It is important to know our good and bad points because this knowledge will

help us to improve ourself. We should examine ourselves and learn who we

are.

对于我们来说，正确地认识自身的优缺点是很重要的，因为这个认识有助于我们自身的提高。我们应该检查自己并学着(认识)我们是谁。

Above all, we should recognize our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I

am healthy and fit, so I can work hard. Im also optimistic, humble and polite.

These are my strengths. However, I also have weaknesses. For one thing, Im

stubborn and a little impatient. Im sometimes lazy as well and can spent a

whole day just watching TV and eating junk food. Im not ashamed to admit these

bad pints. Knowing what they are lets me focus on improving myself.

首先，我们应该认识自己的优点和缺点。举个例子来说，我是个身体健康的人，所以我可以很努力的工作。我也是一个乐观、谦逊和有礼貌的人。这些是我的优点。可是，我也有缺点。首先，我是一个倔强和有点没有耐心的人。有时候我也很懒惰的，(我)可以花整天的时间看电视和吃垃圾食品。我没有对允许这些缺点(出现)而感到羞愧。了解这些优缺点使我(的注意力)聚焦在提高自身方面。

微笑像一泓清泉滋润着我们的心灵，给予人们慰藉;微笑也像一束阳光，总是带给我们希望、勇气和动力。

记得我刚上小学的时候，离开了妈妈温暖的怀抱，来到了一个陌生的学校，周围陌生的面孔让我害怕。我有些局促不安，怕老师很严厉，担心会被同学打骂。当我轻轻地走进教室，迎面而来的是老师的一个甜甜的微笑!老师那温柔的眼神和那和蔼可亲的笑容，让我不再胆怯，大大方方地坐下，大胆地与同学交流。这时，老师又给了我一个微笑，这一次是老师在鼓励我，这让我充分感受到了“微笑”的力量。

我以前认为微笑只是一种情感的表达方式，不需要太多的语言，不需要华丽的装饰。直到那天的事发生后，我才真正理解了“微笑”的含义。

那是一个星期天的中午，我们一家人来到一家餐厅吃中饭，我一屁股坐在座位上，等待服务员上菜。用餐的人很多，叫喊声此起彼伏。我等得不耐烦了，拿起一本书，津津有味地看起来，书中的内容太精彩了，让我情不自禁地摆动起来。我陶醉在书中，摆动的幅度更大了。突然，“叭!”尖锐的声音打了我心中的宁静。我转过身一看，吓得脸都发青了。原来我挥动的手不偏不倚地打中一位服务员阿姨的手，阿姨手一松，一个个洁白如玉的盘子落到地上，顿时粉身碎骨。“这下惨了!”我的心一下子跳到了嗓子眼上，我低着头，干脆闭上了眼睛，准备接受一顿责骂。可迟迟没有骂声，我小心翼翼地睁开双眼，微微地抬起头，只见阿姨惊慌失措、一脸茫然地样子，眼睛一闪一闪的。等她回过神来时却给了我一个甜蜜的微笑，对我说：“小朋友，你没事吧?”这时我涨着通红的脸，深深地鞠了一个躬说：“阿姨，对不起!”只见阿姨欠了欠身，又给了我一个微笑说：“没吓到你就行。”然后麻利地清理完盘子碎片，迅速地消失在拥挤的餐厅里。顿时，我的泪水模糊了双眼，是她那宽容的微笑让我倍感惭愧;是她那优秀的传统美德给了我承认错误的勇气。

是啊，微笑是在别人犯错误时对他的谅解和宽容;微笑是力量，是美德，更是一种财富。让我们大家多一些微笑，把微笑的种子撒向大地，温暖别人、引领自己，为“弘扬中华美德，构建和谐社会”而努力!

Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.

In the afternoon，I finished some homework,then I thought that maybe today

was very boring。I stared to surf the Internet ,and I found the movie 《Ghost

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an

agreement with a demon in order to save relatives‘’ lives .However,he lost his

spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil .

The movie was so exciting that I coulnt be calm 。I would never forget this

movie.
