我的家住在乌镇镇正福村，旁边有一条公路叫桐乌路。前几年，为了赚钱有人在路边开起了小店，人们来来往往买东西很方便，但垃圾也随处可见。又有好几户人家搭起了草棚，养起了鸭子。每次经过都能听到鸭子嘈杂的叫声，闻到鸭粪的臭气，河水被严重污染，路两旁的沟渠里都是白色垃圾袋、塑料瓶、腐烂的水果等，再这样下去，我们也要像小村庄一样了。路旁的房子渐渐不见了，鸭棚也消失了，过路的人再也听不到鸭叫声了，沟渠里已流着清澈见底的.河水。路两旁绿树成荫，鲜花盛开，树木高大挺拔，真是太美了！

我暗暗庆幸人们终于醒悟过来了，明白要保护环境了，并付之行动了。今年开学，我们学校举行了“垃圾分类我带头”活动。我回家一说，没想到妈妈说村里也在搞这个活动。我们纷纷行动起来，买来了四色垃圾桶，分别放可回收垃圾、有害垃圾、餐厨垃圾和其他垃圾。到外面走走，随处可见有关垃圾分类的字眼和各色垃圾桶，地上再也看不到餐巾纸、易拉罐、可乐瓶和塑料袋等垃圾了。
