雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保 部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。

那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢?很多家庭 都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气;电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘;绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命 ，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活 。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。

On Christmas morning， the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two o‘clock， and most of them are awake by six o’clock although it is not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.

Children look for their presents ， and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared. At about one o‘clock in the afternoon， the Christmas dinner is brought in . The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten . Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it . The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

在圣诞节的早晨，孩子们很早就起床。有些人甚至在两点钟的时候开灯，但大多数人还是在六点钟醒的，虽然在英国这个时间就算再过一两个小时也还没有天亮。

在准备晚宴的时候，孩子寻找自己的礼物，年轻的玩耍。在下午约一点钟的时候，圣诞晚餐开始。火鸡或鸡肉被迅速吃掉。孩子们在他们的圣诞布丁寻找哪个隐藏了新币。在一天剩下的时间都充满了游戏和吃的，直到最幸福的各个圣诞假期结束。

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street randomly.

早晨起床后，只见窗外雾蒙蒙一片，什么也看不清楚，又不像是要下雪的样子，听大人说这种天气叫做雾霾。雾霾主要是大气污染得太厉害，空气潮湿沾附着很多灰尘的缘故。因为它们对身体有害，所以爸爸提醒我不要外出去玩，如果要外出，最好带上口罩。

只见窗外路上的汽车都打开车灯，行驶得很慢，生怕撞到别人;路上的行人也比往常少了很多。

听大人说，这些雾霾主要是因为机动车排出的尾气，还有工厂排出的废气造成的。我长大后，一定要保护环境，做环保卫士，让天更蓝，空气更清新。

诚信，它是人类美好品质中的一部份，是人类不可缺少的。下面便是我最不诚信的一面，它使我感受到了什么是诚信的价值。

记得在十天前，我照常放学坐车回家，回家后，我照例开始写作业，先写做语文作业，做了大概一个多小时，做完后开始写数学作业，只见数学作业上一道接着一道的计算题，我看罢，头晕眼睛花，然后跑到客厅看了一眼爸爸，只见他躺在沙发上睡觉，我便有了小九九。我偷偷摸摸地拿走了放在桌子上的计算机，拿上计算机我便闪回了书桌按起了计算机，很快算完了所有的题，我本想完璧归赵的，但是妈妈突然打开了家门，我生怕妈妈发现，所以便以迅雷不及掩耳之势藏进了书包，然后起身，抖了抖精神高兴的走出了书房。

本想爸爸妈妈是不会发现的，可在那星期周末，我拿出综合语文练习本给妈妈听写，可我忘了上次用完计算机竟夹在综合练习本中，被妈妈发现，我一开始诬陷妈妈，可发现不管用，于是我又死不认账，可还是没有奏效，于是我终于承认了。

经过这件事，我知道了爸爸妈妈心绝对被我伤透了，也就是经过这一件事，我才知道诚信不仅是每个人都应该具备的，还是为你的前途增加景色，增加活力与动力的优秀品质之一。

Since the development of the technology, the society gets modernized,

people make use of the high technology to pursue more profit. Though the

government has noticed the problem that people do to the environment, they still

can’t prevent negative result that the polluted environment brings.

Many years ago, the most prominent problem of the polluted environment is

that the river and the water were changed their color, some fish even died for

the polluted river. Now the situation becomes ever worse, lately, in the big

city, like Beijing and Shanghai, people are annoyed by the bad weather. It is

not the rainy day, but the haze around the sky, there is no way for people to

run away for it. The haze contains toxic elements, people breathe it and hurt

their bodies.

The haze problem is the result of people’s pursuit for the profit, what

people did to the environment now has been paid back by the environment. Now

people have realized the revenge from the nature is so huge, protecting the

environment is the main task. No matter how bad the environment is, people still

need to do something to fix their mistake.
