On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. Actually, humanity is just the common individual responsibility shared by all of us.

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. 我出生在河西堡，河西堡也算我的家乡。河西堡是永昌县的一个城镇，也是甘肃省的一个大镇。这里有化工厂、炼铁厂、水泥厂、合金厂、电厂等许多企业，城镇周围是农村。这一带的人们，不论是工人，还是农民，生活都是比较富裕。但是，我发现这里的水环境和空气环境却并不是很好。

自从改革开放以来，不仅城市在急速变化，家乡的小乡村也发生了翻天覆地的变化。今年春节回到家乡，与爸爸爷爷所说的样子不太一样，与照片上灰色的一片也不一样，把改革前的昨天与辉煌的今天相比，家乡的变化深深烙印在我心里。

翻开那已经没有封面的相册，里面已经微微发黄，还有点点黑斑的，颜色只有黑白灰三种的照片。相册的几页都不翼而飞了，但细看照片还是被收藏的很好。就是这样一本老旧发黄的相册里，记录的确是着几十年来所发生的变化。

几十年前，全村没有一条平坦、宽阔的水泥路，全是泥泞的泥巴路。每到下雨时，人们总得小心翼翼的过泥泞路，而且泥泞里又小窄，十分不便。现在村里的泥泞路都铺上了干净又舒适的水泥路，不再是坑坑洼洼的。

几十年前，几个村子连一台小小的收音机都没有几台，更别说一台电视机。现在村里每家每户都有一台电视机。村里就是一个大家庭，信息传递的速度也快。再也不会相以前一样，信息根本进不来。

几十年前，全村没有摩托车，大都是自行车。从村里到县城要步行1小时左右。现在村里家家都有摩托车，一半的人家都买了汽车，汽车只要5分钟就能到县城了。

几十年前，村民建的房子材料都是土，房顶是瓦片，窗户只是一层薄薄的塑料，所有的家具材料都是木头，是名副其实的“土房子”。当冬天来临时，屋外寒风呼啸，就算屋里生起柴火，冷的打颤。现在每家每户都建起了水泥房，在墙壁还贴上了各种各样的瓷砖，非常宽敞，装修豪华，就像小别墅一样。

不仅村里的环境发生了巨大的变化，连村民的收入也提高了，村民懂得了如何种植，懂得科学种植，所以收成自然就高了。

改革开放30年来，我们的家乡发生了翻天覆地的变化。

首先是我们家乡经济的发展。

随着30多年来的变化，农村已经修起了宽阔、平坦的水泥路，而原来尘土飞扬、颠簸不平的泥路和石子路已经不多了;城市里的大型超市随处可见，马路已经有四车道、六车道等等，就连小区里也普遍装上了电梯，学校的教学设备更先进、更发达。

30多年前，沿海滩涂一片荒凉，长满了密密麻麻的野草，一棵棵杂树纵横交错的站立在海岸上。

30年后，洋口港的开发建设已让世界瞩目，让国人仰慕。

黄海大桥建成通车，1。44平方公里的太阳岛;LNG接受站项目的投资，威武的风车有序地排列在宽阔的滩涂上;小洋口旅游度假村休闲中心;金蛤岛的温泉沐浴……无一不为我们的家乡增添辉煌的一页，开发建设中的洋口港是潜力无限的港口。
