今天下午第二节课老师讲了关于雾霾的知识。

回到家我上网查了查，雾霾原来就是雾与霾的结合体。这追魁祸首并不是雾，他只是帮凶，最恐怖的居然是人类一手创造出来的霾!霾是由汽车尾气、工业废气、家庭油烟等有毒气体组成的，它的力量是足以威胁人的生命的。看过关于雾霾的资料以后，我不禁哀叹道：“这都是人类自作自受啊!”大家把汽车换成自行车，请问二氧化碳是多少，是0，只要我们动起自己的双脚，减少汽车的次数，就可以战胜这可怕的雾霾，在这样下去，谁还敢呆在中国?谁还敢在中国呼吸?希望大家从今天开始减少开车的次数，多多动一动自己的两条腿，将中国从雾霾中救出来!

我曾经做过一个小实验。我在上学的路上，看到道路上交通堵塞。我的目光锁定在一辆黑色的宝马车上，记着车牌的末三位，看看谁先到十字路口。我在道路上一边疾步地走着，一边回头看看被我远远甩在后面的车。终于，我比车先到达了十字路口。这个实验表明，汽车不一定是最快的代步工具。路途不长时，骑自行车和走路都有可能比开车要快。而且还锻炼身体，何乐而不为呢?

绿色植物能净化我们的空气，美化我们的生活环境。如果我们能在生活中多植树，少用一次性用品;多走路或骑自行车，少开私家车，雾霾也不会来到这。如果经过了雾霾的折腾，就可以使我们清清楚楚地看到我们的身体素质还很差，在生存环境日益恶化的今天，加强体育锻炼，提高抵抗疾病的能力显得尤为重要。

我希望雾霾不会来到我们身边，相信只要大家一起努力，自觉的去做好应该做的事，雾霾就不会来到我们身边，我们的环境一定会改善。还会像书里写的那样，环境优美鸟语花香。

We can also listen to the music and chat with the friends far away.The most important of all is that we can search many foreigners who speak English as their native languge, which can help us improve our Enlish rapidly.We can send Email to our good friends in a few seconds---with the internet your friend dont need to wait for so long time as receiving a letter as before.

一般而言，学生会受益很多，从互联网。人们可以通过互联网获得大量有用的信息，不管是国家还是世界。我们也可以听音乐和外地的朋友聊天。最重要的是，我们可以寻找许多外国人讲英语作为他们的母语，这可以帮助我们快速提高我们的英语水平。我们可以在一个网上朋友不要几秒钟---我们的好朋友发电子邮件需要等待很长时间才收到一封信。

But it also can spread many side effects.for example ,there are some sexy news and pictures on web which will not do good to teenagers. And there are some games that can easily attract the students and even make you addict to the games so you can waste a lot of valuable time.

但它也可以传播许多副作用的例子，网络上有将不利于青少年的一些性感的新闻和图片。还有一些游戏，可以很容易地吸引学生，甚至让你沉迷于游戏，这样你可以浪费很多宝贵的时间。

On the whole it will give you both good and bad things, the thing matters much is how do you make use of it.

总的来说，它会给你既好又坏的东西，这件事很重要的是你如何利用它。
