当我看到语文老师的时候觉得他对我们很亲切，而且还很坦白，她用自己身边的事实来告诉我们道理，并且这个道理还很容易让人懂，我还觉得语文老师文质彬彬，很有文采的感觉。而体育老师非常的严格，从他的语气来看他也一定是一个严师。而音乐老师和地理老师他们给我的感觉都很慈爱。

在这种学习环境范围之内，在这么多的老师的关怀下，我相信只要我向语文老师说的一样别人付出一滴汗我要付出十滴汗。笨鸟先飞这两句话让我很受益，所以我要在初中这个新环境里加倍努力把成绩搞好，争取考上好的学校。

通往成功的道路注定是荆棘丛生的。没有坚持的精神，如何能一路劈荆斩棘，克服重重困难，最终获得成功?“滴水穿石”“铁杵磨成绣花针”的故事人尽皆知，但只有真正理解这些故事中所蕴含的坚持精神的人才能够获得成功。

坚持，就是不畏艰险，持之以恒;坚持，就是即使跌倒，也能快速地站起，重新斗志昂扬地面对挫折和挑战，并最终克服它;坚持，就是不论他人怎样误解，都能守住自己的信念，横眉冷对千夫指。

蔡锷说过：“精诚所至，金石为开。”迈克尔·乔丹说过：“我可以接受失败，但我不能接受放弃!”约翰生说过：“成大事不在于力量的大小，而在于能坚持多久。”所有这些名言警句，所有古今中外的事例都告诉了我们：“坚持到底就是胜利。”这是一个很简单的道理，却是一个难以付诸实践的道理。
