这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

期六下午，一个小姑娘和她的妹妹一起给园子里的花草洗了个澡。

她们俩一起拎着一个木桶，里面装了整整一桶水，拎起来挺重的，可他们一点儿也不在乎。她们每人各拿着一个小勺子，一边浇水，一边唱着小调。小姑娘和她妹妹小心翼翼地把水浇在那些植物上面，好像怕浇了太多似的。

我的家乡是位于内蒙古最北部的额尔古纳市。它是一个山清水秀的地方，这几年，我家乡的变化可真大呀！

听大人说，以前的黄土路又窄又陡，坑坑洼洼，能使用的最先进交通工具就是摩托车。现在，泥泞的小路已变成宽阔的柏油路，路上车辆来来往往，川流不息。

以前很荒凉的一片空地，现在已建起一个大广场，供人们娱乐休息。地面上贴着各式各样的瓷砖，和周围的喷泉相映成趣，吸引了很多市民，共同欣赏着城市美景，尽享其中的欢乐。

以前没有垃圾桶，人们总是乱扔垃圾，弄得到处都脏脏的。可现在每家都有专用的垃圾桶，人们逐渐养成了良好的卫生习惯，家乡干净了就更漂亮了。

我的家乡在龙江，这里风景迷人，是渔米之乡和家具重镇，然而，家乡龙江的变化更是令人惊叹不已，叫人不可思议。

漫步地走在街道上，你会发现以往泥泞的古道全都铺成一条又一条笔直平坦的公路，车来车往，畅通无阻。马路两旁，厂房幢幢与壮丽巍峨的高楼大厦代替以往破旧的土屋，楼房里不仅有漫长的楼梯，还有快速便捷的手扶梯和电梯。有的更是以河两岸的公园提供给人们散步，休闲，聊天。

不仅周边的环境改变了，就连人的素质也发生了日新月异的变化。昔日面向黄土背朝天的农民不再是那么辛苦了，压在肩上的重担终于可以卸了下来。各种各样的农科技帮他们减少了不少压力。运送货物再不是只往自己身上挑，他们有糊口工具，那就是车，从此以后，他们的出行也就方便得多了。

科技创造世界，领先生活。近几年来，以往的黑白电视消失得无影无终，迎上来的是液晶电视，超薄电视。人们又开始了新一轮的争购热潮了。通讯工具——手机也变得越来越多款式，越来越受欢迎。从前人们总是抱怨没有工具提供给他们查资料，可是现在不用忧愁了，百事通——电脑登台亮相咯，不管你有什么疑难杂症，还是不明之处，上网一查，便就一清二楚了。知识的交汇处——学校根式电脑多的是，教师们利用电脑满足了学生们的求知欲，是学生进一步深入了解知识。

改革开放给家乡插上新的翅膀，似春燕在田野上飞起。啊!家乡龙江的变化真是令我佩服啊!

时代的列车飞速前进，改革的春风劲吹华夏，家乡的变化日新月异。

社会的发展，生活水平的提高，作为00后的我们，已经步入了小康社会，我们的幸福感爆棚，幸福指数不断攀升。

与父辈们相比，处于一日三餐不离荤菜的我们无法体验吃了上顿没有下顿的滋味，身穿时尚新艳衣服的我们也无法体验穿满是补丁衣服的滋味，属于“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的我们也无法体验既要学习还要回家劳作的滋味。

没有对比就没有感受。

过去，学校是很破落的，教室里除了简陋的课桌椅也只有黑板，操场是泥土路，跑几步就会吃灰尘。现在学校经过重建，绿树葱葱，环境宜人，操场是橡胶跑道，摔倒了也不怕受伤，教室里崭新的课桌椅，电教设备一一俱全。过去，人们省吃俭用努力攒钱，就是为了交学费供孩子们上学;现在，国家出了新政策，不仅免去了学杂费，还提供免费的教材，据说还要在每间教室装上空调，让所有适龄的儿童都平等享有受教育的权利。

