如今我们生活在20世纪，我们知道时间就是生命。当一个人去世的时候，他所有的时间便用完了。既然生命短暂，我们必须把时间和精力用于学习，以便为祖国和人民服务；但由于时间是看不见的，我们经常忽视它。懒惰是时间的盗贼，它不但给我们带来许多危害，也会使我们失败。如果今天我们有什么要做的工作，让我们就把它做完，不要拖到明天。记住时间比金钱更宝贵。

I think smiling is as important as sunshine. Smiling is like sunshine because it can make people happy and have a good day. If you aren’t happy, you can smile, and then you will feel happy. Someone may say, “But I don’t feel happy.” Then I would say, “Please smile as you do when you are happy or play with your friends happily. You will really be happy again.”

You don’t like crying, right? So you must prefer smiling, because you know smiling will let people forget everything unhappy. Every day, we see teachers or students and say, “Hi/Hello! How are you?” At the same time, you are smiling, right?

Smiling can let you have more friends. With a smile, people will know you’re a kind person. They will talk with you, so you will have more and more friends.

So I say, smiling is like a flower, the sunshine, warmth. It will give you happiness.

当我走在回家的路上，突然觉得很难过。我想从小到大，这条路一直都是我一个人在走，一直都是。于是我才明白，原来我是一个这么寂寞的人。我一直都是一个渴望被爱的孩子，希望每个人都注意到我，在乎我。但我却无法敞开胸怀的去接受一个人。所以我想我是个会寂寞一辈子的人。

我不怕，因为我早已习惯。但我知道，如果我一直这样下去，就得不到幸福。一个人如果连幸福都不能拥有，那他还能有什么?

这条回家的路，何时才会有人陪我走?

家人总说我都高中生了，还像个孩子似的。但我总想像个孩子又怎么不好，为什么我一定要长大?我不想成为卡夫卡所说的为了面包而放弃生活的可怜人。

我是一个爱笑的孩子，可这并不代表我快乐。我是个坚强的孩子，可这并不代表我不会哭。我是个长不到的孩子，可这并不代表我要让人担心。事实是，笑容的背后往往隐藏着悲伤，坚强的盾牌下是一颗容易受伤的心。而永远长不大，只是一个美好的愿望。

我知道有一天我终会长大，终会成熟，但成熟不是心变老，是泪在打转还能微笑。

向天使祈祷，愿世界安好，愿人人快乐。

你看，一刹那，它从我身旁飞过，卷着起飞的枫叶，有红有黄，如同飘舞的流苏。

风，是来无影去无踪的，总能留下一阵凉爽。它是一个乘坐光速机的旅行家。你看，它在埃菲尔铁塔上俯视巴黎;它在天安门城楼上停下来休息;它在酒泉卫星发射中心的窗外向杨利伟招手;它在珠峰上调皮的蹦极;它在太平洋上快乐的冲浪。风是调皮的、是自由的、是令人喜爱的。

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。”春风带给人的是一种温暖，也是一种新的希望。风是报国的使者，给人一种焕然一新的感觉。每当脱下冬天的外衣，一阵暖暖的春风吹来，身体就像大地一样也复苏了。风在我的耳畔对我轻轻诉说：“一年之计在于春。”“春风又绿江南岸”，其实，江北的岸也被它吹绿了。每当春风略过我们小区的绿化带时，说道：“别睡了，醒醒吧!”这时小草伸伸懒腰，小树枝抖擞枝条。它从我身边飞过，我听到了歌声。我就是十分喜爱它——风，不管哪季的风都喜欢。

夏天的夜晚，“明月别枝惊鹊，清风半夜鸣蝉。”风悄悄的吹在我靠椅上，暖暖的夏风阵阵袭来，仿佛它也感到热了吧!那你为什么不去找东海龙王来下点雨呢?我说着，它便向窗外奔去。

一个秋日的上午，它来了，大声呼喊着：“丰收了，丰收了!”仿佛一只兴奋的猴子上蹿下跳。它来不及和我说话，也不再留意身旁的枫叶，不停的飞着去报喜。枫叶却伸出手抓住它的衣襟，吟着：“我欲乘风归去，又恐琼楼玉宇，高处不胜寒……”

风是繁忙的，可是它给人们的生活带来了诗意和想象。

具有自知之明是一个人成功的基本要求。蔺相如机智勇敢，凭借口舌便不辱于秦国;廉颇深谋远虑而又心系国家危亡，负荆请罪与蔺相如成为刎颈之交;诸葛亮通晓天文地理，准确分析敌我军势，方能草船借箭，完成苛刻使命。他们不仅知人，更知己，才得以成功。假如蔺相如没有自知之明，又怎敢只身前往强秦，完璧归赵呢?假若廉颇没有自知之明，又怎会负荆请罪，更何有将相和的美谈呢?假若诸葛亮没有自知之明，又怎能称得上“神机妙算”呢?可见，想要成功，自知之明必不可少。

若云：自知之明乃良相大将军师之任也。吾曰：否也。自知之明乃人人之所需也。正所谓正人先正己，在否定别人之前先进行自我反思，从自己身上找问题。而人们往往只看到别人的缺点，却看不到自身的问题。老太太就是最真实的写照，她透过自己的窗子，看见别人的衣服脏，却从未思考过自己的窗户是否明净。这便是我们当代人的现状，由此可见，我们的素质有待提高，我们缺乏正确审视自己的意识。

曾子曰：“吾日三省吾身。为人谋而不忠乎?与朋友交而不信乎?传不习乎?”具有自知之明自古就被传颂。考场上，多一分自知之明，弄清楚自己的长处与漏洞，充分利用时间是否会多一些拿分的机会?与同学发生纠纷了，多一分自知之明，明白自己哪里做得不好，主动道歉，是否会多一个知心的好朋友?因而，自知之明必不可少。朋友，请不要随意推脱责任，请始终把审视自己放在第一位，即便有了指责别人的惯性，但没有什么改变不了的。

林徽因叹道：真正的平静不是远离车马喧嚣，而是在心中修篱种菊。在这个万般千态的浮世绘中，在错乱复杂的名利场里，我们容易在无端狂热中迷失方向，在无畏竞争中迷失自己，我们看到的外界，不是眼中所见，而是心中所想，只有守住自己的本心，保持自知之明，用澄澈的心看现实的画卷，才能堪破虚幻，回到正确的路上。

As it is known to us all, there are 55 minority groups in China, each with its traditional customs, costumes and culture. Now let’s take a look at the Tibetan Minority.

