“秋天来啦，秋天来啦。”秋风大声的呼喊。蓝天突然高了很多，天气突然凉风习习，温度也降下来了。

因为秋天来了，小鸟飞走了。一棵棵树都把叶子哭黄了。正在这时淘皮的风娃娃来啦，一不小心把红墨汁打翻了，倒在枫树爷爷身上，全是红墨汁。风娃娃马上向小溪跑去，一路上墨汁滴呀滴，染红了所有的枫树。小花枯萎了，果实成熟了，小动物马上收集食物。熊填饱肚子，准备冬眠，小兔子.小松鼠也到处寻找食物，秋姑娘一转身，稻子黄澄澄，高粱笑红了脸，火红的苹果，朱红的柿子，黄色的大梨，紫色的葡萄挂满园。

秋姑娘给大山化好了妆，这是眼影，这里是口红，那里是粉底，只是腮红，这是......。云朵姐姐把圣水洒满人间。小孩子在水中玩耍，嬉戏，大人则在旁听雨声，好雨知时节。树木则在吸收圣水的营养。小学生读着秋天的快乐，也为秋天增添了几分秋色。

秋天的天空格外漂亮，像一根羽毛，像一块淡淡的纱，像一台织布机说着牛郎织女的故事。像一块冰糖，像一个个.....。秋天的天空，可以说是天上的超市，应有尽有。

秋天是美丽的，秋天是风情万种的，秋天是收获的，秋天是美好的。让我们一起为秋天歌唱。

The Importance of Trees

As we all know, trees are very useful. They are of great benefit to man as follows: First, trees provide us with wood and other products; Second, their roots can allow the rain to sink in and keep the soil, so they help to prevent droughts and floods. Trees can clean air and beautiful life.

Unfortunately, nowadays in many parts of the world lots of people fail to realize the importance of trees. They have cut trees down in large numbers without a plan,which makes the soil washed away. They dont know where there no trees, the rain washed away the surface of the soil and this causes floods.

We ought to plant trees each year and carefully look after new trees in order not to make the forest slowly disappear. Only in this way can we make the forest serve man forever.

树的重要性

众所周知，树有很多的用处，人类从中得到如下很多益处：第一，树给我们提供了木材和其他一些产品。第二，它们的根能让雨水渗进并保持乒壤以免被水冲走，所以树木可以预防旱灾和水灾。同时树木还帮我们净化空气，美化生活。

不幸的是，今天世界上很多地方人们没有意识到树木的重要性。他们无计划的大量砍伐树木，这样使得土壤被破坏，他们不知道那没有树的地方，一下雨就把土壤的表层冲走了，导致洪灾。

我们应该多植树，同时好好照顾小树，不要让森林一点点消失，只有这样才能让森林永远为人类服务。

我的家乡在龙江，这里风景迷人，是渔米之乡和家具重镇，然而，家乡龙江的变化更是令人惊叹不已，叫人不可思议。

漫步地走在街道上，你会发现以往泥泞的古道全都铺成一条又一条笔直平坦的公路，车来车往，畅通无阻。马路两旁，厂房幢幢与壮丽巍峨的高楼大厦代替以往破旧的土屋，楼房里不仅有漫长的楼梯，还有快速便捷的手扶梯和电梯。有的更是以河两岸的公园提供给人们散步，休闲，聊天。

不仅周边的环境改变了，就连人的素质也发生了日新月异的变化。昔日面向黄土背朝天的农民不再是那么辛苦了，压在肩上的重担终于可以卸了下来。各种各样的农科技帮他们减少了不少压力。运送货物再不是只往自己身上挑，他们有糊口工具，那就是车，从此以后，他们的出行也就方便得多了。

科技创造世界，领先生活。近几年来，以往的黑白电视消失得无影无终，迎上来的是液晶电视，超薄电视。人们又开始了新一轮的争购热潮了。通讯工具——手机也变得越来越多款式，越来越受欢迎。从前人们总是抱怨没有工具提供给他们查资料，可是现在不用忧愁了，百事通——电脑登台亮相咯，不管你有什么疑难杂症，还是不明之处，上网一查，便就一清二楚了。知识的交汇处——学校根式电脑多的是，教师们利用电脑满足了学生们的求知欲，是学生进一步深入了解知识。

改革开放给家乡插上新的翅膀，似春燕在田野上飞起。啊!家乡龙江的变化真是令我佩服啊!

