妈妈分配给我一个艰巨的任务：擀饺子皮!说干就干，艰巨的任务开始了。我先把一团面揉成指头粗细的条状，然后再切成一个一个的小面团，洒上面粉，准备工作就做好了。开始动手干了，我拿起一个小面团，竖着擀两下，横着擀两下，结果擀成了一个正方形的饺子皮。

为了使它变圆，我便开始用手拽，拽一拽这里，拽一拽那里，饺子皮的边缘上就有许多突出的地方，555……好难看，这个饺子皮被我“折磨”成了四不像。这时，爸爸看见了我脸上那沮丧的表情，便过来给我做示范。只见爸爸迅速地滚动着擀面杖，小面团飞速的转动了起来，很快，一张薄厚均匀的饺子皮就在爸爸手下诞生了!

看过爸爸的示范，我有又自信满满的“上了阵”，我学着爸爸的样子，也想让饺子皮转起来，可是不但没转成，反而擀出了一个中间薄，边缘厚的皮。妈妈装馅一捏，那饺子的大肚子竟然裂开了!哎!真扫兴。爸爸又连忙过来为我示范讲解。

原来，擀饺子皮的关键是两手的配合，先把切好的小面团尽量压扁，然后把双手放在擀面杖的两边，左手负责擀，右手负责转动擀面杖，擀面杖转了，饺子皮也会跟着转，这样就能使擀好的饺子皮又圆又均匀。我又擀了一个，果然比刚才好多了。擀了一个又一个，一个比一个好，现在我的水平可是一级的哦!

妈妈对我说：“看花容易，绣花难，只有虚心学习，才能成功!”真是耐人寻味呀!

这个春节我的收获可真不小啊!

Today Im go shopping with my mother.We go to a big shop.There are many things.Some about playing ，some about eating and some about working .I like books very much .So I go to the small bookstore.Oh ，there are many books.I like them very much.So I asked my mother：“Can I chice my favourite books?”My mother said：“OK!”“GOOd!Thanks mum!”

Im very happy to buy some books!

说起我的爸爸，他会让我合不拢嘴。我俩就是动画片里的猫和老鼠，老爸是那只傻猫，我是那只狡猾的老鼠。老爸是我的铁杆粉丝，不管我有多少无理的要求他都会满足我。如果太过分了，他就会说等你长大点我就打你一顿，现在太小下不去手。可是我都十二岁了，爸爸还是重复着那句老话。

一天，妈妈不在家。我又对爸爸提出了无理的要求，让老爸和我一起装鬼吓唬对方。我们把妈妈的白窗帘剪了，爸爸说：“你妈发现了，会扒了咱俩的皮。”我说：“妈妈不要了。”就这样两个小白鬼扮成了，还传到QQ空间里让大家评论一下，都说像鬼，挺成功。接下来就惨了，妈妈气疯了，开始“升堂审问”。一会儿我就竹筒倒豆子，哗哗的都说了。但是我把自己责任推的一干二净，都是老爸的错，他一言没发。完了，罚三个月擦地，抽的烟，以此来补偿妈妈的窗帘。看着老爸趴着笑眯眯地擦地，我的眼泪都快掉下来了，“对不起”我悄悄地说，“多大个事儿呀”!老爸说。

上次期末考试妈妈说考好了就给我买冰刀，可是成绩下来作文跑题了。妈妈的脸变成了“苦瓜”，我一看见那张“苦瓜脸”就害怕。但有了老爸的保护，我就不怕了，冰刀还是买了。我俩在冰场上玩的这个开心!老爸还不停地安慰我说：“胜败乃兵家常事，别想了，下次努力!”我暗暗下了决心：就算为了老爸，我以后也要考个好成绩。

老爸说他是最不爱写字的人。可是为了让我练好毛笔字，老爸每天风雨不误地陪我去老师家练字，为了鼓励我，他也和我成了同学。每次看着他坐在那里挺着个大胖肚子，两鬓斑白的头发认真地写着，给了我多么大的力量呀!时间过的飞快，转眼间我已经学了六年毛笔字，有了一点点成绩，我要感谢爸爸，是他让我度过了写字那段枯燥的时间。

这就是我的老爸，平凡而伟大的老爸，他对我的爱犹如茉莉一样静静地开放，无论我在何方，父爱定会伴随我一生!
