我经历过如天上的星星多的困难，但是，我也全部克服了，

也因为这些困难，使我懂得了一个道理。

我八岁学游泳，爸爸给我买了泳衣和水镜，还请了一个教练来教我。但我第一次看见那位教练时，我的心里不只是害怕，而且紧张。因为我一直没有下过游泳池，是一只旱鸭子。那时，我一直对自己说：“卢家涛，不要害怕，不要因为困难就失去勇气，困难常常是长志气的根子。你一定能学好的。”过了一天，教练就开始教我了，首先他教我“潜泳”，要把头完完全全地钻进水里，我当时真是心惊胆战。我把头钻进水里，总是会喝到水：要不就是鼻子进水，要不就是耳朵进水，还有就是眼镜进水。所以我就一直对那位教练说：“不要教我‘潜泳’了，教别的吧!”可是只要我说，他就说：“不要灰心，只要努力，铁杵便能磨成针。过不了五六天，你就学会游泳了。”

When I was very small, I stayed in the hometown with my grandparents. I had the great time there, I liked the environment so much. 坚持是一种品格，失败不会放弃，成功不会娇纵。赵丽颖坚持演戏，因而使他成为如今的荧屏花旦;斯克劳斯坚持做衣服，因而他的衣服成为风流时尚;李嘉诚坚持创业，因而使他创业成功，事迹被万人传唱……这些无不告诉我们，有志者事竟成，苦心人，天不负，坚持才有逆袭的可能。作为当代中学生的我们更应该树立正确的人生价值观，明确坚持是人秀的品质，努力磨练自己，才能使自己在时代的舞台上舞姿蹁跹。

古之成大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚韧不拔之志!只要你是天鹅蛋，即使在野鸭场又有何妨?为了成功，你准备好了吗?

I always hear about my friends complaining, they say their income is such low that they cant not make ends meet. At first, I would pity for them, but in the long run, I find their work is so easy, they just sit in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, they even don’t need to go out for business. While I see another friend, he works so hard, his working hour is very unstable, sometimes he even works until 9 pm. The fact is that he earns the most between my friends. It is true that no pain, no gain, if people want more, they need to pay out more. Comparing to be envy about other peoples great income, wed better to work hard to realize what we want. There is not short-cut for people to get successful, working hard is the only way.

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main

concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me

six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs

once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

or two days. It will help us solve problems more efficiently if we have a broad

horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we

have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it

whenever it comes up.

Opportunities give priorities to the people who make preparation for them.

What’s more, success goes along with opportunities. We should develop the

ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make

our way to success more easily.

Taking The Exercise

Today, as the development of the electronic products, people like to use

the electronic products very much. They count on these products because they are

so convenient and funny. So people pay a lot of attention on the electronic

products, and most people even don’t like to go out and they spend all the day

playing the computer games.

Staying too much time indoors is not good for people’s health, they need to

walk out of the house and take the exercise. It is advised that we should take

exercise for an hour everyday. We can take the jogging early in the morning or

in the evening. We not only can take in the fresh air, but also can see the

different scenery.

If we take the regular exercise, we will keep the strong body and when are

old, we can go any place we want to.

参加锻炼

今天，随着电子产品的发展，人们很喜欢使用电子产品。他们依赖于这些产品，因为电子产品不仅方便，也很有趣。因此人们把注意力都放在了电子产品，大部分人甚至不喜欢外出，整天呆在家玩电脑游戏。

呆在室内太长时间不利于人们的健康，他们需要走出室内，参加锻炼。据建议，我们应该每天锻炼一个小时。我们可以在早上或者傍晚慢跑，不仅可以呼吸新鲜的空气，也可以看到不同的风景。

如果我们坚持有规律的锻炼，就能保持强壮的身体，当我们老了，还能去任何想去的地方。
