谈起运动，虽然我不是特别擅长，但会的也不少，滑冰啦、羽毛球啦、足球啦……都会一点点，其中有一项是我特别喜欢的，充满热血的运动“网球”。

一开始我喜欢上网球是因为一部动漫《网球王子》，里面的一群热血的少年把他们的.梦想与希冀都投入到网球这项运动中来了，渐渐地，我被他们对生活的热情以及对梦想的激情感染了，也学起了网球。当网球和球拍拿到手上时，我就知道网球绝对没有想象的简单，连握拍的方法都有讲究，先是要练习挥拍，练了足足有一个星期，手臂都酸痛得举不起来了，然后教练说，可以练习发球了，发球看着简单，实际很难，一颗黄色的小球沉甸甸地，还要用力把它抛起来，再跳起来，用力把球打出去。每天回家都是大汗淋漓的，更难的还在后面呢，发球过了击球，然后每天要对着墙壁打，差点没把我累趴下，唉，想到《网球王子》中最经典的外旋发，那简直就是"Ma Da Ma Da Dane!"

功夫不负有心人，我终于可以和别人练单打了，不过比赛刚打到一半，刚才还自信满满的我对于满场跑的待遇有点吃不消了，勉强打了一个球过去，便把球拍一扔，头朝后直挺挺地倒了下去，我的对手也就是我的表哥，慢悠悠地走了过来，邪邪地笑了一下，说：“看来我老妹也不过如此嘛，教练说，你体力太差，绕网球场跳十圈。”我欲哭无泪地爬了起来，把表哥假惺惺伸过来的爪子拍开，瞪了他一眼，很有志气地说了句：“切，你Ma Da Ma Da Dane!"

练习网球虽然很累，但也很快乐，因为网球是一种热血的运动，让人感到生命存在的动力，可以在球场上尽情挥洒激情·梦想·乃至青春！

星期天，爸爸妈妈带我去滨河湾景观河游玩。

这里的水清澈见底，像一面巨大的镜子，周围绿树成荫，鲜花盛开，空气清新甜润，天空湛蓝深远，美丽极了。

听妈妈说，这里以前并不是这样的。提起以前的“三台基”——也就是现在的景观河，周围是一片又低又矮的平房，河水四周到处都是垃圾，夏天苍蝇飞舞，蚊子乱撞。在人们的印象中，这就是一个垃圾沟，河水浑浊不堪，水面上漂浮着许多白色垃圾，空气中弥漫着一股股恶臭的味道，让人难以忍受……

现在的景观河，和以前的“三台基”相比，真是天地之别。现在的景观河美丽如画，一条景观桥横穿河水两端，四周是一栋栋高楼大厦，河水两边建立了人们休闲、娱乐、健身的小广场，广场周围闪烁着一盏盏光彩夺目的霓虹灯，各种休闲器械一应俱全。孩子们在广场上放风筝，玩耍，老人们打太极拳，散步。为了家乡的美好，人们都自觉保护环境，养成了不乱扔垃圾、不乱写乱画、乱刻字的好习惯。

景观河的改变是家乡环境变化的一个缩影。我们要保护环境，大家都要从我做起，以实际行动使我们的家乡更美好！

十年后每个垃圾桶都变得亮，街上的垃圾也没了，那十年脏脏的垃圾街上的垃圾都变了，变成了美丽的街道，变成了我们亮亮的垃圾桶，公园里、江滨公园里的健身器变美丽了，没有了一丁点儿被乱画过，可漂亮了。在去看看公园的日草坪，那绿绿的小草在快速的长高了，不像以前一样，小草上都是垃圾，小草都长不高了，可现在不一样，整个家乡都不一样了，相比起来现在在可美多了。

公园里的江水上没垃圾也有垃圾也没有了洗衣服的泡沫，水上只有一二棵水葫芦，每到夏天，有许多大人和老人或小孩在公园的大树下乘凉，看到大自然里的水葫芦，心情可愉快了。树上还有小鸟叽叽的叫着，仿佛在给人们唱着美丽动听的歌曲。

十年后可真美呀﹗要是我再加油，一定可以变得更美丽﹗
