Whats friends? Do you have friends? I have many friends, so I always feel

happy. In the morning, some of my friends will go to school with me. We often

talk and laugh on the way to school. Sometimes we will stop to buy some snacks,

school things and other stuff. When I am in school, I always study with friends.

When I have something confusion, I will ask them to help. So do they. We help

each other. After class, we play together, and go to the shop to buy snacks.

They accompany me, so do I. I think this is friends.

Currently, many problems concerning the safety of food have popped up. As for me, I believe at least three factors account for this issue.

Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed.

All in all, food safety is such a great concern, and we all should do establish laws and implement them effectively to avoid producing toxic foods.

我小时候一犯错误就会哭，有时哭得稀哩哗啦，父母不批评我，我哭，父母批评我，我更加哭。但那次，我深深地感到我哭得不值。

可是，似乎因为没有叫人，还对人家爱理不理这个原因并不需要有这么大反应吧!向人家道个歉就行了的事根本不需要哭的。我自己对自己说。

于是，我走出房间，对妈妈说了自己的想法，并说我是一个知错能改的好孩子，但动不动就哭不是一个好习惯。我决定改正这个动不动就哭的坏习惯，做一个人见人爱的好孩子。那天，我还用妈妈的手机给阿姨打了一个电话，向她道了歉，她很高兴地原谅了我。

有时候，哭并不是什么事都用得着的，如果你不管遇到什么事都要哭，那么人们就会讨厌你。除非你真的感到惭愧。那次，我真的哭的不值。

“呜呜……你不……不讲信用!呜呜……”房子里回荡着我的哭泣声。

那天下午，我拿到了一张英语考试卷，上面有一个红艳艳的“100”分。拿到试卷后，我一直想着妈妈对我说过的话：“只要你这次英语能考到前三名，我就给你买一件你想要的东西。”(--^__^--)嘻嘻……我心里一阵窃喜，想到喜欢的东西就要到手啦!这次可是全班第一名哦。

放学后，我立刻兴冲冲跑回家，拼命地按着门铃。

过了好一会儿，妈妈才慢吞吞下来开门，嘴里还念叨着：“干什么呢?按这么多次，吃炮仗了?”

我可没工夫和她解释，匆忙跑上楼。刚放下书包，我就迫不及待地拿出试卷，举起来，对妈妈喊道：“妈妈，我这次英语考了一百分，是全班唯一一个第一哦!”我故意把“唯一”两个字说得很重。

妈妈接过试卷，露出了一丝笑意，说：“不错，继续加油!”

看妈妈没有一点儿要提礼物的样子，我开口了：“妈妈，上次你答应我的事儿……”

“什么事?”

“就是你答应我考进前三名就给我买礼物的事。”

“我有答应吗?你自己做梦时梦见吧。”

“可是……”

我咬着嘴唇，努力不让眼泪滴下来。

“别可是了……”妈妈打断了我的话，说：“快写作业去!”

我再也忍不住了，眼泪像断了线的珍珠一样落下来。

妈妈看见我哭了，并没有安慰我，反而无情地走开了。我哭得更加厉害了，对着妈妈的背影大喊：“哇……你不……不讲信用!呜呜……”

时过境迁，这件事已经过去很久了，我也没再去追究，也许大人自有大人的道理，即便是这里亏欠了我，下次那里就会补偿了我。我选择了原谅了妈妈。

“我开始慢慢忘记那条路，那条通向你的路。”“但它似乎又清晰的印在我的脑海中。”“我无法确定那是否还是你，白发肆虐，我隐约看到你的右手掌粗糙而开裂。”

字字刻骨，句句铭心。我抬头望向窗外，视线不像从前被高耸的钢铁丛林遮挡，眼前一望无际的和缓的可爱山丘，几团绵软悠然的安静云朵，与那柔和的夕阳余晖相辉映。在这乡村最寻常不过的景象，与我而言如此珍贵。

我缓步下楼去，嘈杂的电视声声入耳，我喊了一声外公，久久没有回应。这才发现，他倚在沙发上睡着了。看他身上那套上山的劳动服沾满了碎草，浑身一股泥土与青草的混合气味，一定又偷偷上山辛苦劳动了。他那随他性格的头发不羁地乱竖着，像是不服草帽的遮压。我靠在门边，看着他，那刻电视仿佛没有了声响，窗外的蝉鸣好像也消停了，祥和安静，时间定格在了那一刻。近七旬的他，仍然整日操劳在他心爱的土地上。我看到了他手还握着遥控器，“粗糙而开裂”，猛然鼻子一酸。