没有对比就没有幸福，

在过去，地上到处是垃圾，狭窄的泥土路一到下雨天就变得泥泞不堪，现在每条街道上都有垃圾桶，人们不再随便乱扔垃圾。政府还集资建设生态乡村，乡村振兴战略的实施使得乡间道路变得宽阔，不再受下雨的影响。在过去，人们通常步行，有自行车的家庭算是富裕的，但道路凹凸不平难走，现在修了许多沥青公路，而且村村通公路，人们的生活水平提高了，几乎家家都有小轿车，油门一踩，想到哪里就到哪里。

没有对比就没有自豪

时代在发展，社会在进步，我们这些喝牛奶长大的00后与童年吃了上顿没有下顿的60后，70后，虽同处于新中国却经历了不同的时代，改革开放政策的实施使得国富民强，我们的自豪之情油然而生。

家乡，在静悄悄中发生了巨大的变化，我爱我的家乡——台南!

In this way, the earth slowly turned into a garbage dump in the universe.

The earth is our survival homeland, destroy the earths environment, is destroying our human oneself. So, we human beings should protect the environment. Protect the environment, our children to start small, put the rubbish into the dustbin, and sent him to the correct boxes. Hope everyone is less by car and more riding a bicycle, advocate green travel. Save water, reduce waste. Let the earth mothers illness get better gradually. Let the sky bluer, the water cleaner, the grass is greener and more colourful flower. Become the most beautiful and good earth!

The fish in the water is much more slowly, and thrive on the trees of the forest, the animals also have a happy home! This should be our beautiful home, changed the original bad habits, protect the environment.

沙漠、涨水、癌症……都是跟人类不爱护环境，破坏环境有很大的关系。像清澈的小河变成了乌黑发臭;茂密的树林变成了裸露的土地;一种种动物也慢慢灭绝了。地球妈妈生病了!

小鱼对小鸟说：“你知道吗?我们这个小水池已经死了十几条鱼了!”，小鸟说”对呀!这里的空气一点儿也不清新，都要把我闷死了!”。

树木们在森林里谈到：“现在的生活很危险，要不就是被一些顽皮的孩子把树枝弄弯;要不就是被人们砍伐掉。总之就是不好过。”

爬行动物们也说：“哎!我们的日子也难过呀，就怕被人们吃了，或被关进动物园里，或被放进马戏团里表演节目。这真是一个可怕的世界呀!”

我们这些不文明习惯不光会对植物、动物不好，对自己也没什么好处。有些人就是因为空气污染而死亡的，有些人因为水污染而得病，还有的妈妈生下来的孩子就是畸形的，还有一些男人吸烟把树木点燃，还引发大火，森林被烧毁、生态被破坏。就这样，地球慢慢变成了宇宙中的垃圾堆。

地球是我们生存的家园，破坏地球环境，就是破坏我们人类自己。所以，我们人类要保护环境。保护环境，我们小孩要从小事做起，把垃圾丢到垃圾箱里，还要把他送到正确的箱子里。希望每个人都少坐汽车，多骑自行车，倡导绿色出行。节约用水，减少浪费。让地球妈妈的病渐渐好起来。让天更蓝、水更清、草更绿、花更艳。变成最美好的地球!

