海伦凯勒曾说过：“不论处于什么环境，都要不断努力!她自己就是这样的一个人。从小就生了一场大病，从此由一个正常的孩子变成了又盲又哑的残疾人，看不见美好的世界，听不见动听的音乐。，说不出优美的语言。但是她没有放弃生命，让生命之花枯萎。反而更加珍惜生命，不断跟老师安妮.沙莉文学习，最后，变成了对社会有用的人，开出了绚烂的生命之花。

生命就是像小草一样，生生不息。生命就像海伦凯勒一样，不论处于什么样的环境，都要不断学习。生命是美好的，生命是顽强的，生命比什么都珍贵，珍惜生命，热爱生活是我们每个人要做的。

One day my grandmother and I went to the park, it began to rain when we got there. Some people were disappointed, but my grandmother smiled: "it is good to rain, it will water the field, and the crops will grow better. I think so. If we can change our mind to see the things, we will discover all things are beautiful. In everyones life, the mood is very important. It can encourage unsuccessful people not to lose heart, to make sad people feel better. At last I want to say, if you enjoy life, you will be happy forever.

培根说过：“有些书只需浅尝，另一些可以吞咽。只有少数好书需要仔细咀嚼，慢慢消化。”从《安妮日记》这本书，我已经看过第二遍了，它可以称得上影响我人生的书之一了。

这本书，是1933年希特勒法西斯政权执政后，一位犹太少女，从她13岁开始写的日记。在书中，不仅记录了她成长中的困惑与好奇以及青春的萌动与期待。同时，她以勇敢的笔墨，控诉了法西斯邪恶的战争，谴责了毫无人性的种族歧视，描述了了战争给人民带来的深重的灾难。

第一次读这本书的时候刚上五年级，当时只因为封面、插图好看，买下了它，并没有品味文字，只是把它当成了“小人书”。那时候，只单纯地认为插图画得很漂亮，但也从画中感到一股莫明的不安。

第二次找到它时，我12岁，与安妮的年龄很接近，思想也比较统一，我开始去读，去渴望读。我读完这本看似“轻于鸿毛”的内容却“重于泰山”的日记后，感触很大。特别是安妮藏身的密室，让我记忆犹新。

密室里面的生活是极其枯燥烦闷的。那里没有阳光，没有快乐，只有饥饿、恐惧和病痛不断折磨着他们。外面紧张的战争形势，不停的轰炸也对原本就无依无靠的避难者造成了极大的威胁。

可是，在这种环境下安妮仍然渴望上学，期盼每周的“图书馆开放日”，在黑暗中，她意识到只有知识能带给她光亮。

而现在，我能拥有明亮的教室、漂亮的课桌、崭新的书本，我有什么理由不去好好学习呢？对比安妮来说，我还能感到不知足吗？

今天，当我再次捧起《安妮日记》，不但可以感受到历史、战争、种族的迫害，的是能从中读到期盼成长、热爱生活。

我发誓要象安妮·弗兰克一样，不论周围是光亮或是黑暗，我要怀着热爱生活的心，去热爱自然、热爱阅读和学习，永远满怀着理想，身处逆境不气馁、不屈服。还要学习她善于思考、敢于正视自己的缺点，不断提升自己的品格，一直期盼自己快快成长。

当那位70多岁的清洁工老爷爷用扫帚蘸水写得一手好字时，感叹的不仅是他的兴趣爱好或才艺，毕竟没有人在当清洁工前就喜欢用扫把写字。对于从未学过写字的老爷爷，靠每天的琢磨，到后来写毛笔字帖卖钱，这是热爱生活的真实写照，是这种心态使得老爷爷把枯燥乏味的工作变得有意义。
