雾霾多人体有很大的危害，这些沉淀物一旦进入我们的身体，就再也排不出我们的体外了。外出可以戴上口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。口罩以棉质口罩最好，因为一些人对无纺布过敏，而棉质口罩一般人都不过敏，而且易清洗。外出归来，应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。