水里的小鱼也慢慢多了，森林里的树木也旺盛起来了，动物们也有一个幸福的家园了!这应该才是我们美丽的家园，把原来的坏习惯改了，保护环境。

As a college student,I can be responsible to say that all my classmates dream about getting a satisfying job,and devote themselves to this career in an perfect environment.Certainly I am not an exception too,though nowadays there is a growing employment pressure . For many students, a satisfying work environment may be the aim of four-year college life,I also hope I can work in a colorful and competitive climate in the future .At first,I can get a handsome salary so that I live a comfortable life .Although salary is not the main factor , most of people they cannot neglect salary,because job with low salary cannot hold water for the young men . Whats more, I can learn more working experience and get a wide view to increase my knowledge，because I think there is no limit to knowledge and if one person wants to take a great progress in his career learning is the only way .In finally ,I hope I can meet a competitive opponent.There was a saying by Charles darwin:” It is not the strongest of the species that survive,but the one most responsive to change”.So I think competition is conducive to progress. There is no doubt that everybody want to get a perfect job,but employment pressure has been a problem that we cannot overlook.So we have to spare no effects to improve ourselves ,I believe that we can get a satisfying job as long as we constantly strive to study.

There is a saying, A girl changes fast in physical appearance from childhood to adulthood . I just had my eighteen years birthday. It s certain that I have grown much more beautiful now. My biggest change is not the appearance but in mind. I have become much more mature. I don t always think about going out to play instead of focusing my attention on study. I start considering my future. I try my best not to quarel with my parents as I know what they do is for me. I know I should filial my parents. What s more, I don t bully my younger sister and brother any more. I have changed a lot, because I have grown up.

俗话说， 女大十八变 。我刚刚过完我的十八岁生日。我肯定是变得更美了。我最大的改变不是在外貌上而是在思想上。我变得更加的成熟。我不再总是想着去玩而是把注意力放在学习上。我开始思考我的未来。我尽量不和父母吵架，因为我知道他们所做的都是为了我。我懂得了要孝顺父母。更重要的是，我不再欺负我的弟弟和妹妹了。我变了很多，因为我已经长大了。

I like to live in the country that the sun rises in the morning with the first golden light & the first sound from the cock.. All the animals & plants begin their life from this moment on and some of the animals begin their sleeping the new day. This is a very beautiful beginning in the world that you just can see all these in the country not in the city.

And for people , the people in the country are kind although they are ungrace-ful .that is not important that you will feel what is the realest in the friendship of people.

Are people kinder in the city or the country?

The people live in the country is kinder than the people live in the city . this is so sure that I just feel all this from my grandparents . My grandpatents both are country people. Their family is poor that they even do not have more money after they finish all their meals.but my mother was so so interested in studying. My grandparents got five children & gave the choice to study to allof them .

祖国的面貌日新月异，我的家乡也变美了。就拿我们小区来说吧，听妈妈讲，这里很早以前曾是一片破败的房屋，而现在却是高楼林立，鲜花盛开，绿树成荫，生活在这里的人们都幸福美满。这里真是发生了天翻地覆的变化啊！

最引人注目的就是一进小区大门便映入眼帘的法国梧桐。它们在小区里随处可见，仿佛扑撒在地面上的绿色种子。它们的枝干向上生长，好像一只只巨大的手掌捧起了我们快乐的家园。法国梧桐翠绿清秀，仿若一位位绝世佳人在热情地向你招手呢！它们在酷暑时为我们遮阳，严寒时则化成一位位勇敢的战士守护着我们的家园。法国梧桐无疑成了我们小区里一道亮丽的风景线！

那座假山也是我经常光顾的地方。它“雄伟壮丽”，山上布满了“奇花异草”。夏天，假山上还会时不时地冒出清澈的飞泉。水、山、花、草，这岂不是陶渊明笔下的“世外桃源”吗？

有山有水，当然也要静观美景啦！假山旁的小石凳也是我的最爱。坐倚山水旁，静观山水景。我一放学就喜欢直奔此地，坐下来观赏风景休息一会儿。周末，我们在这里嬉戏打闹，快乐劲儿简直无与伦比。我不由得想起了欧阳修的《醉翁亭记》，这里，不也是我的小小“醉翁亭”吗？

这就是我们的.小区——欣欣家园。生活在这里的人们都幸福美满。妈妈说，咱们的日子一天比一天好啦，等你们长大了，这里将会变得更加美好！

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
