我记得我曾经，我孝顺过爸爸，而且那是我第一次孝顺爸爸。

记得是父亲节前夜。我睡不着，起来去客厅找几本有趣的书看，我突然听见了一阵沙哑声，是爸爸!他和妈妈聊什么呢?我听听。

爸爸首先说了：“现在的孩子，根本没把我们大人当回事。”妈妈是个体贴人的好人，她可喜欢我们小朋友了，她就轻轻的拍了爸爸的肩膀说：“小孩嘛，他们长大了自然会明白啦!”爸爸只好闷闷不乐的说：“哼!我倒要看看他们什么时候懂事。”

我听完后，急忙跑回房间，推醒熟睡中的姐姐，问：“姐，今天几月几号了?”姐姐拉开了我，说：“明天是父亲节，你怎么还不去睡觉?”我没理睬姐姐。啥?明天是父亲节。我要准备什么礼物呢，可不能让大人瞧不起我们呀!

我想的脑子都要爆了。我终于拿起了我的小本子，动起笔，写起了明天的计划。

第二天早上，我向妈妈要了几块钱，妈妈问我：“干什么?拿20元做什么?”我悄悄在妈妈耳边说了我的计划，妈妈抚摩着我的头说：“心仪长大了，走吧，快去吧。”

我走到一家商店门口，买了一包爸爸最喜欢的香烟——七匹狼。还剩下15元。我走到了花店，爸爸好像对花粉过敏呀!算了，不买鲜花了。经过一家家小店，我颓丧的回到家里，妈妈问：“怎么样?买了什么?”我摇摇头，说：“没完成。”妈妈看见我只买了香烟，就说：“这个是你买的吗?”我点了点头。妈妈继续说：“这个是你的心意，你爸不接受也要接受。”我听了妈妈的话，有了新计划。

下午6点了。爸爸拿着公文包回来了，我提起爸爸的公文包，说：“请您去客厅吧!”爸爸的脸上露出了丝毫的笑容。爸爸来到客厅，我拿起了啤酒，为爸爸倒酒。爸爸脸上更是爽了。我倒完了啤酒，偷偷掏出小本子，下一步计划是为爸爸捶背。我平时笨手笨脚的。而且爸爸是警察，他的武功可不能小瞧哦。我捶了起来。过了10几分钟，我捶好了背。拿出了我的最终“兵器”——七匹狼香烟。爸爸见了最喜欢吸的香烟。开心极了。我把七匹狼香烟上挂了一张纸条，爸爸朗读起来：

爸爸，祝您父亲节快乐!请您别吸太多烟了!

Ocean Park is very exciting and fun. The cable car is very good, when you look out the window, you will see very beautiful scenery, but one thing I don’t like is we need to wait 45 minutes. If you want to go quickly, you can take the ocean train, just like the subway. It’s very fast.

When you go up, ther are many rides, like a roller coaster, water ride and many things to do. I want to cry when my mom and I get on the roller coaster. I yelled, because the roller coaster is so exciting. I don’t want to ride it again, so I go to the ocean museum, and the polar bear place. The last thing is very good, it’s a waterride. We are very bored when we were in the middle. Suddenly, the water is pushing the boat. “Ahhhh!” I’m shouting, I’m very excited, the water is very fast, then the boat goes down. “Wow!” My mom yelled, and the ride is over. Our shirts are all wet, and the sky is almost dark, so we leave the park, and go back to Kowloon Hotel.

今天是中秋节，许多人在快乐中度过，可又有多少人在痛苦中度过呢?那些在快乐中度过的人又是否想起在悲望中度过的人呢?中秋节，本是亲人团圆的佳节，可却成了四川多少人的痛苦回忆。那些失去关爱的孤儿，又有谁去关爱他们呢?在此后，我们也将面临着一场特大灾难。我国科学家张衡曾预测我国将会有四次特大地震，分别是唐山，四川，台湾，泉州。现在已经有三个地区发生了特大地震，只剩我们泉州未发生，如果那时候发生特大地震，我们又将怎么办呢?

