the bad ones. Then Ill live better.

Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends.

I think I’m kind of unhealthy. I shouldn’t eat too much junk food. I’ll try to have a balanced diet and sleep more. I should brush my teeth twice a day. I hope I can have a better lifestyle.