吃好晚饭，换洗好衣服的外公，和我出门逛逛。远离城市的喧嚣，乡间的小道有的只是并不躁耳的蝉鸣以及柔和的月光和繁星点点。不是城市僵硬冷漠的柏油路，甚至是村民们自己搭建的石子路，有些硌脚，但我却走得格外欢快。也许这样放肆在山村野林间的我，才是真实的我，久违了的那个自己，站在不远处朝自己招手。

从小的亲情，并没有因为城市和乡村的距离而疏远。我和外公依旧亲密。可是我隐约地，不，清楚地意识到，说不出从何而来的陌生感，明明是盛夏，却有一股寒意从脊背席遍全身。

想到这儿，我心中无尽荒凉。转头看了看身边的外公，那个曾经在我眼中坚韧挺拔高大无比的他，现在与我差不多高。幼时认为无所不能的超人，在岁月风霜的面前似乎不堪一击。不知他是否也和我一样，满腹话语，不知如何开口，从何说起。

有些累了，我便找了一块石头坐。外公也坐过来。“你还记得这石头吗?”外公看着远处的路灯，对我说。“石头?”我听了一头雾水，不知外公所云。“小时候有次晚上走路回家，你赖在这块石头上不肯走，后来睡着了，我把你背回去的。”外公的语气平静，像是门口那潺潺小溪流一样不动声色，但却有着岁月的滋味。听了这话，我朦朦胧胧的记忆一下子清晰起来，外公后背温暖又踏实。

也许因为成长，我们会在不经意间丢失那些我们所视若珍宝的记忆，也许会不小心有些疏远身边的亲人。但是别担心，记忆中的那个人，一定会一直一直站在原地等你，你不来，他不老。

原来世界一切，真如书中的最后那句：“我所遇见的，是成长的幸福，我所遗忘的，从未丢失过。”

Sports in our school have changed a lot.Now we have more than 30

minutes’rest after the second period in the morning every day.And we have more

than 30 minutes’exercise after the second class in the afternoon.So we have at

least one hour to exercise each day. Students get so excited at these

I have a sister. Her name is Alice . She is one year old. She has short hair. She has a fat face. It looks like a big red apple. She has big eyes and a small mouth. She has only one tooth, but she can eat cookies. Her arms and legs are fat, too. But she can crawl very fast on the floor.

My sister is very naughty. She doesn’t sleep at night but sleeps at daytime. So my mother is tired to take care of her. She always crawls here and there, sofa, bed, chair, everywhere she likes to go. 到底是什么新鲜事呢?那就是我妈妈学自行车。你可能会问：你妈妈连自行车都不会吗?对!我妈妈平常是走路去上班的，这个暑假我妈妈打算学自行车了。我妈从小就不会骑自行车，这回我总算尝到了教我妈自行车的滋味。

妈妈紧张地按照我说的话去做。不一会儿，妈妈又摔到了地上，我连忙帮忙把车扶起来，对妈妈说：“妈妈，我把住车后面。你骑在前面。”妈妈听了，胆子也变大了一点，就又坐了上去。我在后面慢慢地推，往前推了10米后。忽然妈妈身子往左一压，自行车又倒了。我死命地抵住，但是我费了九牛二虎之力，还是没有抵住妈妈的体重和车子的重量，这些重量对于我这个小学生来说真的太重了。自行车终于重重地压到了地上，我的手被夹住了，而妈妈刚才直接机灵地跳下车了。我的手臂压在了车下面，我疼得眼泪直流。妈妈连忙把车子扶起来，看见我手肿了一大片，就心疼地让我去旁边休息。我于是就在旁边坐下了，这时我看到妈妈骑着车不断地倒下，又不断地起来。

With the fast development of online communication tools and online chatting tools, an increasing number of people are inclined to make friends online. However, is it wise to make friends online? People from different backgrounds and cultures have divergent views concerning this issue.

随着网络通信工具和在线聊天工具的快速发展，越来越多的人倾向于在网上交友。然而，在网上交朋友是明智的吗?来自不同背景和文化的人们对这一问题有不同的看法。

For one thing, those who have already benefited from practicing it sing high praise of it. They claim that making friends online has many advantages compared to communicate with each other in face to face. For instance, making friends online can communicate with our friends at any time to strengthen our relationship and save a lot social resources. And we can keep in touch with our friends when we have no time to visit them in person. They also point out that making friends online provides a good chance for us to communicate with people from different social backgrounds and cultures. In other words, making friends online can broaden our horizon and widen our personal relationships. In addition, it also makes contribution to narrow our gap in area and culture.

