那什么是积极的心态呢?就是自己主动地想办法心情愉悦，快乐。要保持这种积极的心态，首先就是在你不能改变环境的时候，就要学着适应环境。例如北方的松树，别的树，如杨树、梧桐树等，叶面都是舒展的，是一个平面，但到冬天，它们全部要落叶。而松树，为了适应冬天的寒冷，叶子进化成针状，这就是适应环境。

其次不要埋怨别人，企图改变别人。别人既然对你提出了建议，说明你有些地方做错了，要改正自己，不要企图改变别人。第三，当你不能改变事情的时候，要学会接受。最后，不能向上比较，要向下比较。就是不要拿自己的短处和别人的长处比较。举个例子，你买了两支钢笔，但有一位家庭比较富裕的，买了十只，这时你不能和他比较。也许还有比自己穷的，只有一只钢笔。这时你就会觉得自己是快乐的。

要快乐，还要有正确的方法。

曾经有位少年去拜访智者，请教快乐的方法。智者给了他四句话。第一句话是“把自己当成别人”。就是说，在自己受到痛苦、忧愁时，把自己当成别人，这样痛苦就减轻了。第二句话是“把别人当成自己”，就是当别人快乐时，把别人当成自己，和他分享快乐。第三句话是“把别人当成别人”，就是说，要充分尊重每个人，不侵犯别人，就不会自找麻烦，就会快乐，第四句话是“把自己当成自己”。这告诉我们，要尊重自己，自尊、自爱，才能快乐。

这四句话就是使自己快乐的方法。

有了积极地心态和正确的方法，那么你就会快乐。在西方国家里，盛行一个族，叫“乐活族”，英文字母为LOHAS，是一句英文每个单词的首字母，翻译过来大概是：快乐健康地活。

每个人有了积极的心态和正确的方法，都会快乐，都会成为“乐活族”。

Every person has a father , and everyone thinks that his/her father is the best father in the world , so do I.

My father is of middle height . He has big eyes , the same as me . He has short hair , looking more gently . I believe my father is a talented man . To tell you the truth，I don t like the Spring Festival at all. [高一英语作文我的春节

提起“作文”一词，或许会令许多学生头疼：“怎么又要写作文了?”但是，你如果停下脚步，静下心来，回首看看自己曾经走过的岁月，或许你会发现，作文其实一直伴随着你成长。

我的第一篇作文写于幼儿园大班。那时的我还不识几个字，但是却特别喜欢看童话故事，因此常常让妈妈指着书上的字，读给我听，而我则坐在妈妈的怀里认认真真地看。故事很有意思，小狗、小猫、小老鼠……一个个都是那么的可爱。有一天，小小的我突发奇想：人家能写童话故事，我为什么不能写呢?于是，我便开始了自己的第一次写作之旅。我口述，妈妈笔录，不一会儿，我的第一篇“杰作”《小猴登月》便完成了。虽然现在看看那篇作文写得并不怎么好，但是当时的我却以此为傲，一遍遍地读给外公、外婆和舅舅他们听，听到他们的夸奖，我的心里像吃了蜜一样甜。那时，文学创作的种子已经在我心中播下。

我的第一次作文获奖是三年级下半学期，我写的小诗《妈妈》荣获全国小学生作文比赛三等奖。当我拿到奖状时，惊讶与喜悦顿时涌上心头。我小心翼翼地拿着奖状走回座位，不知道该怎样形容我当时的心情，只记得微笑爬上了我的嘴角，同学们也向我投来羡慕的目光。从那一刻起，文学创作的种子就已经破土而出，发出了希望的芽。

我第一次写小说是在六年级上半学期，那天，吴老师用两节课的时间给我们创作短篇小说，我写的《礼物》，讲的是小女孩晶晶给妈妈买皮夹的故事。评讲作文时，老师表扬了我，说我的小说描写很细腻，情节也很曲折，写得不错。我得到了巨大的鼓舞，欣喜若狂，把自己的小说读了一遍又一遍，心里很满足。现在，我和同学们正在创作中长篇小说，用自己的想象力幻化出一个个有趣的故事，信心就来源于我们第一次写的短篇小说。自听到吴老师的那句表扬开始，文学创作的幼苗已逐渐越长越高，越长越大……

