今天，我的心情很不好，因为，今天可恶的雾霾又来了！

我是这么形容它的，雾霾就像是一条恶狗，你无论怎么赶它也赶不走，一跟上来它就拼命咬人。两周前，它突然消失了一次，今天，它又卷土重来了。

今天早上起床后，我只能看到窗外的一片奶白色的浓雾。“活见鬼了！”我咒骂了一声：“真不知道它是从哪个旮旯里蹦出来的！”但是再怎么骂也无济于事，雾霾没淡一点儿。于是，我只好戴着口罩上学去了。

到了学校，我只好上课、下课都像个乌龟似的待在屋里，几乎都快成罐头了！但是，由于我的口罩没法百分之百的隔绝雾霾，我只好继续待在屋里。

今天晚上放学时，雾霾还没散尽。就因为我拿口罩时不小心多带出了几个，一部分得知消息的人就发疯了似的围着我，求我把那些口罩给他们。可见，这雾霾的恐慌真的比那次“非典”还严重了。但是，仍然有一部分人没有口罩，在那里用袖子捂着鼻子走……

今天，我心情糟透了，都是那可恶的雾霾给闹的！

今天早上，我刚起床拉开窗帘，就看见窗户外面雾蒙蒙的，对面的楼房若隐若现。我高兴地大声喊：“妈妈！今天大雾！我们像在仙境里一样呢！”说完，我就准备打开窗户，感受一下大雾天气。闻声跑过来的妈妈阻止了我，妈妈说：“今天是雾霾天，我们尽量不要开窗。这种污染的天气，对人的健康有很大的影响。”我觉得好遗憾。

马上就要上学了，我刚走出家门，妈妈就把我拽了回来，她拿着一个蓝色的口罩对我说：“跟你说过，今天雾霾污染严重，你怎么连个口罩都不带就走了呢。”说完就把口罩戴在了我的脸上。我走出家门，感觉口罩里特别闷，虽然口罩有防霾措施，让我能呼吸干净的空气，但我总感觉有点不通畅，闷得要命。一路上都是带口罩的大人和孩子，哎，不能自由大口地呼吸，真让人难受啊。

终于到了上体育课的时候了，我们大家都要出去排队，这时体育老师开口了：“同学们好！因为今天雾霾天，所以不上室外课，我们只上室内课。”全班同学都眼巴巴地看着不远处的操场，唉声叹气。不能在室外自由地奔跑嬉戏，真让人不舒服啊。

一直持续到下午放学，天还是灰蒙蒙、阴沉沉的，感觉特别压抑。回到家，妈妈正在拆一个大包装盒，原来妈妈买了台空气净化器回家。妈妈说这是她好不容易在商场抢来的，空气净化器都卖断货了。接上电源后，PM2。5竟然显示126了，妈妈连连叹气：“这样的空气，真是让人太不放心了！”

晚餐，妈妈烧了红烧鸭血，红烧白萝卜，都不是我爱吃的。我问妈妈，为什么要吃这些，妈妈说这是抗雾霾的食物，非得让我多吃一点。还要吃不喜欢的食物，真是让我感觉心都要碎了。

雾霾天，真的好烦。我好想念蓝天白云，可以大口呼吸的日子。看到雾霾的形成原因主要是灰尘、汽车尾气、工厂污染等等，看来我们真的要好好保护环境，保护好我们的地球，否则没有干净的空气让我们呼吸，那该是一件多么难过的事情啊！

当云落到地上，便会变成雨，倘若不落地，则便是雾了。最近总是“满地云”，可却非雾非雨，倒却是雾的同胞兄弟——霾。

雾与霾，虽说同胞，长得确乎几分相似，甚至还有词叫作雾霾的，但是两者的区别还是蛮大的。说起雾，人们也许会联想到“雾都”伦敦。雾是悬浮于空中且接近于地面的细微的水滴组成的一个庞大的群体，也可以说是飘在地上的云了。雾虽然会降低能见度，但它通常只出现在清晨，太阳一照基本就消逝了。只要人们不长期处在浓雾中，它一般不会向人痛下毒手，反倒给人一种雾蒙蒙的飘逸舒畅的感觉。但它的弟弟却不怎么温和，动起刀子来是杠杠的。它与哥哥不同构成中除了一部分水汽，还有大量的PM2。5，说白了就是飘在空中的浓浓的灰尘。它可以在一天中的任何时候出现，对人们产生相当大的危害。由于其部分烟尘颗粒可进入人的肺部，可以引起呼吸系统、循环系统的诸多疾病，且由于能见度低在交通方面也扼杀了许多无辜的生灵。就说刚刚提到过的雾都伦敦吧，1952年12月5日开始，伦敦连续数日空气寂静无风。当时伦敦冬季多使用燃煤采暖，市区内还分布有许多以煤为主要能源的火力发电站。由于逆温层的作用，煤炭燃烧产生的二氧化碳、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、粉尘等气体与污染物在城市上空蓄积，引发了连续数日的雾霾天气，据史料记载，从12月5日到12月8日的4天里，伦敦市死亡人数达4000人。而在12月9日之后，由于天气变化，毒雾逐渐消散，但在此之后两个月内，有近8000人因为烟雾事件而死于呼吸系统疾病。足见霾的杀伤力之强。

雾与霾都是自然现象，但在霾的成因中，却又有很大一部分缘自人类自身。霾的形成与污染物的排放密切相关，城市中机动车尾气以及其它烟尘排放源排出粒径在微米级的细小颗粒物，停留在大气中，当逆温、静风等不利于扩散的天气出现时，就会形成霾。

最近国内大气污染比较严重，人们也颇受了其苦。解决方法呢也倒是有的。治理雾霾最主要的方法是减少排放。在这点上，人类可以控制工厂的废气排放。减少能源的使用是不现实的，而清洁能源远不能满足需求，且价格昂贵。人类能做的，就是尽快制造出更节约资源的机器。还有，当然是植树造林了。

霾，并不可怕，它只是在雾里掺了灰罢了，倘若人们能够同心合力，从小事做起，从自己做起。相信在我们的努力下，天，还会蓝，视野，还会清晰，满地的乌云终会变成满地白色的清纯的水雾，或是万里晴空。