However, for another, other people hold opposite views towards this issue. They argue that it is dangerous to make friends online. They cite many examples that people cheated by online friends. And they figure out that sometimes it will cause some misunderstanding in culture because some online friends tell lies and provide wrong information.

First Snow

The first fall of snow is not only an event but it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of world and wake up to find yourself in another quite different, and if this is not enchantment, then where is it to be found?

The very stealth, the eerie quietness, of the thing makes it more magical. Ifall the snow fell at once in one shattering crash, awakening us in the middle of the night the event would be robbed of its wonder. But it flutters down, soundless, hour after hour while we are asleep. Outside the closed curtains of the bedroom a vast transfbrmation scene is takiag place, just as if a myriad elves and brownies were at work, and we turn and yawn and stretch and know nothing about it. And then, what an extraordinary change it is! It is as if the house continent. Even the inside, which has not been touched, seems different, every room appearing smaller and cosier, just as if some power were trying to turn it into a woodcutter’s hut or a snug logcabin. Outside, where the garden was yesterday, there is now a white and glistening level, and the village beyond is no longer your own familiar cluster of roofs but a village in an old German fairy-tale.

You would not be surprised to learn that all the people there, the speetacled postmistress, the cobbler, the retired school master, and the rest, had suffered a change too and had become queer elvish beings, purveyors of invisible caps and magic shoes. You yourselves do not feel quite the same people you were yesterday. How could you not when so much has been changed? There is a curious stir, a little shiver of excite-ment, troubling the house, not unlike the feeling there is abroad when a journey has to be made. The children, of course, are all excitement but even the adults hang about and talk to one another longer than usual before setting down to the day’s work. Nobody can resist the windows. It is like being on board a ship.

还记得第一次月考，由于我认真复习，得了110分，有的同学很羡慕，而我也很骄傲，这使我的虚荣心暴增，以至于后来上课没好好听，我心想：这些题也太简单了吧!老师不讲我都会。而在这次月考后不久又迎来了一个期中考试，在考试前同学们都一丝不苟的复习，只有我不以为然。当期中考试的卷子发下来时，我傻眼了，因为出的题目我都不会，我最后也只得了80分。这大概就是上课不听的结果吧，也算是给我的一个惩罚吧!

那一天，妈妈终于开始看不惯我这种过于狂妄骄傲的态度，让我试着自己烘焙个蛋糕。我在做时，果然出了许多错误：像搅拌方法、火力、材料比例等细节都错了，之前妈妈看我漏洞百出还一再提醒我，但我因过于固执总与她闹分歧，但凡只要她说了一句，我必嚷嚷十句回敬过去。她知道我只有失败才愿意改正错误，就甩手说：“好吧，按你的方法来把这个蛋糕做好吧。”我信心十足地投入到蛋糕制作中，本以为美味就此诞生，谁料结果是——蛋糕又小又硬又焦的，压根儿就不可以吃。妈妈一看就看透了我疑惑的心思，便说：儿子，你看，许多事情表面很简单，做起来却很难，听起来是会比看起来简单，然而看起来总比做起来感觉容易，不要因听起来简单而不做，因为许多事表面比真相好像简单得多;其次简单不一定可以做好，要懂得“百闻不如一见，百见不如一干”的道理，生活才会有成功，不然则一事无成;除此之外朋友也会因为你的懒惰而不信任你的能力，会没朋友的。听了妈妈的话，我很是后悔，决心把之前的坏习惯改了。

至此，我不再骄傲，时常告诉自己应该努力实干，做个懂“百闻不如一见，百见不如一干”的人，争取事事努力获得好成果。于是，我的朋友也多起来了。

一位富翁和他儿子爱好收藏画，他们收藏了从毕加索到拉费奥等很多艺术品。常常他俩坐在一起欣赏着大师的作品。

he stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his son in the painting. the father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes swelled up

with tears. he thanks the young man and offered to pay him for the picture. "oh no, sir, i could never repay what you son did for me. its a gift.

having an opportunity to purchase one for their collection. on the platform sat the portrait of his son. the auctioneer pounded his gavel, "we will start with this portrait of the son. who will bid for this picture?

there was silence. then a ! voice in the back of the room shouted "we want to see the famous paintings. skip this one."

but the auctioneer persisted, "will someone bid for this painting? who will start the bidding? $100, $200?"

但拍卖经纪人坚持着：“有没有人投这幅画的标?谁先开始?一百，两百?

another voice shouted angrily, "we didnt come here to see this painting. we came to see the van gohs, the rembrandts. get on with the real bids".

