Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest also reflects ones ability or wish. Interest plays an important part in our daily life. As a middle school student interest is of great importance in study. If you want to learn something well， you have to show interest in it， which is quite possible. Once you have found your way into the subject， you may have also found a world of curiosities.

In our times， interest may not only result in skill and knowledge but also lead to great inventions and discoveries. To be a successful person in the world one should develop ones interest.

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

第二个游戏是抽陀螺，这次就是爸爸们一个人比赛，孩子们只要帮爸爸做好啦啦队就可以了，爸爸这次依旧是第二组上场。第一组开始了，这组打的是持久战。有一位爸爸是因为再抽的时候用力不是太猛，陀螺在转了几圈后停了下来，还有一位爸爸因为抽陀螺的位置没有抽准，所以也输了。到了我们，裁判员临时改了下赛制，给每位爸爸规定了时间，每位只有15秒抽的时间，然后就是看哪个坚持的时间长。开始了，时间在一秒一秒地过，我的手握得紧紧的，都出了汗，忘了要给爸爸喊加油，只是目不转睛的盯着爸爸。15秒过去了，虽然只有短短的15秒。可是我觉得时间比15分钟还要漫长，这时候爸爸们都停下了手，都在静静地看着自己的陀螺到底坚持多长时间，一个停了，两个，三个……非常遗憾是我爸爸比朱倩的爸爸早了一秒，得了第二。比赛在同学们的欢呼声中结束了，我和爸爸也得了一个小小的纪念品——一台小的手摇电扇。