作文是我成长过程中必不可少的一部分，是一串串成长的足迹。我在作文中快乐，在快乐中成长。

My Roommates

I study in a high school, the school is far away from my home, so I have to live in the school. The first day I came to the school, the headmaster led me to a dormitory, he said I would have three roommates. I was the first one to come, so I waited a minute to meet my roommates. At last, I saw them, they are from different places, I learned how to get along with them. Li Hua loves music so much, he can play guitar, we hear him play guitar when we don’t have class. Wang Hai is into reading all kinds of novels, sometimes he will read a novel the whole night. Su Kai likes playing basketball, he watches all the news about NBA. While I like playing tennis, though we have different hobby, we share our happy and sorrow, the difference makes our life colorful.

我在一所高中上学，学校离家里很远，所以我要在学校住。我第一天来到学校的时候，班长把我领带一件宿舍里，说我将会有三个室友。我是第一个来到的，所以我等了下才见到室友。最后，我见到了他们，他们来自不同的地方，我学着如何与他们相处。李华很喜欢音乐，他会弹吉他，当我们没有课的时候，就听他弹吉他。王海喜欢读各种小说，有时候他会一整夜都看小说。苏凯喜欢打篮球，他看所有关于NBA的新闻。然而我喜欢打网球，虽然我们有不同的兴趣爱好，但是我们分享喜怒和哀乐，差异让我们的生活变得多彩。

和煦的阳光照在大地上，让我觉得十分温暖，让这个忙碌的假期多了几分愉快。微风在空中闲逛着，像一个调皮的孩子。学校要求的每天运动一小时，这一小时，也许是我最快乐的时刻。

今天我又下去运动了一阵，其实在后20分钟里，我已是在玩了。但今天下了一点雨，草地上有些湿滑，所以只有一个小伙伴出来了。我们俩几乎是无聊透了。突然，那草地上的自动洒水管引起了我的注意。作为我们这些天真的小孩，忍不住想去研究一下。

那时候，整个小区的自动洒水管都没有开。我们先去找了一个自动洒水管，找到水管之后，看到右侧有一个红色的按钮，看样子是开关，我们便逆旋转了90度，结果，那个水竟然没有喷出来，还是跟原来的一样。我们明白了，得去找一个能开水的管。我对那个小伙伴说：“你去那边找一下，我在这里找。”

我找啊找，始终没有被我找到，包括小伙伴那里，也没有找到。突然我发现我们好像有一个地方从没找到过，便去那里找。拧开第一个，发现没有喷水。我又想：应该在另一个水管上。好奇心驱使着我，走向了那根长长的立着的洒水管。我蹲下来，找到那个红色开关，一扭，“哗啦啦”一股清新的水流朝的脸上喷来，我顿时一惊，连忙跳开了，但已经迟了，水喷得我满脸都是。

“快把水给关了，我也被淋湿了。”小伙伴离我很近，他也猝不及防。我赶紧把水关了。我们既感到悲哀，又感到兴奋。悲哀的是，我的脸全湿了，兴奋的是，我找到了一个能喷水的洒水管。

我们顾不上身上的水了，粗略地擦了一下，便跑到洒水管上，又一次打开，但我们这次很注意，没有让水碰到自己身上。经过仔细观察，这个洒水管的工作原理让我大开眼界：水流喷射时，通变道管，促使水流一分为二，然后一部分水流进入分管，通过反向推进，使分管敲击主管，得到旋转的作用。

夕阳已经降到了树梢上，为天边洒满了五彩的颜料，那五彩的“颜料”，仿佛也在对我笑……

我的梦想是出国旅行并且环游世界一周，因为世界是如此的大，充满着许许多多新奇的事物。