另外一个声音高喊着，非常愤怒：“我们不是来这里看这幅画的，我们是来看梵高的画，看伦伯朗的画的。快进入真正的竞标吧。”

but still the auctioneer continued, "the son! the son! who will take the son?" finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. it was the longtime

gardener of the man and his son. "ill give you $10 for the painting." being a poor man, it was all he could afford.

但拍卖经纪人依旧继续着：“儿子，儿子，谁要这儿子?”终于，一个声音从厅堂的深处传来：“我出十块钱要这画。”因为穷，这是他力所能及的价钱。

"we have $10, who will bid $20??"

"give it to him for $10. lets see the masters".

”

"$10 is the bid, wont someone bid $20?"

“有人标了十块，有谁肯标二十的吗?”

“十块给他吧，让我们看名作。

“标价十块，没有人标二十的吗?”

the crowd was becoming angry. they didnt want the picture of the son. they wanted the more worthy investments for their collections.

the auctioneer pounded his gavel. "going once, twice, sold for $10!"

a man sitting in the second row shouted, "now lets get on with the collection!

the auctioneer laid down his gavel "im sorry, the auction is over".

"what about the paintings?"

人群开始愤怒起来。他们不想要这儿子的画。他们要收藏的是更值得投资的东西。

拍卖经纪人敲打着槌子：“一次竞标，两次竞标，十块得标!”

一位坐在第二排的人喊道：“现在让我们开始进入收藏品的竞标。”

From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn’t. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.

I spend a lot of time on the homework.. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. then I listened to the tape, it was nine o’clock. then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime! I’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!

I’m unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker, so I’m very unlucky.

I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!

I’m worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term, I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram! I must to do banting!

But most important, I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse, the monkey……in the sea. Now I’ve done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.

如果我告诉你有人是那么渴望生病，而且是轰轰烈烈地生一场大病，你是否会相信呢?

这是我从一位朋友那儿听来的故事，也许那是杜撰的，也许太夸张了，可我相信了这个故事，更重要的是为此而感动。

一个女孩生活在一个残破的家庭中。父母早年离异，她跟了父亲。父亲续弦，她便跟着父亲和继母开始了新的生活。继母并不是那种刻薄的女人，也没有恶待她，只是冷漠--一种彻彻底底的冷漠。用女孩的话来说：我倒真希望她能骂骂我，哪怕凶一点也可以。继母带来的年幼的儿子自然承受母亲加倍的呵护，而且得到了父亲全部的爱心和欢声笑语。从此，女孩变得沉默寡言。内向而收敛的个性又使她的交友范围日益缩小，莫名的自卑和抑郁纠缠着她。

一个孤独的女孩就这样在冷漠的环境中挣扎着。这一切仿佛像浓重的雾将她裹住，任她如何逃遁也无法摆脱。

意外的一次生病，却让她渴望了很久的温暖又回到了她身边。那次她病了，父亲为此感到心疼，请了假在家陪伴她;继母也一改往日的冷漠，特地为她买药、做菜;顽皮的弟弟也变得乖巧了许多。女孩在这样的一次病中，体味到了她终日渴望的关注，她成了焦点，中心和主轴。

后来，她学会了这样一种伎俩：不断给自己增加生病的机会。严重的和不严重的，只要不是致命的病，她都愿意!

这是一个女孩的渴求!一个孤独无援的女孩，只能采取这种自虐的方式来实现自己的理想--渴望被爱。一个祈求终日与病榻相依的人，在她的心底却荡漾着一种明澈的情思。

出人意料的是，这个女孩将这一切推向了极致。有一次，她本想折断自己的腿，可以在床上躺几个月享受几个月被爱的温暖;可这一次，她没有掌握好伤害的尺度，永远地失去了自己的左腿。她的一辈子与轮椅相伴了。

她坐在轮椅上，也许这一次她将被人时刻关注，再也没有冷漠来袭击她了。

她是不是在想：只要为了被爱，付出生命也在所不惜，一条腿又算什么呢?

她是不是会安静地坐在轮椅上，脸上还挂着微笑呢?

