今年寒假我经历了人生中的第一次手术。得知我的鼻子因为增生需要手术的消息时，一股无名的恐惧和紧张感立刻笼罩着我，心里像压着一块大石头一样的沉重。手术的日子终于到了，我和爸爸妈妈站在手术室门外，心里七上八下的，当听到医生叫我的名字，我的心更是提到了嗓子眼，我迈着沉重的步伐一步一回头，忐忑不安地走进了手术室，就在手术室门关上的一刻，我的眼泪已经在眼眶里打转了。手术室里静悄悄的，各式各样的医疗器械显得那么的冰冷和陌生，我被安排躺在了一张床上，看着周围医生忙碌的身影在来回穿梭，似乎没人发现我的存在，到处弥漫着一种紧张的气氛，眼泪终于控制不住流了下来，这时一位面带笑容的医生姐姐走了过来，她笑着说“这么大了，还哭鼻子呢，没事，别害怕，我是你的麻醉师”，她亲切的笑容仿佛一道阳光照进了我的心里，驱散我心中的阴霾，顿时让我找到了安全感，她还摸着我的脸和我聊起天来，告诉我做手术就像睡了一觉一样，一点都不疼。如果不是她身上穿着医生的制服，我觉得她就像邻家的姐姐一样可亲，在谈话的过程中她的微笑始终挂在脸上，就像给我的全身注入了一股无形的力量，给了我战胜恐惧和困难的信心，在她的鼓励和安慰下，我的心渐渐平静了下来，手术也变得不再那么可怕了。几个小时以后，就像姐姐说的那样，我沉沉的“睡”了一觉，手术成功了。我知道一定是姐姐微笑的力量一直支持着我，鼓励着我，帮助我顺利的完成了这次手术。

手术后我就再也没见到过那位姐姐，但每当我遇到困难和挫折，想起姐姐那亲切的微笑，心中便充满了勇气和力量。在今后的生活中我也要常常微笑的面对生活，面对周围的每一个人，将微笑的力量传递到身边的每一个角落。