The Tibetan Minority group live in Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan and Yunnan Province. And the highest ridge in the world─beautiful and mysterious Tibet is their major habitat .

As the fertilized prairie stretches around the habitants as far as the eyes can see, most people live on animal husbandry, raising sheep, goats, cattle and growing a special kind of plant called Qingke. On account of the unique climate, people often wear warm and comfortable boots in winter, and they are always dressed in delicate robes which are made of the fur of sheep. Often they take off one sleeve of the clothes and tie it around their waists in order to work easily and use it as warm quilts at night.

Both men and women there like wearing silver ornaments, which look very mysterious and full of magical power. And they are good at singing and dancing, and the men there can have braids too. When they meet an important guest, they will present him or her a Hada, a piece of long white silk cloth to show their respect. And they will also treat the guest to a special kind of drink called Suyou Tea, which some people find hard to enjoy.

Besides, the habitants have developed both their own written and spoken languages, and the long poems they wrote play an important role in Chinese literature. And there are many well-protected culture relics as well, taking the grand Budala Palace as an example. It is a historical museum as well as an art treasury, where people can share their spirit belief in Buddhism and get artistic entertainment of the carved paintings and the beautifully-written chirographies.

The Tibetan ethnic group is also famous for its strange custom in funeral. Thinking that the soul belongs to the sky after a person dies, they usually put the body on a platform outdoors, spray on it and wait the condors to come to eat the body. In this way, they believe the soul goes up to the sky.

The Tibetan Minority is brimming over with deep emotions. The people there are very zealous and hospitable and they live freely and happily on the spacious grassland. Their history and culture contribute to the diversity of China, so we certainly should protect them and get them popularized and let them receive great respect they deserve.

每年的正月十五是我国家喻户晓的传统节日——元宵节，人们通常都聚在一起吃汤圆，表示团团圆圆。记得小时候，每逢元宵，我就会拉着一个兔子灯满街走动。不知不觉，今年的元宵节又悄悄到来了,闻着这浓浓的元宵味儿,我记忆犹新,蓦然想起了去年放孔明灯的场景。

盼星星,盼月亮,终于盼来了那年的元宵节。这天,老师故意把作业布置得很少,目的就是想让我们过个快乐的节日。放学回到家,我便以高效率完成了作业。吃完饭,妈妈奏起了锅碗瓢盆交响曲,我蹑手蹑脚走进厨房,在妈妈面前花言巧语,假惺惺地“讨好”老妈,让妈妈带我去广场放孔明灯,可妈妈不吃这一套,一声不吭。我一计不成又生一计——软磨硬泡,这一次,妈妈被我打败了,只得答应我去,我兴奋得一蹦三尺高,因为我还从来没放过孔明灯呢。

怀着激动的心情,我和妈妈来到广场。广场上被人群和车辆包得里三层,外三层,简直座无隙地,我和妈妈费了好大劲儿才挤进来。周围有许多美食摊,可称得上美食广角,一些小朋友头上戴着五颜六色的牛角灯,但这些东西没有吸引住我的眼球。嘿!前面两位大姐姐拎着两盏灯,一个彩球灯五光十色,好似万花筒。另一盏是红色老鼠灯,这盏老鼠灯栩栩如生,老鼠的眼睛瞪得圆溜溜的,像两个铜铃,嘴边还有几根又细又尖的胡子,尾巴长长地拖在身后。过了一会儿,我忽然看见前面有三五群人在放孔明灯,便迫不及待地拽着妈妈的手去买灯,然后又找了一块合适的地方准备放灯。妈妈先把包装袋打开,取出蜡块,把里面的钢丝取出,架好了灯,再把蜡块牢牢地套在钢丝上,固定好后,妈妈拿出打火机,点燃了蜡块,然后立即将孔明灯固在地上,让火焰烧到适当的温度.我也过来帮忙固定孔明灯,大约十分钟过去了,灯还是不动声色,我急于求成,松开了手,放飞孔明灯,可它还没飞到两米就落了下来。妈妈在一旁说道:“心急吃不了热豆腐,这灯里的热量也许还不足呢!”我只好蹲下来,慢慢等待奇迹诞生的那一刻,“功夫不负有心人”,孔明灯慢慢地鼓了起来,妈妈立刻让我松手,孔明灯像个懂事的孩子一样,一眨眼就蹭地飞上了天,一直朝着灯群飞去.渐渐地,放灯的人越来越多,一会儿这边“旭日东升”，一会儿那边“一行白鹭上青天”。不知是谁放的灯，一直朝着月亮飞去，从月亮这边绕到那边，小得像一颗星星，而一旁的月亮呢，像一位害羞的白衣少女看见外来宾客，羞答答地躲进了云层里，若隐若现的，真是太神奇了!看着满天的孔明灯，我默默地许下了心愿。

在娱乐的同时也要注意安全，放孔明灯要选择在空旷的地方放，避免引起火灾，毕竟安全第一嘛,现在，我越来越喜欢元宵节了，因为它是一个充满美好快乐的节日!