炎炎夏日，不过奢望一缕清风拂面;蛙声阵阵，只图一处幽静之地。虽“深林人不知”，却有“明月来相照”，这是一件多么美好的事。

风混着青草的芳香，隐隐约约掺杂着土壤的气息，酝酿着着沁人心脾的甘露。风慢慢掠过田野，挥挥衣袖的她荡起一片绿油油的青草地，偶尔泛起条条波纹。透过窗户的纱，她来到我的身边，在我身边哈一口气，也是一件不可多得的好事。夏季的风总是有些调皮。有时她裹着燥热奔向我，让我周边热气包围，心情变得烦闷，她能影响着别人，可谁也无法影响他丝毫。她清新洒脱，只需挥挥衣袖，在水面踮着脚尖游走。

她又来了，我总会察觉。

树叶沙沙作响，再轻盈脚步也瞒不过小草的眼睛。她轻轻地来，在我的窗前徘徊了许久。却不舍敲我的窗，于是她走了，走得很干脆。这有天边的云彩，拖拖拉拉的随她去了。天空变得冷清，没有云的勾勒，看上去格格不入。而我没有风在身边，我的衣襟无法荡起自由飘逸。

风使整个夜晚添了些幽静，身子轻伏在地面，一下跃进小溪，虽没有水花溅出，但丝丝涟漪打破了这道宁静，让这个水面更加唯美，即使周围漆黑，她也依旧很美。她的气息泛着淡淡薰衣草的芬芳，慢慢的，慢慢的。也许她似乎察觉到了我的存在，加快了脚步，向我走来。她纤细的手牵着我的手，我追逐这风奔跑，她跑得很快，她化作一只小鹿，奔向田野的深处。我大口喘着粗气，她又忽的出现在我，吹着我耳根。

风是万物中我最倾心的，她毫不吝啬，尘世中都是她的身影。她的存在，比水的涟漪更精彩。她的存在，比天空还要永恒。她是我的依靠，我的灵魂。

风拨撩起我的发梢，勾起嘴角的一丝的笑，也许我该成长。

Everyone may have his own dream. Someone may want to be rich, someone may

want to be beautiful, and someone may want to have power. But Im different from

them. My dream is special. I want to have a pair of wings. Because I want to fly

in the sky，I like the feeling of freedom.

If I have a pair of wings，Im sure it will be very wonderful. I can fly

below the blue sky with the birds. I can enjoy the music of birds. I can fly

across the cloud and the small wind will blow past my face. The feeling must be

the same as that my mother caresses me.

I can fly over the sea, below the rainbow, through the forest I can see all

the wonderful view. But I know that it will never be uteri have another instead.

I want to have a fly of my own. The plane must be very small and light. It has

to carry only one person. It can fly by wind or sunshine. It can fly for a very

long time. And the important thing is that it must be very save.

记得重阳节那天，我们一家五口带着愉快的心情坐着车要去外婆家。

那是一个热闹非凡，每天都让人感觉忙得不可开交的一个村庄，随处可见慈祥又可爱的老人家，可不，拜佛的寺庙更是多得数也数不清!

交通真方便，不一会儿就到了，外婆正坐在家门口，两三个老奶奶围在她旁边，有说有笑，可热闹了!爸爸把车停在一旁，关上窗户并示意我们下车。我和弟弟迫不及待地拉开把手，推开车门，“砰”地一声，跳下了车。跑到门前，挥手向外婆示意我们来了。外婆忙起身，脸上带着笑意，带着我们往客厅里走，当我们纷纷坐下后，她自己又开始忙起来了。她到厨房煮了饭，煮了鱼、肉，菜和汤，还把昨天晚上他们没吃完的剩菜也拿出来，放到微波炉里去热。在这过程当中，外婆怕我们饿，拿来了点水果来，放在桌上。我独自拿起桌上的糖果，并开了一瓶饮料，开始短暂的“畅饮”!在我如此愉快的时候，我看到了忙碌的外婆，不禁想到：外婆已经那么年老了，当舅舅一家偶尔说要过来时，外婆就要马上为他们准备好餐饭。舅舅他们不定时地回家吃饭，明明会是件让普通老人很伤脑筋的事情，可外婆从来都没有半句怨言!我想：我应该为外婆做点事!

说干就干!顿时我浑身充满了活力。嗯，我要对外婆孝敬一点!我搬来椅子，请外婆过来，外婆“听话”地过来了，我请她坐下，她却一脸茫然。我想尽全力为外婆做点事儿：我整理了外婆的房间，把垃圾袋“送”到门外的垃圾桶，为外婆按摩，打扫了屋子……外婆直叫我别做了，她可以自己来，还几次起身，我又一次次地请她坐下。做完了这些小家务活，我擦了擦布满额头的汗水，并说：“这点小事，呼——我本来就要做的!”过后我发现，外婆笑了，她抚摸着我的头，给我拿来水喝，我转开盖子，大口大口地喝。不知怎的，我觉得这水越来越甜，使我不想停口……

最后，我想说：“这个重阳节过得真特别!”