我的家住在灞河之滨的灞锻小区，交通便利，环境优雅。生活设施比较齐全，是个安居乐业的好地方。提起身边的巨大变化，还得多说几句。

在改革开放以前，我们这里只有孤零零的四个小单位，除了两所仅有数百名师生的技校和几幢不显眼的家属楼之外，被四周的田野和村庄包围着。不管走进哪个家属院，看到的是乱搭建的小窝棚和乱七八糟的杂物，杂草丛生，老鼠乱跑，蚊蝇乱飞¨¨¨给人一种很不舒服的感觉。如今旧貌换新颜，年年新增的大楼成排成行；两所学校的师生成倍增长。都超过了数千人，校园里的面积建筑，设施也与日剧增，真是鸟枪换大炮了。走进家属区，且不说居住楼的增加与刷新，院子里的小棚没有了，杂物垃圾清除了，绿茸茸的草坪，五颜六色的鲜花。四季长青的松柏、冬青，平平的水泥曲径，多种多样的健身器具，供人小憩的石桌、石凳¨¨¨令人心旷神怡。

在改革开放以前，我们这里的交通很不方便。只有一条狭窄不平的土马路通向灞桥镇，行人晴天一身土，雨天两脚泥。进西安市步行到灞桥镇，再等着乘301公交车。由于车少交通拥堵，进西安城办事得一整天。后来随着改革开放的深入，土马路先变成了石渣路，再变成了水泥路，又变成了宽阔平坦的柏油大路（纺渭路）了。不仅通上了南北来往的“小雨点”，还增加了直达西安的233、213、705等公交车，再加上临潼、高陵、渭南到西安的过往车，进西安办事可方便了。路宽了，车多了，灞河车道的新桥建成了，堵车现象少了，交通更加便利安全了。同时，公路两边和小区都装上了路灯，方便了夜间的行路人，小孩子再不怕走夜路担惊受怕了。

在改革开放以前，我们的日常生活有许多不便。买粮、买油、买日常用品等，都得跑到灞桥镇、纺织城、甚至到西安城。如今，小区有粮油站，附近有两个超市，还有个农贸市场，买东西太便利了。昔日家里突然来个客人，可为难了。如今，附近一家挨一家的饭馆、小吃摊摆在家门口，可以领着客人随意下馆子撮一顿。过去，存个钱、寄个信也要去灞桥；如今，邮局、银行办在了小区；存取钱、寄信不用跑到路费时了¨¨¨如今的电话、手机进入了寻常百姓家，通迅可方便了。至于家中的太阳能热水器、冰箱、大彩电、电脑等，在改革开放前只是梦想。

啊！家乡的变化真是太大了！从身边的种种变化，就不难推想到祖国的日新月异翻天覆地的巨大变化。这些变化都是改革开放带来的。可以肯定的预言，随着改革开放的不断深化，我们的生活就像芝麻开花——节节高，又像吃甘蔗——节节甜。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

我的家乡是在海西一个山城的乡村——黄坑。我家后门是一座果山。山上有梨树、杨梅树、枇杷树，还有萘、桔子树等，五花八门，品种多样。春天，果树开 花了，雪白的梨花，竟相盛开在山头，远远望去，犹如花的海洋。果子熟了，我和表姐妹穿梭在果山上，边摘，边吃，边观赏诱人的果实，陶醉在水果的香甜之中。

听妈妈讲，几年前，这里是一座又硬又贫瘠的猪肝石荒山，山上只有几棵又矮又小的松树。一天，年近花甲的舅公突然对这座荒山有了兴趣，说要让它变成果 园!舅公是个倔强的人，是个不随便说话的人。他既然说了就会努力去做。事实也是这样，他用铁镐，花了好几个月的时间，在山上挖好了一个个一米见方的坑。为 了增加土地的肥力，舅公还养了几头牛，在山上养起了鸡和鸭，它们可帮了舅公的大忙，垫牛栏的稻草、鸡鸭的粪便是最好的有机肥料，舅公给每个坑增加了不少这 样的“补药”，让果树能茁壮成长。

几年后，这些果树都成了林，结出了累累硕果。在舅公的影响下，村里的好些人家也种起了果树，才有文章开头的情景。

舅公的故事很是让我感动，他让我明白了要保护水土，首先要保护好树木。因为树木能保持水土，净化空气。只有树木多了，空气才会更清新，大自然才会更美丽。只要我们大力植树造林，水土就不会流失。

我们海西的小朋友，让我们行动起来吧，从小树立环保意识，节约用水，保护水土流失，像我的舅公一样，爱我海西，护我水土，植树造林，呵护自然，留给人类一个美丽的生存空间!把海西的水土建设更加美丽、更加富强，成为世界一流的好海西。
