It was the eighth day of our summer holiday.I felt good.I felt I am free.My parents went to camping.So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely.I stayed at home and watched TV.I wrote an English daily composition.It was my homework.Today,I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired.It was time for dinner.I must go!I am very hungry.

来自天堂的寓言是什么?是怨恨，是嫉妒，还是感恩?答案能突口而出是感恩。

感谢别人意味着自己得到快乐，感恩并不需要太多的承诺，太多的怨言，它只是通过彼此双方心灵上误会的化解方法。它不一定是对别人抱有太多的大恩大德，今是人类生活中的一种处世态度。

天堂的寓言，听过，瞧过，领悟过，但就在一瞬间它却飘走了，游远了，风驰电掣般地流逝了。感激之情，无以回报，用行动去证明人人都有一颗感激的心”!

春天的脚步已停止，意味着夏天的到来。眼间就快过去多少春夏秋冬啊!朋友们，不要在人间留下像游丝样的痕迹，时间将会如流水般淌过，不要再浪费时间了，拿出我们真正的行动去证实这一切吧!我们都拥有一颗感激的心”，去感谢周围的每个人吧!

有人说，假如你非常热爱工作，那你的生活就是天堂;假如你非常讨厌工作，你的生活就是地狱。在每个人的生活当中，有大部分的时间是和工作联系在一起的。如果我们放弃了对自己的责任，就背弃了对我们所负使命的忠诚和信守。

清醒地意识到自己的责任，勇敢地扛起它，无论对于自己还是对于社会都将是问心无愧的。人可以不伟大，人也可以清贫，但我们不可以没有责任。任何时候，我们都不能放弃肩上的责任，扛着它，就是扛自己生命的信念。

这也是责任意识的一种体现。责任在这里不仅仅是一种品德，更是一种能力，而且是其他所有能力的统帅与核心。缺乏责任意识，其他的能力就失去了用武之地，所以，在企业里，责任是胜于能力的。无论我们有多么优秀的能力，只有通过尽职尽责的.工作才能完美地展现。最优秀的人才总是希望进入最优秀的企业。而每一个优秀的企业都在解释、创造、举行和实践着自己的企业文化、职业精神和价值观念。

《责任胜于能力》这本书还告诉我们：责任产生忠诚。而忠诚，会让你承担更大的责任。一个人，只有对他所从事的职业充满责任感，他才能对企业忠诚。他对企业忠诚，才能赢得企业管理者对他的信任，企业管理者才会把需要承担更大责任的重要岗位交给他。

我要讲述的是一个真实的故事。 I want to tell a real story.

时间虽然过去了很多年，因为我参与了整个事件的处理，很多细节仍然历历在目。当年也曾以为是个很好的创作素材，但事后感觉整个事件平淡无奇，算不上“感天动地”而作罢。后来我的一位在企业报当记者的朋友，把它写成一篇一百来字的新闻，发表在《人民日报》头版上。

故事缘于一起平常的交通事故。那时我在企业居民小区搞物业管理，接到消息立刻第一时间赶到现场。现场很恐怖，一辆小四轮货车下面是一辆自行车和它的主人，静静躺在一片鲜红的血光中。肇事的小四轮司机已不知去向。据目击者说，司机下车看了一眼车肚，立刻拨打了120急救电话，就失魂落魄离开了现场。

救护车与交警还未赶到，受害人突然自己从车下爬了出来。我们才发现他满身的血竟是辣椒酱，明显的外伤只有左腿骨折。他口齿清晰地告诉我，他是郊区农民，是骑车来小区卖辣椒酱的，刚才是被吓晕了，自己伤得不重。

这时救护车与交警同时赶到。医生立刻对伤者进行了检查，结论是左腿被轧，其它部位看不出有多大伤害，当然还要去医院做更详细的检查。我长舒了一口气，看来是虚惊一场。现在我要做的是帮助交警立刻找到那位肇事司机。

可就在这时，传来一个令人震惊的消息，肇事司机跑到一栋居民楼四楼的楼梯阳台上，然后纵身一跃。真是节外生枝。从一个现场赶到另一个现场，那场景再次让人大吃一惊。那位司机好好地站在那里嚎啕大哭，却有一位退休老工人倒在地上。

故事到这里就有点离奇，当肇事司机翻越护栏的时候，正好这位退休老工人路过。情急之下他竟然神勇冲向前，一把接住那个坠落的身体。结果被救者安然无恙，老工人却折断两根肋骨。整个事件因为老工人的见义勇为，而变得富有传奇色彩，也就是所谓的“新闻眼”。可当我的那位朋友采访他，问他事后有没有后怕时，他的回答是那样的朴实：我总不能眼看着他死吧。

故事是结束了，可本来很平常的事故，因为意外的原因，使它的善后处理变得错综复杂。但现实是这位司机穷得家徒四壁，上有老母下有妻儿，就指望他一人的收入。单位为了照顾他的困难，才借钱给他买了一辆二手小四轮，跑跑厂里的短途运输。所以当他面对突然飞来的横祸，心如死灰。

那位老工人令人敬佩，他了解到司机的家境后，拒绝了一切补偿，自己付了医药费。而最让人担心的是那位受伤农民，他完全能躺在医院一年半载，直到满足他的要求。这样的例子太多了。但事情的进展完全出乎我的意料。那天司机去医院探望伤者，当时有人问他：你自己都不想活了，为什么还记得打120去救他?显然司机毫无准备，愣了一下：万一他还有救呢?就因为这句话，感动了我们，也感动了伤者。第二天，受伤的农民就坚持要出院：咱回家养着，咱可不能讹人家!

善良是人性中最基本的品格，也是人性里最为朴素的美，只有在善良的土壤里，才能开出一切更为崇高的品德之花。我们不能苛求每一个平凡的人，去用崇高的品德感天动地，但我们必须做到人人心存善良，这个世界就一定会美好。如今想起来这件事能顺利解决，如果说有什么重要因素，那只能是一个原因——因为善良。

芒鞋破钵无人识，踏过樱花第几桥。

漫天的樱花纷纷扬扬地洒落，飘舞到地上，留下一地的粉色。阳光为樱花镀上温柔的金色。在那零落的绝美的舞步中，我看到她们在笑，心在那一刻被揪起，才发现微扬的嘴角在颤抖。

正是樱花盛开的季节,远远看去,花繁花茂,似雪白的胜雪一层层的胜开。微风徐徐吹起,落樱如雨，眼前像似跳起了一场无忧无虑的舞。摘下一朵，看上去给人感觉有一种淡雅、妩媚的神情。走出房间，空气中空气中飘来的芬香，整个世界，蕴含着一种神秘的香味。在马路上走动着，随着香味的移动，慢慢的，感到有一种纯洁与馨香慢慢地流入我的心中。啊，那是樱花，那样状如雪，冰的灿烂。如此纯净的樱花，花瓣上有一道道网络般的经络，像树杈一样分散开来，有种莫名的美。用手轻轻抚摸花瓣，像抚摸丝绸，那样柔软，那样光滑，仿佛触摸间就会破碎，它是那样娇嫩，让人不由得想去拥有她。

樱花虽然悄然已逝，但却在人们心里留下了长久的记忆，人生中的精彩与美丽，那一秒钟的激情，将成为生命的永恒。挥手告别樱花，等待着，明年的樱花。樱花，似云，却比云还要纯洁，望着这布满花园的樱花，已深深的陷入了其境。

因此，樱花已经印在我的心中…

所以，不要外在美丽而自傲。
