张家界的山令人拍案叫绝，水则令人心旷神怡。山与水的相互脚映，描绘出一幅幽雅的图画。而在众多的溪水中，金鞭溪更富魅力。四十多里的金鞭溪是一条天然的溪流，是因金鞭岩得名。听导游说，这溪水的源头在山上，冬暖夏凉，到了冬天也不会结冰，依旧向东流去。我走上前去，看见在晶莹、清澈的溪水中一簇簇“鲜花”盛开着。那“鲜花”像愉快的小天使，在悠闲地游着。溪底那各色的卵石在阳光的照耀下如宝石般闪闪发亮。看到这，我按捺不住内心的激动，和妹妹一齐卷起裤筒，到溪里趟着潺潺的溪水嬉戏，捉鱼儿、小蟹子，还打起了水仗来。在当时，微风伴着花草的清香，不时抚摸着我的脸，它不仅给了我扑鼻的香味，还给我带来了凉爽的感觉。

游览结束了。我们不得不回家了。我坐在返家的汽车上，看着那鬼斧神工的座座山峰，心中不由地升起一股眷恋之情。

那是一个死气沉沉的一天，乌云黑鸦鸦的一大片盖住了整个天空的华彩，只映染了半壁天空的无言，溅起无尽空寂，缓缓蔓延……

这是一个恼人的天气，考试的阴霾笼罩着我，久久不能散去，压得我喘不过气。沿路的商店冷冷清清，我木然地向家的方向走去。

猛然间，道路的尽头出现了一轮艳红的落日残挂天边，把乌云的黑调成了令人生怵的殷红。眼前的一摊血红，顿时化成了红、黄、绿三色模糊在我的视线中，令人思绪万千。

记得小时候，妈妈带我上街，走人行横道时妈妈对我说：“你看，对面的杆子上是交通灯，会变成红、黄、绿三个颜色。”我用疑惑的眼神继续盯着妈妈，期待着她接下来的话，“所以，在走人行横道时，一定要遵守‘红灯停，绿灯行’的规则，如果红灯亮时，不要着急，耐心等待，一会儿明亮的绿灯就会出现，记住了吗?”

妈妈用柔曼的眼神注视着我，我视乎早已被她的眼神所散发的柔光给融化了，只是木然地点了点头，我并没有太在意，但妈妈却用一副担心的神情望着我。

“红灯停，绿灯行”多么简单易懂的道理啊，我怎会不明白。”

抽象的色调慢慢在我眼前聚焦，一切都像是被按下了聚焦按钮，恢复成往日的模样。

那轮红日依旧残挂天边，原来，在人生的道路上也会有信号灯的存在，而现在只是红灯而已，短暂的停留并不会影响欣赏沿途的风景，只需要耐心等待，等待绿灯的出现，接下来的路就会畅通无阻。

等待?等待太阳由红变绿?不，等待是等到太阳下落后，夜幕降临，就意味着崭新的一天即将到来。

忘掉耐心的等待，重新蓄满热情拥抱未来!

云还是那么黯淡无光，那么死气沉沉，而太阳也已经下落换来无边的黑暗，但我的心早已装进了一个红绿灯，默默倒数，暗暗祈祷，它由红转绿。

鼻腔涌入一股清流，头顶的阴霾被我击散，尽管黑暗无边无际，但未来的模样照我前行!

As we all know, reading has a lot of benefit. It can open up our eyes because books are full of knowledge, and it makes us wiser and richer in life. I like readiry; newspapers and magazines, from which I get lots of fun and learn about whats going on around the world. I also read story books and novels in my spare time which make me relaxed and happy. I seldom read e-books because theyre bad for eyes. On weekends, I usually spend a whole afternoon reading in the library. And I also read for about half an hour before going to bed every night.

As the fast development of television technology, the television programs have been greatly improved. For one thing, there are much more kinds of programs for audiences than before. For example, there are programs for the elderly or children, some for females and some for males. Besides, some programs are educational and some others are interesting that supply knowledge or entertainment for audiences. For another, the quality of television programs are better and better. Previously, television programs are largely identical but with minor differences. People pay little attention on creativity but just copy from others. The audiences complain that the television programs are so boring even vulgar that they have little interest to sit down in front of the television. But now, the situation is quite different. People are sticked in their sofa to enjoy their favorite television programs. As to me, I like watching movies and records. I can watch them on television anytime.
