市场里的东西琳琅满目，应有尽有。你看：蔬菜区里的东西真新鲜，有红红的萝卜、绿绿的菠菜、白白的莲藕，西红柿羞红了脸，真像个害羞的小姑娘……

水产区的海鲜更多了，有活蹦乱跳的虾和虾狗弹，刚捞上来的鱼，肥厚的章鱼……看了让人直流口水唉!

妈妈挑了些芹菜、剪豆和豆腐，又买了虾和章鱼还有肉。

我问妈妈为什么每个种类都买。妈妈告诉我，今天买的这些菜营养各不同，都是人体所需要的，吃菜也要荤素搭配，缺一不可，这样，身体才会吃得壮壮的。

我明白了，原来买菜也有这么多讲究。今天让我增长了见识。

There would have been more I love yous ... more Im sorrys...but mostly, given another shots at life, I would seize every minute... look at it and really see it...live it...and never give it back.
