记得五年级的时候，我妒忌我的一个好朋友，她叫骆琳琳，而原因只单单是她学习比我好。中午回到家中，我趴在床上哭了起来。当时，我的心被一群邪恶笼罩着，我想：我一定要把她踩在脚底下。这时，母亲也回来了，见我这般伤心，就问清楚了原因，用她那温柔的声音对我说：“别哭了，孩子，她在学习方面比你好，可是你也有过人之处啊。这天下之大，比你强的人不是只有她一个，还有很多，你总不能遇到一个就哭一次，最后一蹶不振吧?”我摇头，拭去脸上的泪珠哭哭啼啼道：可我就是不明白，我们都是一样学，为什么我就没有她好呢?”母亲笑了，笑我的天真：“有些东西是学不会的。例如别人的性格，习惯，还有心理素质等等，都是学不会的。”母亲还让我在网上看了一下很多优秀的人是怎样面对比自己强的人的事例。那时，我真正明白了。知道自己不该嫉贤妒能，应该取人之长，补己之短，才能更上一层楼。

我想：母亲应该很失望吧。自己的女儿不努力去争取，却在暗地里妒忌别人……不管怎样，我想通了人外有人，天外有天只要自己努力过了，什么样的结果都无所谓，也无需去嫉妒别人。

母亲，谢谢您!您是我在黑暗中的一盏明灯;是我走向歧路时真诚的告诫;是我迷失方向时的指南针。

我的好朋友My Good Friend

贫困山区的小朋友：你们好！

贫困山区的小朋友们，我是广东省廉江市第五小学五（1）班的学生，名叫温展鹏。今天，我在电视上看到了你们瘦弱的身影，无助的眼神，我心里很不是滋味。你们家境困难，常常吃不饱，穿不暖，可你们非常想上学，渴望学到知识。用茅草做的房顶，四面的墙壁是用泥土堆积而成的一间间破旧的房子——这就是你们的教室。我想如果外面下大雨，教室里肯定会下小雨；如果外面下大雪，教室里也会下小雪吧！一张张用泥土垒起来的课桌，和同学们从家里带来的大小不一的破板凳，没有电灯、没有书本、甚至没有粉笔但是，在这样的环境里，你们却表现得那么的积极，对知识抱有渴求的愿望。而我们却有高大漂亮的教学楼，有宽敞明亮的教室，整齐的桌椅，漂亮的课本，崭新的笔，多功能的笔盒。但是我却生在福中不知福，不懂得抓紧时间学习，我太贪玩了，以后我要以你们为榜样，珍惜时间，努力学习。

为了帮助你们，我和我的全班同学开展了手拉手活动。这个活动首先是写一封信给你们，告诉你们，社会上还有很多人在关心你们，你们要将你们的学习热情继续发扬下去。然后就是尽我们所能：有钱捐钱、有物捐物，我们送给你们的虽然是一个书、一支笔、一本书、还有一些衣服，这些东西微不足道，但希望这些东西能对你们的学习、生活有帮助，并希望你们喜欢这小小的礼物。另外我们还要把你们的故事宣传开来，让人们知道在遥远的边疆地区还有如此贫困的山区，还有一群渴望学习的孩子们。这样就会有更多的爱心人士来关心和帮助你们了。我相信，你们的朴实，勤奋，真诚一定会让自己的一生富有起来的，以为我们都在关心你们，祝福你们。暑假有空记得来廉江做客，我们如果有时间也一定会去你们那里体验生活。我们都是祖国的花朵，让我们从今天起珍惜时间，努力学习，长大后为建设边疆尽自己的一份力量！把祖国建设得更加美好！

us.

Being polite is a good tradition in our country.Nobody likes a person who

is impolite. Its important for us to be polite. We should say “thank you” to

parents when they cook for us. We should say “thank you” when they wash clothes

for us. We should also be polite at school. When the teachers help us work out

questions ,we should say “thank you” to them. When we get bad grades and the

teachers and classmates encourage us, we should say “thank you”. When someone

open the door for us,we should say “thank you”. We should say “thank you” as

often as possible.

If everyone is polite to others,the world will be more and more

beautiful.
