于是，在课堂上，本来就不爱举手发言的我，变的更沉默寡言了。其实并不是我不会，在老师刚提出问题时，我的心里已经基本上有了答案，可是我却害怕：自己站起来如果回答错了，老师批评或者同学嘲笑，那时我该怎么办！所以我只好默默的坐在那里，听着他人的回答，除非老师叫我，否则我是决不举手的。

教我们语文的是范老师，他很和蔼，上语文课时，班上的气氛总是很活跃，风趣、幽默的范老师总会讲很多古今中外的有趣故事，常引的同学们哈哈大笑，渐渐的，我们都喜欢上了这位老师。但当有的同学犯了大错时，他也会生气，甚至还偶尔用用他的“法宝”，班上的同学也很怕他，因此上他的课时，我更不敢举手发言了。

这几天，我发现语文老师上课时，总是把一些平时不爱举手发言的同学叫起来回答问题，因此，我很担心：老师定会把我叫起来的。

不出我所料，那天上课，老师忽然把我叫到了我的名字。

我站了起来，努力按捺住我那颗“砰砰”乱跳的心，“这句话的意思是……是……”，我低着头吞吞吐吐的说，同时，悄悄的抬起头看了一眼老师。一个鼓励的目光和一个胆怯的目光碰到了一起，我赶紧低下了头，脸颊有些发烫，只听老师说：“对，说下去——”，“很好，那么你能再说一说……”，我低着头看着书、想了想，然后抬头看了一眼老师，他微笑着看着我，很亲切，我一下子没有了恐惧感，流利的说出了答案，随之而来的便是老师的赞许和同学的掌声……

老师一瞬间的微笑给了我自信，给了我勇气，从这以后，我便敢于举手，敢于回答问题了，并且我也开始积极参与各种比赛，我明白我要敢于挑战自己，因为我相信——我能行。
