外公他是个平凡的人，样貌虽然普通，但给人一种和蔼可亲的感觉。他年逾花甲，两鬓斑白，但他从不服老。他每天早上五点钟就起来跑步。每天他跑完步之后还要去园林里去工作。园林里七点钟就要开始工作，直到晚上五点多才下班。我敬佩外公坚持不懈的精神!

晚上，外公还经常刻苦的钻研学习，我还经常问外公：“外公，您的学问不是很高了吗?怎么还要继续学习呢?”而外公却总是轻轻地抚摸着我的头，和蔼的说：“傻孩子，活到老，学到老，学到七十还嫌少嘛。”外公还利用业余的时间来练习书法。现在，谁家只要办什么喜事，都会找我的外公去写对联呢!我敬佩外公活到老，学到老，热爱学习的精神!

可是，我的外公的眼睛的了一个非常严重的病。医生告诉他，让他不要再做剧烈的运动了，特别是跑步。我妈妈回到家也对我的外公说：爸，您以后别再跑步了，也被在工作了，过几天我就帮你把工作给辞掉。而我的外公却说：“生命在于运动，我怎能放弃运动呢?”于是外公每天早上四点钟起来，走哪一条路，而且我的外公也没有辞掉那份工作。我敬佩外公勇于克服困难，战胜困难的精神!

我敬佩我的外公!

It’s not like enthusiastic laughter, but just warm, makes your heart warm.

Mother’s smile is like a spring wind, so gentle when you are sad, it can make you happy again; when you fail, it can make you stand up and work hard again; when you give up, it can make you try your best again…

Smile, so easy, but also so useful.

So, let’s learn to smile. everyone needs others’ smile. when we give others a smile, we will feel happy, too. and maybe next time, when you need a smile, the person who received your smile will give it to you.

Let’s learn to smile often, i believe it can even make the whole warm. living with a smile, every day will be sunshine.

天气变得一丁点儿规律都没有，前几天还风和日丽，今天就突然风雪交加。从放学到现在走在路上，我的手已经由外而内的冻了个透，连脑子仿佛都冻得运转不起来。

路边瑟缩着一个卖烤地瓜的老头儿，长长的胡须上挂满了霜，见到有人走了过来，他便吆喝起来了：“卖地瓜！卖地瓜！”

我实在是冻得走不动了，于是走上前去，打算买个地瓜来暖暖手，那老人实在太老了，岁月在他的脸上留下了深深的印记，我掏出了钱，又挑了一个地瓜，老人正忙着找钱，他的手抖抖索索地在钱袋中翻找着。

正在这时，我突然听见有人在叫我的名字，于是回头一看是我妈，正打算出来卖东西，顺便接我。

“老爷爷，我把地瓜放在这儿，钱也一会而再找，我先过去一下，马上回来。”我对那个老头而说道。便扔下这句话掉头跑了过去。

老人笑着点了点头：“好，好。”

令我无论如何也想不到的是，等我回来的时候，老头踪影皆无。我心中十分懊恼，不是为了钱，而是错信了人。

这一连几天都没从那个倒霉的路口走，心中的怒火也渐渐地淡了下去，可这月黑风高的，和同学结伴儿的我又一次来到了那个倒霉的路口，而那老头儿果然还站在那儿。

我本想对他视而不见——谁叫他失信在先的！他还是那样，带着狗皮帽子，穿着破棉袄，抄着手，半坐在小车上。

见我走过去，便叫住我：“小朋友，你的地瓜还没拿呢！”说着就从炉子中挑出了一个大地瓜，又把之前的钱找给了我。

“这几天，你都去哪儿了？怎么没从这儿走啊？”老人有一句关怀的话飘进了我的心底。原来他那天临时有事，提前走了，次日又为了给我找钱在这儿等待了好几天……

我看了看老人那满是皱纹的脸，心中升起了满满的暖意，一路上那个地瓜一直温暖着我的心……

Three days ago we decided to visit the Great Wall.

Today we met at the bus stop early in the morning. When we were on the bus, we saw a lot of new buildings and new shops.Beijing was taller than before, I thought.

It took us about two hours to get to the Great Wall. When the Great Wall appeared in front of us, we couldn , t help thinking how wonderful it is! I wondered how the people in the past built it without modem machines. It is said you can see it from the space.I was proud of it.

After coming home I made up my mind to study harder than before. When I grow up, I will work hard to make our country more beautiful and stronger.
