小狗特别爱吃饼干。我就借此机会，把小狗当鱼钓。我先拿出一根细长的竹子，接着用一根线系在竹子的另一头，再用一块牛奶拉花饼干系在绳子的另一头，就做成了“鱼杆”。我把饼干晃过来晃过去，弄得小狗眼花缭乱，我突然停止摇晃，把饼干吊在小狗面前，小狗立即缓过神来，向饼干扑去，我又把饼干移到小狗身后，让它扑了个空。就这样，持续了好几分钟。小狗假装“败退”，我也随即放松了警惕，谁知小狗迅速转过身来咬饼干，幸亏我反应快，小狗只咬到线。这就是我家的小狗。

有一天，我参加了田径比赛，在比赛的前一天，老师用开朗的笑对着我说：“不要紧张，你只要坚持到底，第一名的奖杯就是等你带回家呢!”听到老师的鼓励后，我心中的大石头减轻了一半呢!于是我鼓起勇气，努力练习，对田径比赛充满了信心，真希望能在比赛中，跑出漂亮的成绩，让父母刮目相看。

比赛当天我站在自己的跑道上，看着帮我打气的人，他们都露出微笑帮我加油，这时我的紧张都消失了。比赛开始了，裁判拿起枪发出惊人的声音，同时大家飞奔而去，我一开始大幅领先，后来因为体力不足，所以我放慢速度，还差两百米就到终点时，有许多人超前了我，这时我把保留的体力全部释放出来，我从二十二名冲到第一名，当碰到终点线时，就有莫大的成就感，因此拿到了第一名奖杯。

虽然输赢不是重点，重要的是用笑来面对事实，就会把不好的事变成正面，所以用笑来面对，就会变得更好。

trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two

computer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make

government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be

crazy!

“恐惧”是人们与生俱来的四大天敌之一。谁都有害怕的东西，我也不例外。原来我最害怕的东西就是那细细的、长长的、在阳光下泛着白光的--针头。然而，那一张微笑的脸庞，彻底消除了我对针头的恐惧。

还记得，那是在我上一年级的时候，发起了高烧，爸爸妈妈带着我去医院。到医院后，医生二话没说就让我验血项。一听到“验血项”这三个字我的手心就直冒冷汗。

当护士阿姨用又细又小的针头插进，我的手指里有快速拔出，顿时，一股鲜血从我的手指涌出。紧接着，我的眼里就充满了泪花。这时，我无意间抬头看见护士阿姨那一张笑脸，一下子，我觉得一股暖流通遍全身，一股温馨的情意在我心头荡漾。我感到伤口不疼了，病痛也减轻了许多。

以后每当我打针时，在脑海的深处都会浮现出那护士阿姨微笑的脸庞。仿佛觉得所有的针头都变的柔软了许多，扎进皮肤里一点也不痛。

也许这个就是微笑的力量吧！只要人人的脸上都挂着微笑，世界上的任何矛盾都会化解。只要你我笑一笑，没有什么大不了！

A wonderful day

Today is a wonderful day! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home in the

evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and eating

the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!I hope

今天是美好的一天!在早上，天气非常好!然后，我爬上山与家人，山上的空气非常清新，山上的花草树木都显得格外美丽。回来晚上回家，我与家人坐在一起看电视，我们还吃着水果，一边聊天，全家其乐融融!我希望以后每天都是美好的一天。

人生总是会有或喜或悲，在面对无法克服的困难时，我们要做的就是微笑着面对。

人们常说，如果你微笑着面对这个世界，那么世界也将会对你微笑。是啊!微笑会赢得微笑，微笑会收获快乐。在生活中，一个微笑，可以化解矛盾，也可以取得自信，更可以收获成功，没有必要去抱怨人生中的不公!

静下来想一想，还有什么罪不可赦?微笑吧，向着人生、向着命运、向着未来、向着灿烂光辉的明天飞奔。

微笑，可以使我们走出失败的漩涡。人生并不会是一帆风顺的，偶尔遭遇一个挫折，如不正确对待，可能会使我们垂头丧气、失去信心。孰不知上帝对每一个人都是公平的，多一份美貌，可能会少一分智慧;多一份挫折，可能会少一分幼稚。面对挫折时微笑吧，世界以它的痛苦来换取歌声作为回报，不要畏惧、不要质疑，带着最原本的自信和勇气，与挫折抗争，与人生共舞吧!

微笑会使人变得宽容。生活中，难免会有与他人发生矛盾、发生争执的时候，逞强之后，又各自躲着落寞。俗话说，得饶人处且饶人，为何要咄咄相逼、不肯罢休呢?人不应当是一种完全以自我为中心的动物。

微笑吧!退一步海阔天空，忘记那些不愉快吧。不必斤斤计较那些鸡毛蒜皮的小事，多包容他们，多以微笑待人，人生也会因此更加精彩。