August, September and October are the months of kites flying, because the wind blows north-westwards. During these months, many Wonderful kites are flying in the blue sky.

One day as the school was over, Qin Bo, my classmate, called me accompanying him to have kite flying at the big grass field. I had not been flown kite for a long time. So I promised him at last, when I reached there at five, I found him waiting for me.

Many boys were flying their kites higher in the sky. They were excited when they found their kites win another’s. They shouted with joy and jumped up and down.

Not long after, Qin Bo’s kite was in the sky, but mine was not. I was so disappointed that I wanted to give up. But I thought how disgraceful I was. So I asked Qin Bo to exchange the kites. Oh! His kite was wonderful. It was so light that it flow higher than the kites of all. He told me why my kite could not fly because it was maderoughly; the head was heavy, and the end was light, I agreed and made up my mind to make a new kne that would fly high in the sky.

4月29日早上，我们怀着万分激动的心情来到学校，因为，即将迎来的是不同的一天——我们一年一度的综合实践课将会在郑州绿博园进行。在大巴车上，我们一路欢歌笑语，领队老师说今天有“寻宝”、“红歌赛”活动，我的心里别提有多高兴啦!

终于，我们抵达绿博园。游览的第一站是八一园，园门口种着银杏树和紫薇花，前面是八一雕塑，它有19。2781米长，也就是1927年8月1日建军的日子。

出了八一园就来到铁路园，，它是以铁轨的形状建的，其中肃立着中国首条铁路的建设者詹天佑的雕像。

紧接着来到桂林山水生态园，里面最令我惊奇的就是怡心亭了，它两面抱水，一面环山，亭前还写着“桂林山水甲天下”。走了一会，来到了全园我最喜爱的金陵园。金陵就是南京，它还有一个别名叫做石头城。整园采用回廊式构造方法。“哗哗”的流水声好像阵阵清风拂袖而过，使这园越发幽深、宁静。

之后，我们还游览了海滨城市厦门园，里面的喷泉使我惊叹，有时水柱形成一堵墙，落下的水溅起一朵朵水花;有时水柱一飞冲天，溅起的水花纷纷扬扬;有时水幕又变成了流星雨;有时一圈小水柱围着中间的水柱，时而向内，时而向外，好似一朵美丽夺目的水晶花一会儿绽开，一会儿合拢……真是无比绚烂!

转眼到了午餐时间。午餐后我们进行了“寻宝”、“红歌赛”活动，一阵阵笑声连续不断，此起彼伏，一下子爆发成欢乐的海洋……

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.

做手工、下厨房是女孩人生的几大乐趣，尤其是自己动手做的美食，吃起来总是最香的。看着那些甜美诱人的食物，我不禁萌生了一个大胆的想法：自己做一些食物带去学校，和大家一起分享吧!我也要做一个“上得了学堂，下得了厨房”的女孩!

说干就干。目标很明确，就做水果三明治!

拿出珍藏已久的千岛酱，我却犯愁了：如果把酱涂在水果上，会不会不好吃呢?为了能做出“诱惑性”的美食，我决定自己先做回“小白鼠”，试吃一下!我在水果上涂了少少的一层酱，如临大敌一般放进了嘴里，咦，居然味道还挺不错的，创新成功了，真是令人喜出望外!

接下来就是切面包了。这对我来说不是什么大问题，只是要小心不能切到手。经过几次尝试，我总结了一个好办法——把几片面包整齐堆放在一起切，既能保证速度快效率高，又能保证切出来的面包大小相同，卖相好看。

最后，将两片面包之间涂上千岛酱，再放上水果，一个个香气扑鼻、金黄诱人的三明治就完成了。

第二天课间，我从书包里拿出装有三明治的盒子。刚打开，几位“馋猫”同学便立即凑了过来，眼巴巴地盯着盒子里充满诱惑的三明治，恨不得立刻据为已有。见到他们这样子，我不给是不行了，连忙拿出三明治给了他们。他们如获至宝，小心翼翼地捧在手心里。见我的“黑暗料理”如此畅销，我的心里充满了快乐与自豪。
