我喜欢许多类型的运动，比如游泳、跑步和跳舞。然而，我最喜欢的运动是篮球。当我还在初中时我就开始在学校打篮球。那时，我发现我已经深爱这项运动。现在，我想尽我所能观看篮球比赛。在我的生命中篮球比赛给了我最美妙的时间。

刚上小学时，我十分内向，看见班上的同学我都不敢正视他（她），更别提交朋友了。一个月过去了，我依然只记得十几个同学的名字。下课时，我默默地坐在自己的座位上，望着窗外发呆。

直到有一天，一位同学向我走来，当他站在我身边时，我很惶恐，不知所措。他伸出手并对我说：“我叫姜文海，我们交个朋友吧！”我鼓起勇气抬起头来，我看见他正对我微笑，我怔住了：多么美的笑容！从此，我们俩成了形影不离的好朋友。我也渐渐开朗，与其他同学也有说有说。

五年级时，一次数学考试考砸了，只有八十小几，班级前十都没考进。数学老师把我叫进办公室。我很害怕，心惊胆战地走进去，想完了，这回要把我骂得不成样子了。我低下头站在桌前，老师开口了：“程彧恺，你觉得这次考得怎样？”我的声音似蚊子哼着：“很不好，才八十几。”结果老师竟哈哈大笑：“你知道就行！但我们不以一时成败论英雄，下次认真点就可以了，好吗？”我看着老师对我微微一笑。

微笑如橡皮擦，擦去我所有的烦恼。

初学自行车，已经十岁了。父母带着我到广场练。当时我脸红立刻，似乎听见有人在嘲笑我：“这么大的孩子还不会骑车，真笨！”我试了几下由爸爸扶着，骑得还挺顺当，我很自豪。后来爸爸手一松，我立刻像喝醉酒似的晃了几下，翻车了。又骑了几次，依然如此，我很生气，向自行车踢了一脚，车飞出去几米远。心中的余怒未消，感觉特别烦躁，还冲妈妈发脾气：“你买的什么自行车，根本骑不了！”妈妈没有生气，面带微笑地鼓励我：“儿子，做事不可能都一帆风顺，总会遇到挫折，但失败是成功之母，不要轻易放弃，坚持就是胜利。再说不经历风雨，又怎能见彩虹？对吗？”

我再次看见了一抹微笑，立刻平静下来，专心致志地学，最终，我成功了！

I decide to do a good girl

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy so I decide

to do housework for her more frequently. Thus she will feel happy and become

better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have

to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a

decision to be a good girl.

A wonderful day

Today is a wonderful day! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home in the

evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and eating

the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!I hope

everyday will be a good day in the future.
